• Priscilla (7/5): A few ideas - Decor was nice. Facilities was laid out nicely. Plenty of blankets and linens. Very drafty. Accessing for the 1st time was confusing . No clear markings on the step side and front door. Fall hazard. Clearer on the pets/firewood charges.

Beautiful designer touches of exposed beams and live edge wood detailing. Location is great, and property is private and quiet. It has all the conveniences that make it ‘home’ for a couple, family, or group over an extended stay. Plenty of parking available. Loved everything about this place! Unfortunately we were too busy to enjoy the nearby river walk and the fire pit, but we’ll be sure to make time the next time! Lamps in the bedrooms would be helpful.

• Bruce (10/5): Far exceeded expectations! Very nice. - Cozy cottage is a gem! It gives you a “hug” when you walk through the door. Cute as a button and clean as a whistle. Well equipped. Spacious yard for our little fur babies and great location close to everything. Fast internet everything remodelled and bright lighting throughout. Awesome property. Nothing really. Very cosy.

• Nenebora (8/5): Cute Cottage - Really cute little cottage. The grounds are beautiful and big to enjoy with some friends or family. Great firepit as well. The owner came by to say hello. I did have to send a message asking the night before arrival about how to gain access as it was not sent 48 hrs prior as stated on reservation, but that was not a big deal. Very clean and really cute inside. Did not however have supplied toilet paper. Ended up buying our own as they only had 6 rolls with a few sheets on each roll left in bathrooms. Seems like cleaners perhaps forgot to replenish. Just small things but they add up to base my review. I would stay here again however. Unfortunately, the beds in this cottage are doubles.NOT Queens. The accommodation could be a lot more comfortable when 2 couples are renting or 4 people. There is space in room for larger beds. This was a missed opportunity. For this reason I rate a little lower. Charges 40$ if u want earlier arrival even if nobody is not there. I think that is a little too steep not even hotels charge that

• Brian (9/5): We would return again. The house was new, well kept and clean. - House was clean and new. Nice layout - especially when travelling with another couple. We liked staying here over staying at a hotel. We would stay here again! Lovely large backyard. Very peaceful. Very minor: I think there should be an address sign listed on the actual cottage. We were a little confused about where to find the cottage as it was late and dark when we arrived. 19B and 19A mailboxes were listed on the same house at the front. This is very minor, all things considered. One bedroom had a queen and it seems the other had a double - it would be nice to have a queen bed in both rooms.
• Sharon (10/5): Cozy country cottage adorable - The cottage was designed and decorated aesthetically pleasing! .. A rectangular kitchen table would fit the space more efficiently... A second nightstand in the bedroom s, and replace the double bed with a queen.

• Terra (10/5): This Cozy Cottage was definitely cozy and very inviting! We loved every minute of our stay! - The layout of this tiny house is great. Comfy furniture Netflix provided Large Balcony off one bedroom Cot in one of the bedrooms for extra sleeping Very clean and simple Outdoor ambience was so nice and calming - love the fire pit. Just a few minor recommendations for improvement: 1. Check out time should be noon - that is the check out time at most places now. 2. Had issues with the quality of wi-fi reception. 3. There was no ice - Fridge ice and water did not work.

• Jessika (6/5): Pleasant - The yard was beautiful and spacious. The house inside was beautifully decorated and had plenty of room. BBQ only had 1 middle burner that worked. Faucet pull down was broken. Freezer door barely opened making the freezer unable to be used. There was only 1 medium frying pan and 2 pots to cook for a family was not pleasant. We had to purchase alot of items that should have been provided.

Needed more towels for the downstairs bathroom and a few Kleenex tissue boxes throughout. One of the upstairs bedroom had no curtains.

• Diane (10/5): It was one of our best stays. A lovely property. - We had a fabulous time at the Cozy Cottage. We brought our dog and loved being able to let her out to join us when we had breakfast on the patio. There was a trail close to the property so we could walk our dog. The facilities were ideal to eat the meals we wanted at the cottage. We were close to all of the delivery options and could warm up left overs in the microwave. We were close to St Jacobs and many fun Conservation Areas. We highly recommend the Cozy Cottage for those who want to tour local Kitchener and Waterloo sights. We loved this property. We don’t have any suggestions for improvement.

• Wendy (10/5): This property is delightful. - This property is a treasure, tucked away on the outskirts of Kitchener. It has been so tastefully finished, and was very clean. We had everything needed for our stay. The patio area and lawn are private and perfect for relaxing in the evening. The location is excellent for visiting St. Jacob's, Kitchener/Waterloo and the surrounding area. Everything was good!
