• apsi (8/5): Séjour dans les environs calms - Hospitalié très gentile, chambre plutôt calme. Le petit déjeuner typique italien, même si simple, c'est comme ça normalement. Proche du vert, on peut se promener un peu. Un bon rapport qualité-prix. L'emplacement n'est pas dans le centre, mais les connexions par les transports en commun (métro, autobus) fonctionnent bien.

Punti di maggior rilievo: pulizia eccellente; frigorifero in camera; doccia enorme con flusso d'acqua abbondante; colazione inclusa a self service senza limiti ed estremamente variegata oltre che ricca di prodotti senza glutine e similari; camera ampia con piccolo balconcino che permetteva di stare all'area aperta e guardare il frontale parco urbano; personale simpatico, disponibile e cortese. Non mi posso lamentare di nulla.

Stanze ben curate, accoglienti anche se minimali e pulizia ottima. Versamente un buon rapporto qualità prezzo per essere a due passi dal centro di Roma. Bagno un po' piccolino

• Urquia (5/5): Not as expected - It was clean and everything was fair The add was not clear enough, it said we booked an apartment but it was a room within the apartment. The bathroom was not in the room even, it was out and we needed another key, which was inconvenient. Further, the announcement said the airport shuttle was included and this was a complete lie, they just re directed us to a 90€ taxi.

• Rita (8/5): Friendly staff; tried their very best to speak and understand english yet, very accommodating. Overall, the place is cle - It is clean and cozy. Organized instructions when coming in and out of the property. We only found out on our last day that there is a lift/elevator 😊 Maybe next time egg and bacon will be included in the menu for breakfast as their breakfast is good when you do have a sweet tooth.

Other guests came back late made lots of noise disturbing us for a few hours. The balcony had a huge boiler, wall heaters, it was dirty and dusty. Ceiling light in bathroom was hanging down exposing wires.

Thank you to locals who enabled my to use their hotspot otherwise I would have been looking for alternative accommodation. I clearer indication of the type of accommodation on booking.com would have been informative and the access process, this accommodation is in a residential high rise apartment block at the end of the train line. The walk is potentially a deal breaker.

• Kelly (7/5): Nice room, great price but a bit out of the way. - Clean and bed was comfortable. Good price. Bathroom was across from the room and you had to use a different key to open it. Motion detector noise was annoying.
• Maryna (9/5): Everything is fine! - Everything is fine. Very clean, you can make tea and coffee in the kitchen, there are plenty of snacks, and there’s also milk and yogurt. It's a bit far from the city center, but the bus stop is just 3 minutes from the house.

MAFIA SYLE EXTORTION SCAM The gentleman assured me the airport shuttle was free , then when I arrived in Italy he tried to extort me for the shuttle fayre using Mob or mafia style tactics. I ended up walking out without a Hotel. Claim pit through to Booking.com customer service.

• Rocher (4/5): Least than expected - The location and supermarket nearby There was no kitchen, only a microwave and coffee machine were available. Had difficulties to prepare meals and to wash dishes. No daily housekeeping though they were published on booking.com and we're disappointed about it.

Location 1 hour away from roma city center. It made travelling a little bit harder, especially to come back to hotel at night. But the surrounding is very quiet and safe.

Non interest from the owner about the problem. Second day also they cleaned only the part that we had already do and nothing else not even the garbage. Dont know about cleaning time procedures and i dont care - i suppose that the room must be fundamentally clean at any case. Also a kind of mixed up photos in internet. We thought it was a big hotel and it was a rbnb room in a house with other rooms.
