- MEugeniaC (10/5): Inolvidable estancia en un verdadero paraíso - La ubicación del hotel es completamente maravillosa así como todas sus instalaciones. El desayuno es riquísimo, más que abundante y todo preparado de forma casera. El resto del menú del restaurante Pindorama también es exquisito, todo basado en ingredientes locales y cocina ancestral. La habitación que reservamos está integrada con el afuera con una vista inolvidable y a su vez con suficiente privacidad para disfrutarla tranquilamente. El espacio de la piscina es muy cómodo aunque no muy amplio ( para nosotros no fue problema pues nos alojamos en temporada baja). Todo el personal sumamente amable y dispuesto. Abajo tiene una hermosísima playita privada con tablas y kayaks disponibles. La facturación fue realizada en dólares y no en reales por lo que pagué un precio final mayor al esperado. Verificaron que no hubiera sido error de ellos y parecería que no pero tampoco fue de mi banco por lo que no quedó del todo claro ya que en ninguno de los demás hoteles que reservé con booking tuve ese problema.

We stayed in a room overlooking both the forest and the ocean — it was hard to stop taking in the scenery. The service was impeccable throughout the stay. Another highlight is the on-site restaurant, Pindorama. We had dinner there, and it was a remarkable culinary experience. Negative point: it’s hard to leave — the views and overall experience make you want to stay longer.

Mucha paz en una exuberante vegetación. - Desayuno abundante, podría ofrecer más frutas tropicales (más alla de la excelente ensalada de frutas). El restaurant Pindorama, merece varias estrellas Michelin, exquisito y con un precio muy razonable. El apartamento (Olas) que ocupamos es muy cómodo y con una vista espectacular. Como punto de mejora, deberían equipar mejor la cocina, notamos falta de elementos. Algunos de ellos, los reclamados, fueron solucionados inmediatamente (pe. tenía capsulas de café y no cafetera, luego nos trajeron una). Otros como utensilios de cocina ni los reclamamos, pero deberían equipar mejor al menos para 4 personas.

The location and landscape are stunning, offering views that feel like a dream and a serene atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The rooms are beautifully furnished, blending elegance with comfort. What really makes this place stand out, however, is the incredible staff. They are attentive, helpful, and genuinely friendly. They went much more than an extra mile to support us through a difficult situation, showing a level of care that my wife and I will never forget (thank you Luni!). To top it all off, the restaurant is excellent, serving amazing, locally sourced food with fantastic breakfasts and dinners that were highlights of our trip. Casa Luz is a very special place that I hope to keep visiting for a long time. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a soulful and spectacular escape in Paraty!

Piscina pequena mas é dentro da floresta! Cadeiras nos Decks da praia privativa te deixam sentados sobre as ondas! A pousada fica escondida na natureza! Varanda com vista sensacional para o mar, dormimos com o barulho das ondas! Cama, travesseiros e edredom de luxo! Comodidades de banheiro excelentes! Restaurante 5 estrelas! Funcionários muito atenciosos! Tudo muito organizado! Ficamos no quarto vermelho. Não gostamos que a pia não era integrada com o banheiro. Minha esposa achou a iluminação na pia fraca para maquiagem. No primeiro dia percebemos que a descarga do vaso sanitário não funcionava, mas foi rapidamente resolvido! Como o tempo ficou chuvoso sentimos falta de ter uma TV no quarto. O café da manhã a la carte é muito bom. Entendemos que um self-service seria atacado pelos micos da floresta, mas demora muito para chegar um simples pão na chapa, pois precisam servir o básico nas mesas. No restaurante Pindorama os pratos são 5 estrelas, o ambiente é muito bom e a demora faz parte do processo de produção, mas poderia ter mais variações nas sugestões do chef que permaneceram as mesmas durante toda nossa estadia. A noite poderiam ter algumas refeições mais simples, como pizza ou porções de petiscos, assim poderíamos não precisar sair para comer a noite,

A equipe foi excepcional, todos muito atenciosos, cuidadosos e genuinamente preocupados com o bem-estar dos hóspedes. O local é lindo, cercado pela natureza, o que torna a experiência ainda mais especial. Gostaria de destacar especialmente o trabalho da Heloísa, que foi simplesmente impecável e fez toda a diferença na nossa estadia. Acredito que o único ponto a ser melhorado é a experiência no atendimento a hóspedes com restrições alimentares. Percebi que a equipe ainda não está totalmente acostumada a lidar com esse tipo de necessidade, mais por falta de informação e orientação do que por descaso. Nada que tenha comprometido a estadia, mas é um aspecto que pode ser aprimorado.

- Giovanni (10/5): - Casa Luz Paraty My family and I visited Casa Luz Paraty at the start of 2026, and without a doubt it’s one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The experience was excellent across the board: the location is stunning, the rooms are neat and welcoming, and the food and drinks are great. Most of all, the staff were warm, attentive, and helped us plan every activity we wanted. From the moment we arrived, we felt taken care of. The hotel’s private beach and infinity pool were perfect for unwinding and starting the year on the right foot. The food was delicious(though a bit pricey) and the rooms were even better. I’d highly recommend Casa Luz Paraty to anyone visiting Paraty and looking for a truly memorable stay. Everything was excellent
- Cleverson de (9/5): Oferece total sossego. - A vista é fantástica e oferece uma pequena praia particular. A praia de São Gonçalo fica a cerca de 20 minutos de carro da pousada. A distância do centro histórico de Paraty e, particularmente, o quarto no qual ficamos era extremamente pequeno, mas há outras opções maiores. Recomendo atenção no momento da reserva.

Un dépaysement complet tout en gardant un vrai confort. L’accès est assez trivial mais le personnel est toujours disponible pour aider. Des travaux sont en cours sous le chalet 2 chambres, ce qui a légèrement entravé le côté « isolé », mais ça n’a pas posé de réel problème.

Gostaria de destacar, de forma muito positiva, a rápida e eficiente resolução de um problema pontual com o ar-condicionado do quarto. A equipe demonstrou profissionalismo, atenção e genuína preocupação com o caso, solucionando tudo de maneira ágil e eficaz. Um elogio especial à concierge Pamela. Sempre atenciosa, solícita e com um atendimento que transmite cuidado e acolhimento. Deixou várias dicas de restaurantes e pontos de interesse para serem visitados e todas as dicas foram excelentes. O café da manhã também merece destaque: serviço impecável, diversas opções cada uma melhor do que a outra e uma vista que deixa qualquer um sem palavras. A pousada aloca também o restaurante Pindorama, excelente opção para desfrutar peixes frescos e culinária caiçara. Obrigatório pedir a entrada com peixe carapau, impossível não gostar. Em resumo, certamente um lugar para voltar várias vezes. Sem pontos negativos.

The location was wonderful, with a stunning view of the ocean and nearby islands, amenities were very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I honestly expected the pool to be a bit bigger, but was still very nice.

Tengo la certeza que me olvidé un par de sandalias Birkenston, debajo de la cama... llamé por teléfono, como a las 12 hs de haber hecho el check out, y me dijeron que el personal de limpieza no había reportado nada. Está mal. Claramente las olvidé ahi...

You are in the direct contact with nature, but still in perfectly designed room with materials honest to their purpose and in line with nature. (so it is not in the city). Beach, pool and yoga room are just in few steps. People working there are caring, helpful and nice. Breakfast is one of the nicest we had, but would also recommend having dinner there

O lugar é incrível, com o fundo voltado para a praia — uma vista que transmite paz e faz a gente querer ficar por lá pra sempre. Um detalhe que marcou nossa experiência: esquecemos uma mudinha de abacate que queríamos plantar, e quando ligamos depois, a equipe prontamente plantou pra nós e ainda enviou uma foto! Les climatiseurs étaient bruyants de sorte que nous avons été dérangés par le climatiseur d’une chambre voisine de la notre. Nous avons eu la malchance d’avoir une panne d’eau sur plusieurs heures.

- John (10/5): Heaven by the sea - Wonderful hotel. Built on the side of the mountain slopping to the sea. We listened to the sea at night. Very romantic. Very beautiful. Breakfast was amazing. We also enjoyed the monkeys right outside our terrace.

- Boriana (10/5): We had the most amazing honeymoon here and we can't wait to come back! - The location was gorgeous, the staff were really lovely and helpful with everything we needed. The restaurant was exceptional--Michelin-star level cuisine, made with locally sourced ingredients, very reasonably priced, and the dishes we tried were unlike anything I'd tasted before. Just stunning. My partner and I were on our honeymoon and the staff had left us a complimentary bottle of champagne, a personal note, and delicious handmade chocolate in the room, for the occasion. We appreciated the care and attention so much and we had the most amazing honeymoon. We can't wait to go back to Casa Luz. We also booked in for a couples massage, which was absolutely brilliant. We are both picky and particular when it comes to massage/physical therapy and we were really impressed, as well as healed, by the experience. The main difficulty with Casa Luz is physical accessibility: it is easy enough to get a taxi to drive you from Paraty bus station or centre to the hotel, but to actually reach the reception desk, you have to either walk or get a lift down their extremely steep and windy driveway. The hotel was amazingly helpful and they had a valet pick us up from the top of the driveway and drive us down; he also carried our suitcase to our room. This all worked perfectly well for us as an able-bodied couple. However, if you struggle with your mobility, note that there is no way to navigate this property with a wheelchair or if you cannot handle stairs.

Unique food experiences. Quick taxi ride to Paraty town. My friends and I highly recommend Casa Luz Paraty. I cannot think of anything.

Tivemos um imprevisto no início e eles prontamente resolveram e ainda nos deram mimos maravilhosos. Não vou nem falar sobre, porque foi muito pequeno diante da experiência maravilhosa que tivemos. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, com uma vista espetacular. A piscina é linda e a praia tem acesso direto e é maravilhosa e calma - o mar parece uma piscininha. Agendei uma massagem no espaço de terapias com a Cris e foi simplesmente a melhor massagem que já fiz. Recomendo demais! Com certeza voltaremos. Nada - foi tudo impecável e, de fato, inesquecível.

Food was very small portions for breakfast and lunch. Resort has a private beach but the sunshine left the beach at 10am leaving it shady for the rest of the day (June) Also very far from any shops to buy basic necessities.

Overpriced. No coffee/tea service in the rooms. Water in cans in the minibar (supposedly for environmental reasons, but really just to charge even for water). Breakfast options stale and lacking in flavor (flaky tapiocas, no fruits). Not much privacy in any of the two rooms booked (one just behind the reception, the other under the restaurant, both noisy while the establishment is operating). Property located on a curve of a busy highway, with no curbside, making the access dangerous. Parking area reachable through a dangerously steep ramp.

- Sophia (8/5): Paisagem incrível mas sem sol na piscina. - A beleza do lugar é demais! O Café-da-manha e o atendimento foram muito bons. Voce fica no alto da montanha entao a paisagem é muito bonita. Porém pode ser de difícil acesso para muitos, porque há muitas escadas entre os quartos, o restaurante e a piscina. O valor dos passeios de barco sao caros. Pode ser que seja o valor de Paraty, mas para duas pessoas o valor mais baixo foi de 250,00. por pessoa. Outro ponto negativo é que o sol bate na piscina até às 09h da manha. Devido as árvores ao redor, elas fazem sombra na piscina. Entao para quem gosta de tomar sol, nao é o lugar ideal. Apenas se fizer os passeios de barco!

Pedi a possibilidade de um late check out e não obtive resposta , apenas a possibilidade de pagar meia estadia e ficar até 18:00h. A funcionaria que tratou do check out nem avaliou a possibilidade de oferecer meia hora ou uma hora de cortesia, como geralmente acontece, aliás , disse que falaria com alguém e me daria a resposta por whatsapp e nem respondeu.

- larissa carolina amorim (8/5): - O staff é prestativo e simpático. A vista é deslumbrante. Ficamos na cabana, já sabendo que era afastada da parte central. 300m, segundo o anúncio. Ocorre que a cabana ficava bem mais de 300m. Ou se ia pela rodovia ou por um trajeto interno de mais de 200 degraus. Outro agravante é o barulho. O chalé fica em um ponto alto, muito próximo da rodovia. Todo barulho de carros, buzinas e caminhões passando atrapalham a experiência. Além disso, o local estava em obras. Todos os dias que estivemos lá trabalhadores utilizando moto serras e conversando desde cedo. Por fim o boiler do chuveiro não funciona de maneira adequada. Hospedagem superestimada. Preços altos não compatíveis com o fornecido. Café da manhã, ok, nada excepcional. Opções do cardápio também com preço bastante salgado para o oferecido.
