• Jason (8/5): - Excellent communication. Ernst was very accommodating after our train was delayed and gave us plenty of his time when we arrived. Great location, within a 10 minute walk from the train station. 15 minutes from Rialto Bridge. Mostly quiet, but the room with the canal view can get a bit noisy with the boat traffic. Not a big deal though. Some coffee pods and other basic supplies to get you going were included. Good water pressure in the showers (they are small though) Poor WiFi in half of the apartment, and no mobile service either, so you can't use connected devices in the courtyard room. Small computer monitor style TV. We didn't use it, but good to know if you are bringing kids. Mattress is very firm. Ok if you like that sort of thing.

• Kararaina (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay! - The apartment was in a great location. The facilities were very good and had everything we needed, and the hosts were so helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!

• Liza (10/5): Great stay. Given the chance we’datsy there again - Wonderful property. Having two bathrooms was great. Comfortable beds, always had hot running water, the room with the two French balconies overlooking a quiet canal where gondola’s stroll through was amazing. I was able to sit out on in the small place and read my book while watching the gondola’s go by. That was one of my highlights. There is work being done outside the apartment. Some days they work, others they don’t. When they do they start early in the morning, if you aren’t an early bird.

• Diana (9/5): Fantastic location for a family visit to Venice - The nearby piazza was perfect to explore, have dinner or a gelato. We also found a nearby gondola ride which took us right by the house!

• Doreen (9/5): Loved Venice and staying at this apt enhanced our experience. - Located in a quiet, central part of Venice with easy access to everything. Apt was comfortable and bigger than expected. It is in a very neat older building with 1 short flight of somewhat uneven stairs to reach the apt. This was no problem for our group of 5 older adults. Also, we learned you can take a water bus from/to train or bus station 1 or 2 stops across the Grand Canal and cut down on lugging luggage over bridges. We really enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to rent again, Recommend! Only downside for us was that 1 of the rooms smelled of cigarette smoke which was easily remedied by opening the window.
