• Nicolle (10/5): Madrid ist immer eine Reise wert und wenn dann wieder in diesem Apartment! - Das Apartment war sehr schön, super Ausstattung, ruhige Lage, nah am Zentrum, so dass man zu Fuß in 15 Minuten in der Altstadt war, unmittelbar in der Nähe waren kleine Bars und schöne Cafés

• Mary Beth (10/5): Quiet, modern apartment with plenty of amenities - Quiet, unique floor plan with LR facing the street separated by the kitchen from the two bedrooms in the back. Showers are fantastic- great water pressure. Used washer/dryer and oven during our stay, and both worked well. Convenient to Noviciado metro stop. Nothing

• Janet (3/5): Muy mala comunicación con los arrendatarios, no resolvieron el problema de la calefacción, no avisaron del corte de agua - Bonito departamento, amplio, adecuado para familia de 4 personas, pero muy muy frío porque la calefacción no funcionaba. La calle está cerrada al paso de automóviles y hay ruido de las excavadoras. El edificio está en mantenimiento-trabajos de pintura- No funcionaba la calefacción y pasamos mucho frío. Un día cortaron el agua por algún arreglo y no nos avisaron, ni respondieron nada a nuestras inquietudes.

• Sarah (9/5): Fantastic apartment in great location- would recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Amazing apartment- stylish and elegant with two bathrooms and lovely lounge area, dining space and fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine was useful as we were at the end of our hols travelling around Spain. We found the location perfect for sight seeing- easy walk to Gran Via, nearby bus stop to Bernabeu stadium and Temple of Debod on your doorstep. We found the beds comfortable and the air conditioning very efficient. Check in was super easy and staff were very friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend- one of the best rentals we’ve stayed in. The only reason I didn’t give full marks is on the first night when we tried to cook - we had the oven on and a few hobs on the cooker at the same time and the power for the whole apartment kept tripping and turning everything off in apartment. This happened 4 times in 20 mins- rather frustrating! After this we are out every night!! But wouldn’t be a problem if you didn’t want to cook.
• Francesca (10/5): Great option for family of four wanting to explore Madrid - The apartment was extremely clean, well equipped for a family of four and in a great location with proximity to Plaza de Espańa. Would definitely book again. The master bed was very firm and the wardrobe door needed some WD40. Very minor things but I did wake up with a crick in my neck every morning. The wardrobe door was supposed to be soft/slow/ self closing but the noise drove me mad so I had to keep pushing it shut. Again, very minor annoyance and I would still book this accommodation again.

The apartment was new, spacious, clean and equiped with all the required electrical appliances. Lots of restaurants, eateries & pubs in the area including a grocery store nearby. • Aleksei (9/5): Superb - We were met by a very polite man who explained everything: how to close doors, use a/c and heating, etc. Apartments are very big, clean and modern, with a lot of light. Everything you need is already there. There were a construction in the building during the first 2 days of our stay, from 9 to 18:00. It made our first day expirience bad as we'd like to sleep after a long flight.

The hosting company met us at the apartment to hand over the keys and provide information on the facilities etc., which was a nice touch. The apartment itself looked newly refurbished and was in excellent condition. Nice living room, good sized dining area and well equipped kitchen (though we didn't have call to use it). Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and the showers in the bathrooms were excellent. Apartment is on a quiet residential street, but close to many bars and restaurants that pop up / open from early evening. Would highly recommend and would definitely use both the apartment and the hosting company (Luxury Rentals Madrid) again. Nothing not to like.
• Gabriel (7/5): Good apartment but very challenging to get the keys - Large and comfortable apartment, very modern and well equipped. The check-in process is extremely hard. There is little flexibility from them. You have a narrow window to chaeck-in, otherwise you will have to pay extra. Besides that, you have to give an exact time of arrival, which should be enough. However, they require you to call (no text messages) 30 min before your arrival anyway, otherwise they won't go to give you the keys. After all this hassle, they require a 1,000 euros deposit on credit card (that was not written before)
• Annette (10/5): Excellent place - The location was perfect. Less than a 5 minute walk to Plaza de España and just a few more minutes to everything else. The apartment is completely comfortable and clean. The staff was responsive and friendly. The only thing it needed to clarify on the description of the apartment was that the first floor is actually a set of stairs up, not the ground floor like in other places. Just for people with disabilities to be aware. Other than that, it was perfect!
