• Anelise (1/5): Horrível - Um quarto grande Terceiro andar e não tem elevador. Apartamento sujo, chão, pia, louça suja. Insuportável de quente. Ar condicionado portátil, mas o tubo de ar quente não encaixa na saída da janela. Segundo quarto nem ventilador tem. Não deu pra ficar. Anfitrião pouco se importa. Fomos para um hotel mesmo perdendo mais de 5 mil reais. Mentira... ficou bem quieto quando reclamei da limpeza.

• Carlos (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment es nice, it has everything necessary. There are many mosquitoes, the toilet smell bad and there are take account it’s on 3th floor and it doesn’t have elevator.

• Sonja (5/5): BE AWARE - Tasteful modern renovation When we arrived at the property, the owner had still not communicated with us how we could get into the property even though we sent messages but no one replied. We then had to telephone him. He finally answered the phone and asked us to hold on the line for over 5 minutes (a cost incurred by us) and I think he also said he wasn't in Italy. He finally gave us instructions on how to enter. He was apologetic. After entering the property, we found that there was NO washing machine. We messaged the owner back several ways (by email and texts) where was the washing machine? Why did he advertise that there was one when there was NOT one? He finally replied the next day, saying he made a mistake. This is not a mistake! He advertised on Booking.com and also on Airbnb in 4 different ways in his listings saying that the apartment had a washing machine. We purposely booked a place with a washing machine as we are travelling around and need to wash. We wouldn't have paid the extra money and booked an apartment for 3 x nights including a washing machine if we didn't require one. Instead, we would have just paid for a cheaper place without a washing machine. The owner didn't care less, also saying that we were the 1st ones to complain about not having a washing machine. He was condescending, also giving us an address of a laundry place we could go to 7 minutes away. An extra cost to us. Later, he messaged us back, saying that he would fix up the listings. That's not going to fix our problem NOR for other prebooked customers who think they are getting a washing machine. You would think he would try to make things right by compensating us in some way but to no avail. His whole manner has been appalling and he is a very dishonest person. I reached out to Booking.com and they messaged me saying that the owner told them that we had sorted it all out between ourselves. Nothing was sorted out.

• Corneliu (9/5): good+ - I was attacked by some mosquitos, but with a device with anti-mosquito pills it can be solved.
• Sarah (9/5): Fantastic great value apartment in good location. - A beautiful well equipped large apartment in a great area, easy for trams in the city. Loved the decor and all the furniture. Would definitely stay here again. The road it’s located on is very busy and noisy, gets quieter around 1am. Also there is no lift and the apartment is on 3rd floor so beware if you don’t like stairs.

• Yueyi (2/5): Poor - It’s a new decorated flat There’s no gas, no hot water couldn’t take a shower, electricity was faulty. Called owner no one’s answering the phone, only messaged say will give discount but didn’t receive any refund so far and not reply messages anymore.
• Martins (10/5): Amazing property! - Amazing property! Spacious extremely clean! 15 minutes walk from the the tram.
