• Nika (8/5): Very good - The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very satisfying and the host made sure to refill it whenever it needed. The building is located near the metro & the host was very helpful and kind. Also the bathroom was spacious, including a washing machine and having all the essentials. It was a great experience!

• Nina (7/5): Just okay - The apartment has a great location, close to the center and in a very safe part of Naples, which is very important. It is clean, the room is great, it has air conditioning, a balcony and a small fridge inside. We also had croissants, nutella, marmalade, coffee and some juices in the kitchen (which is a common room with other rooms in the building), which is very nice and a big plus. The toilet is clean and spacious. Considering that I have been renting apartments for many years and I have a 10 on Booking, I know very well how it should work. There was no communication with the host, there was no message or any information before our arrival, and after I text the night before and asked if we could leave the suitcases in the morning and the host said it's okay and that we would talk to each other in the morning, he didn't answer all morning after my 3 messages. No one met us at the apartment, explained how to get in, out, where the keys are, which is our room, we were not told that the elevator is paid for, etc., etc. We bumped into I guess the host's mom who was cleaning at the moment the apartment and she helped us as much as she could (of course no one speaks English) and thank you very much for that, a very kind woman! The toilet does not have enough toilet paper but already 1 used roll that is nearing the end and also no toilet brush. You should work on these important details and above all on communication, I believe that you cannot leave guests to fend for themselves and not even contact you during their stay. My friends and I travel at least 5 times a year and we know very well what it should look like. :)
• Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - Starting from the owner and the welcome we had, until the accommodation itself and departure - everything is perfect. The apartment is in a great position, in just 15 minutes you can reach all the facilities in the city that you want to visit. The accommodation consists of a room and a bathroom, with a shared kitchen where coffee, tea and croissants are available for breakfast :) Overall, nothing but praise and we will definitely be back.

• Navita (9/5): Lovely stay in Naples - Spacious, clean and newly renovated room with private bathroom across the hall. Fully air conditioned and a great stay once you find it ! A little off the beaten track located on a floor of what seems to be a residential building. The owner was most hospitable, happy to communicate via WhatsApp and accommodating allowing us to leave our luggage until our onward Travel was available on departure day. He even offered to help organise a taxi for us. There is a lovely florist bar at the top of the road & a wonderful hidden gem of a seafood restaurant down some steps where you can find yourself surrounded by locals and local dishes ! Happy to recommend ! Tricky to find
• Peter (8/5): New, clean apartment in a quiet location, but the breakfast is at a very low level - nice renovated clean apartment, large balcony, relatively good location, quiet and peaceful from motorbikes and road traffic except airplanes that sometimes circled above the apartment and caused a slight noise Breakfast for 4 days for 2 people consisted of a basket of food, which contained about 15 pieces of packaged pastries bought in a store. Breakfast lasted us only 2 days and the rest of the stay we went to nearby cafes for breakfast, where for a few euros we had a good meal, fresh pastries and excellent coffee. We imagined the breakfast provided by the host differently and that's why I'm giving a point down. At the same time, there was also a coffee machine available, which was very dirty, and we preferred to always choose coffee in a cafe. There was only a remnant of shower gel in the bathroom, when we asked the host to refill it, we were told that we had to provide it ourselves. In one apartment, we did not have a bathroom directly in the apartment, but it was in the corridor
• Lin (10/5): This stay exceeded my expectations by a lot and I will definitely go back if I stay in Naples again! - Location of the place was absolutely perfect; very safe, very quiet, and an excellent location to be able to get to different places. The room was very modern and clean, from the beds to the air conditioning to the bathrooms! The area around the apartment had a really nice charm and authenticity to it, so that’s why I enjoyed staying there the most. The balcony also had an amazing view! The host was incredibly kind and helpful; he gave great suggestions on places to check out and also provided shuttle to and from the airport. Communication was amazing and made it really easy to check in and check out of the room.

• Nikola (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice accommodation in a good location in Naples. Modern clean room on a high floor with a balcony, the view was amazing. The owner gave us a ride from the airport, there were minor problems but he compensated us for them, he was really helpful and gave us recommendation for restaurants and places to visit. In our room were prepared snacks and beverages for quick breakfast and towels too. There is a high chance that we will return there in the future. We definitely recommend this accomodation.
• Mckie (9/5): Great location in an authentic, lively neighbourhood - Brilliant location in the heart of an authentic, super lively local neighbourhood. Close to restaurants and walking distance to the Centro storico and loads of places of interest. Close to metro station and only 20 mins on the bus to the airport. Vincenzo was a super nice host. Really comfy bed, super clean room, huge, newly renovated bathroom and a lovely terrace (although it doesn't seem to get much sun, it has a great view over the houses to the tower on the hill and was perfect to get some air in the mornings and evenings). We would stay here again if returning to Naples. It wasn't a problem for us, but worth mentioning it's on the 5th floor and the lift works with 10c coins, so you need to be sure you have some handy if you can't be bothered with the stairs! Vincenzo kindly provided some coins for this. One evening the lift wasn't working, but it was fixed the next day. Not really a problem as long as you don't mind a few flights of stairs ;)
• Sabev (10/5): Recommend it! - We stay for 3 nights and we was welcomed very warm! The host is extremely nice person and advise us some places to visit. The stay was nice it was clean and comfortable, also cozy! There was a coffee machine, minibar and compliments from the host in the room. The flat is near to the center like 10 min walking. I highly recommend the place. Everything was good nothing to dislikes 🙂
