Guest Reviews
- Ennis (6/5): Pleasant - Decent location. Spacious property. Our booking was changed last minute due to a problem.
Check in was an hour late.
Main bedroom had broken blinds and lights.
- Mari (1/5): Awful experience - We didn’t even get to check in. A week before our stay, the host confirmed we could drop our bags off early at 1:30pm and said check-in details would be sent on the morning of our arrival. But on the day, we received nothing. I called while we were on our way, and someone promised to send the information immediately, but it never came.
When we arrived at the property, we still had no access details, and the host started hanging up on us with no explanation. Shortly after, we got an email from Booking.com saying the host had cancelled our reservation.
We were left stranded in London during a major concert weekend and had to spend over £500 more than our original booking to find last-minute accommodation. The host never apologised or explained what happened. They said we would receive a refund, but never sent it. Booking.com is now having to sort that out. The whole experience was incredibly stressful and completely unprofessional.
- Helen (1/5): Do not book this property, it is a scam. I booked and paid for in advance, when it came to check-in date was advised th - Nothing Everything
- Christine (9/5): Superb -
- Soozi(suzanne) (10/5): We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully set-out property with spacious rooms, a superb location, fresh flowers on th - The location was super. The rooms spacious. The property was set out. They even had fresh flowers on the dining table. We had a great stay and the contact person for the property couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you. Not applicable . All was great .
- Hoffman (10/5): Perfect location in a comfortable London mews type house - Fantastic location, really spacious, particularly by London standards. Clean and nice aesthetic throughout, and having a washer/dryer was super helpful Not much to quibble about; having more than one set of keys would be helpful, but I don’t think that’s possible with the type of lock system
- Zul (8/5): Very good - Overall good place to stay.
Just need to improve the wifi strength.
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kay (8/5): It’s was a lovely quaint little house with plenty of space and a great socialising area for a party of 6. Housekeeping - The property is a good size with lovely decor, location is excellent and plenty nice places round about. While cleanliness was good it could have been better. We had an issue with the shower flooding 1st night which wasn’t ideal so had to use the others. I’d made contact about an iron and was advised there was one however it was broken on arrival. These things should be completed on a checklist to make sure it’s all in tact for the next arriving guests.
- Milena (10/5): Super - Space , interior design ,area and very clean Nothing
- Antonio (10/5): Fantastic! - The house has a great location, 2 streets away from the station. Chris our host was great and the house is beautiful and well equipped. We will be back!! all was amazing!
- Lindsay (10/5): Exceptional - Location is great
Modern house
Nice kitchen Nothing
- Kay (9/5): Great location and space - Location and check in easy Nothing
- Kathy (10/5): Exceptional - Immaculate house that looks small from the outside but is really spacious with excellent natural light everywhere. There were lovely little touches making it feel homley but stylish. It's 3 minutes walk to Earls Court Tube and 30 minutes walk to the Royal Albert Hall. There are lots of restaurants nearby but because it is just off the main road it was very quiet. Need more than 6 mugs for those that like lots of tea!
- Jacqueline (10/5): Perfect Stay! - We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom house in South Kensington ! The location is unbeatable—tucked away in a quiet, charming street but just minutes away from transportation, museums and Hyde park , making it super convenient to explore London. The house itself is spacious, tastefully designed, and incredibly comfortable. From the cozy beds to the thoughtfully curated interiors, everything was perfect for a relaxing stay.
A special shout-out to Chris, the host, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He was always responsive, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome. It’s rare to find a property that ticks all the boxes, but this one certainly does! Highly recommend this gem for anyone visiting London. We can’t wait to return! All was great!!
- Julie (10/5): Fabulous, comfortable house in great location. - Less than 5 mins walk to Earl's Court Station, which connects to buses and a number of train lines, making access across the city quick and easy. The house was warm and very comfortable, with a highlight being USB ports in power points throughout the house. A 2nd set of keys for 4 people would have been helpful.
- Thakan (1/5): Be Aware of This - I had a very unpleasant experience with this property. I booked a room and paid in full through Booking.com. However, just one day before my check-in date, I received a message from the property claiming they had switched payment processors (from Stripe to Square) and asking me to pay again through a new payment link. They promised to refund my original payment by December 12, 2024, but as of now, I still haven’t received the refund.
This situation feels suspicious and unprofessional. If they truly had issues with their payment system, they should have resolved it with Booking.com instead of asking their customers to pay twice. The timing, just one day before check-in, made it extremely stressful and inconvenient for me.
I strongly advise others to avoid this property unless they improve their operations and customer service. It could even be a scam, so travelers should proceed with caution
- Cassie (10/5): One of the nicest experiences I’ve experienced when staying in London. I would without a doubt stay again and that commu - The house was immaculate. Very spacious and in a great location! Nothing!
- Mclaughlin (9/5): Superb - Exc
- Amarnath (9/5): Our expectations of cramped, old accommodations 'across the pond' were blown out of the water! - The location, very near Earl's Court Underground station, made roaming in London so much easier and quicker. Taxis could drop us off right outside the front door! The nearby restaurants and supermarkets offered good choices within walking distance. The house itself is modern, very spacious, cheerfully lit, well kept, and nearly sound proof. A foyer (great house rule: all shoes must stay there!), mostly 'wooden' floors, a central glass covered atrium with sliding doors from the kitchen, dining area and a bedroom (caution: spiders/insects can get in along with the cool breeze if left open too long), remote controlled skylights in bedrooms. The washer/dryer, water heater, fridge, microwave, toaster, TV, WiFi, etc., all worked perfectly. A moderate collection of cutlery and even wine glasses! Fresh clean white linen and towels. The host was helpful in providing good instructions (never met him). Only some minor personal quibbles, nothing serious. (I am nitpicking, but hoping that the host will take it positively and fix them, and let me stay there again in the future!) The electronic climate controls were foreign to me and were frustrating and difficult to learn. The upper floor bathtub/shower is in need of a grab bar for safety. Need to press/lean on that bathroom's door when unlocking the deadbolt from inside. At least one spring mattress bed felt a bit cheap for such a nice house. The property is on the ground floor; passers by and parked cars can watch you if you leave certain lower level or upper level window curtains open!
- Seng (8/5): Very good - Great location for both restaurants and tube.
- Abeer (10/5): Exceptional -
