• Izmir (10/5): - We planned to stay 1 day but we saw amazing hospitality from Zakariya, and stayed 2 days, hotel hospitality is amazing, he served to us 3 times free tea by ownself, he is really amazing, hotel is good , especially if you want to sleep I recommend upper floors, we stayed in room 502, was nice, clean, the most important it was silent and bedroom was comfortable.

• DH12 (6/5): Erg gehorig hotel in een luidruchtige straat. - Het gebied rondom Taksim plein is erg levendig. Veel restaurants en café's. Erg behulpzaam personeel en een leuke eigen bar met zeer betaalbaar en goed ontbijt. Het giga bubbelbad in de kamer was geweldig. Het hele hotel is erg gehorig. De muren en deuren zijn dun dus alle geluiden van het hotel en de buren kwamen tot in de kamer. De straat van het hotel is klein, maar de cafés zorgen voor veel geluid overlast tot diep in de nacht. Alles in het hotel is verouderd.

Refrigerator has cigarette burns Towels in sad shape. Curtains are ripped off the rail. Three night stay... No checking, no cleaning, no new towels The hotel is clean but very run down. The exterior is in bad shape and is a negative. It looks bad. I am completely puzzled as to why this property has a high rating. It truly is a 6.5/10 in it's current condition and my room (don't know about the rest). I felt like I was in a hotel on Skid Row ... And given it's location maybe I was (without knowing).

Me siento estafada, ese hotel no merece el dinero que cobran, pagué por la habitación con jacuzzi y ni siquiera funcionaba, no hay ascensor ( no se informa en ningún lado) y tuvimos que subir hasta la tercera planta con 4 maletas, la habitación fría, cama de hierro endeble, y colchón malísimo, toallas que supuestamente eran blancas estaban amarillas como mal lavadas, el baño sucio, bueno en general la habitación bastante sucia, lo único bueno la ubicación, además los de la recepción no son de confianza, tienen trato con los taxistas e intentan sacarnos pasta, fatal! Y para completar hemos olvidado los cascos colgados en el perchero y llamamos para comunicarles y nos dicen que ahí no quedo nada, y estamos seguros que si, huir de este hotel!

Рада, что выбрала именно этот отель🙏🏼😍 - Уютный и чистый номер, очень удобная кровать и тёплое одеяло, что немаловажно в холодное время года) это очень порадовало. Классно, что есть лифт. Уборка каждый день, приятный персонал, помогают с любым вопросом. Например, мне нужна была посуда, они сразу предоставили мне всё необходимое и разрешили оставить в номере до самого отъезда. Есть камера хранения, что очень удобно , когда вылет вечером. Я оставила все свои вещи и спокойно гуляла по городу. Расположение просто прекрасное! Рядом много магазинов и самое главное, что от улицы Истикляль всего в 2 минутах ходьбы. Спасибо большие за гостеприимство. Думаю, что я вернусь туда ещё ни один раз) уже забронировала номер на ближайшую поездку🙏🏼 Определенно рекомендую этот отель☺️ В целом всё было прекрасно, единственное,что вызывало дискомфорт именно в моём номере - это то, что окно полностью не закрывалось, там была сломана ручка. Его можно захлопнуть, но оно неплотно прилегает и постоянно открывается, если сильный ветер. Иногда было холодно и мне приходилось подпирать окно своими вещами. Было бы хорошо, если его починят. И ещё в первый день увидела одного таракана, сначала переживала, но больше они меня не беспокоили.

• Olivier (4/5): Un hôtel passable pour une nuit en semaine mais trop bruyant le week-end - Le Personnel de l'établissement est très sympathique, La proximité des transport publics. Cependant l'accès aux chambres est délicat avec un escalier super pentu. La chambre n'était malheureusement pas propre et très bruyante surtout en fin de semaine donnant directement sur une rue piétonne avec de nombreux café et terrasse. Nous avons hésiter à changer d'hôtel en cours de séjour. Le Jacuzzi pas propre donc inutilisable

• Georgios (10/5): Best Value For Price in the city - Η τοποθεσια ειναι το ατου του, βρισκεται σε παρα πολυ καλο σημείο για να εξερευνήσεις το κέντρο, το δωματιο ηταν καθαρο και το προσωπικο πολυ φιλικό και εξυπηρετικο. Το δωματιο μας δεν ειχε ασανσερ και γενικα εχει αρκετη φασαρια απο τα γυρω μαγαζια, κατι που εμας δεν μας προβληματισε αλλα ισως καποιους να τους ενοχλει.

• Timothy (3/5): Its like camping with a roof on. - This is really close to a back packers. The staff were all great. The place is very run down. It is on a busy street passage, there will be noise from people socialising on the street. If you're very young and creature comforts are slightly more than camping with a roof on. The lift is rated at 2 people max 160 kg. The windows didnt close. The curtains were half off the rail. Skirting board needs attaching. Ran out of loo paper. Breakfast is included, if you want coffee not tea it is extra.
• Dawid (1/5): Bardzo akustyczny hotel. - Było na osiem osób ,spaliśmy w czterech pokojach. Hotel ma świetną lokalizację – w samym sercu Stambułu, blisko atrakcji i restauracji. Niestety, to jedyna zaleta. Akustyka budynku jest fatalna – słychać wszystko: rozmowy z innych pokoi, odgłosy z łazienek, kanalizacji i trzaskające drzwi. Dodatkowo, do około trzeciej w nocy dochodzi głośna muzyka z pobliskich restauracji i klubów z muzyką na żywo, co całkowicie uniemożliwia sen. W przedostatni dzień pobytu hotel anulował moją rezerwację, mimo że spałem tam już drugą z trzech zaplanowanych nocy. Podczas tej samej podróży nocowałem w innym hotelu w Stambule i doświadczenie było cudowne, więc wiem, że można inaczej w tym mieście. Niestety, tego miejsca absolutnie nie polecam – nawet mimo dobrej lokalizacji. To zdecydowanie najgorsze doświadczenie hotelowe, jakie miałem w swoich licznych podróżach. Hotel anulował moją rezerwację, mimo że już w nim przebywałem i byłem w trakcie drugiego z trzech zaplanowanych noclegów. Trudno to nazwać inaczej niż dziwną i całkowicie niedopuszczalną praktyką. Nie będę szerzej opisywał szczegółów tej sytuacji, ale nawet sposób, w jaki hotel próbował ją później rozwiązać, nie wynagrodził nam stresu ani czasu, jaki musieliśmy poświęcić na wyjaśnienia. Dodatkowo, średnia ocena na Booking.com jest wyraźnie zawyżona – moje doświadczenie jest zupełnie sprzeczne z tym, co sugerują opinie innych. Po tym doświadczeniu nie jestem w stanie zaufać temu miejscu i absolutnie go nie polecam – żadnemu podróżnikowi, który ceni sobie profesjonalizm i rzetelne podejście do gościa.
• MikeandAshley (7/5): A friendly, budget-friendly stay in a convenient part of the city. - The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help when we needed something. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around the city. For the price, it was a decent stay overall, though there’s room for small improvements. When we arrived, the small elevator was stuck on another floor, so we had to carry our luggage up several flights of stairs. That alone wouldn’t have been a big deal, but we also had to change rooms because there was no Wi-Fi, which we needed for work, and the toilet leaked across the bathroom floor. The owner responded quickly, but the new room had two single beds instead of one large bed, which wasn’t ideal. While it was technically an upgrade, it didn’t feel like one. A bit more attention to cleanliness and maintenance would help, as the walls were marked and the linens didn’t seem freshly cleaned. Overall, it wasn’t our most enjoyable stay in Istanbul.

• Αννα (5/5): Αψογο προσωπικο με γρηγορη ανταποκριση , αλλα μεγαλο προβλημα με το θεμα καθαριοτητα . Επισης οι φωτογραφιες στο booking - Το προσωπικό ήταν ευχάριστο και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει σε οποιοδήποτε πρόβλημα προέκυπτε . Η καθαριότητα είναι μεγάλο μείον στο ξενοδοχείο! Οι φωτογραφίες δεν ανταποκρίνονται στην πραγματικότητα σε καμιά περίπτωση
• Marta (6/5): Good value for money, no frills, in the middle of Taksim - Location was in the middle of Taksim. A bit crowded and sometimes loud but not unbearable The breakfast did not have coffee or tea included. We were asked to pay extra. Not too much but it felt like a little rip off. On the last day we waited 30 minutes for breakfast. When we asked the waiter how much longer we have to wait we found out that he was not speaking English and had no clue we asked for breakfast. We decided not to wait any longer and left Not before having to pay for the tea :)

• Cagdas (4/5): Wenn ich mehr bezahlt hätte.. - Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis für diese Lage ist im Endeffekt in Ordnung .. günstig ! Zwei Jungs die abends an der Rezeption waren, waren wirklich sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Kollege der morgens da war .. war leider komplett überfordert und sprach nicht gut Türkisch. Zudem ist mein Taxi was ich zum Flughafen über das Hotel bestellt habe zu spät gekommen.. also lieber eigenständig um den Transfer kümmern. Aus der Dusche kam nur kaltes Wasser. Bett war sporadisch und die Matratze durchgelegen. Ein Fernseher auf dem Zimmer wäre nicht schlecht gewesen. Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Dadurch nichts mit Kindern. Wenn ihr versteht was ich meine

Toujours disponible, attentionné et souriant, il a tout fait pour rendre mon séjour agréable. Grâce à lui, je me suis senti(e) comme chez moi ! Je recommande vivement cet établissement — un service irréprochable et une ambiance conviviale.

• Elena (8/5): Отдыхали компанией опытных путешественников и сделали вывод, что отель справился со своей задачей. - Отель расположен в 150 метрах от пешеходной улицы Истикляль. Номера в реальности выглядят так же как и на фото. Отдыхали компанией, всем понравилось соотношение цена/качество. p.s. Были три дня, в отель приходили поспать. Завтраки не шведский стол и не стоят своих денег. За 8€ можно хорошо позавтракать в другом месте. Рядом много ресторанов работающих до поздней ночи и поэтому немного шумно. Но если хотите тишины то в спальный район. Были проблемы по номеру, но решали на раз два. Лифт на двух не больших человек или на одного с чемоданом, но есть стимул держать себя в форме

• Boris (10/5): - Топ локация. Очень близко к площади таксим. Таксим это лучшее распроложение в городе т к всегда можно уехать куда угодно а так же вернуться назад
• Sohail (8/5): - Excellent location Few problems with the room but the boys helped to to solve them. Washroom/toilet have a small size. Still I recommend bcz of the location and behavior of the especially Mr. Muhammad and Fatima
• Thomas (6/5): - Great location and cheap. Basic but clean enough and bed was comfortable. AC didn’t work, notified staff after the first night but wasn’t fixed. Followed up again after the second night and was moved to another room where it did work for the final night.

• Harun Resit (9/5): - It's very central location and the staff is really helpful and welcoming. My stay was very pleasant, the jacuzzi in the room was refreshing after an exhausting day and it was cleaned well. Definitely worth for a short stay in Istanbul. Rooms are a bit small and because it's at the center of the entertainment miles, it can be very loud at midnight.
