• Vivien (1/5): Uncontactable owner cancelling my stay 2 days before without refund - I don’t know The owner contacted me 2 days before I am due to arrive notifying me that there is an issue with the apartment and it is inhabitable. She also informed me that she has no other apartment for me to stay. Despite so, no attempt was made by the owner to further contact me, or cancel my booking and refund me in full. After scrambling to secure another accommodation, both bookings.com and the property owner remain uncontactable.

• Luis (1/5): Lied to me - Location, view They lied in the specifications of the apartment, the check-in process was terrible, the apartment was not clean.
• Linda (8/5): The room was in a high rise with good views ànd à great location. Bed was comfortable. Small kitchen - No breakfast, good location. À washing machine. They said it was broken.
• Tracy (7/5): Good - Location Brilliant. Wonderful clean spacious room. Sylvain Cossan, the host got in touch and met us with the key. Sylvian didn't explain how we had to lock the door once we were in our room. All we had to do, was to pull the handle up, then lock it with the key. It would have been nice to know this when we met the owner at the beginning of our stay. In Montreau, owners of accomodation should give you a "Montreau Riviera Card." We only received this, as we went to the Information Centre and they asked if we'd received one of these cards from our host. This gives you free train rides around Montreux, and close areas and also cheaper rates with attractions around Montreux. As we hadn't received this from our host, the Information Centre sorted this out for us, but normally the host from you're accomodation should organise this for you.

• Hoshang (9/5): Superb - Great location, walking distance to the sights and lake promenade. Good views from the 14th floor large living room bay window and bedroom balcony. Very nice furnishings and amenities that you need for a comfortable stay! Overall a really nice accommodation that I'd fully recommend! Parking around the apartment is a bit of a problem, so if you are driving be ready to park further away. Also a bit difficult to find the apartment initially until we got connected and guided personally by their staff which was nice. It's the tallest building right opposite the casino entrance!
• Albuquerque (8/5): Our family was very happy staying there. - Location is excellent, view of lake (even partial view) is awesome, building is nice, apartment is cool ! Bed sheets and pillows could be a little better.
