• Guest (6/5): Si estás de visita por Aranjuez o Toledo no es la opción más glamurosa pero si se las más económicas - La nevera es un punto extra, no todas las habitaciones en los alojamientos tienen nevera y ya que se encuentra en una zona de un polígono industrial y no hay donde tomar un café o una cerveza. La nevera te hace un apaño. La cama es lo que veo mejorable, es el típico somier que tenemos en casa debajo de otra cama para cubrir las visitas.

• Christian (2/5): 0 confianza - Estuvimos esperando 15-20min a que nos abriesen el portal, nadie contestaba y fue otro huésped el que nos acabó abriendo por casualidad, porque coincidió que él salía. La ubicación es tenebrosa, está en medio de un polígono industrial que no genera nada de confianza, y la habitación tenía unos cuántos desperfectos.

• Alícia (1/5): No lo recomiendo para nada!! - Que tenía un frigorífico pequeño en la habitación. Todo, la cama incómoda, de muelles. Sin agua caliente, una peste a humedad increíble. Y la mierda que tenía la habitación no era ni medio normal.

Los grifos del lavabo muy incómodos con el botón de temporizador. No había restaurante. Ni nada donde tomar algo de comer o beber. La habitación 213 con pies y manos en las paredes.

• Josué Betancor (6/5): - Nos gustó que hubiese nevera pequeña en la habitación y el baño con chorros aunque no estaba del todo bien ya que tenía chorros estropeados y no salía agua. Tuvimos un problema nose si booking o el alojamiento, tenía la reserva oaga y al alojamiento no le constaba esto nos dio una demora de unos 20min hacer el check-in. Mi habitacion de 2 camas individuales una estaba en las últimas, se movía tipo cuna y cada vez que me movía parecía que se iba a romper por el balanceo y esto me hacía despertar, no obstante por el precio esta bastante bien. Aparte solo vimos un enchufe para cargar móviles y demás.

• Ana Belen (3/5): - Cercanía con Madrid Las camas eran horribles. Me clavaba los muelles de la cama y no podía dormir bien. No estaba bien insonorizado y se escuchaba todo el ruido de fuera. Justo al lado hay una sala de eventos y el sábado NO pude dormir. Se escuchaba toda la música el ruido y todo. El fin de semana no había nadie en recepción y tuve que llamar a un número de teléfono para que me pudieran abrir la puerta. Dentro hice el check-in con una tablet dentro.
• José (3/5): Limpieza genial, estado ducha y una cama horrible - La entrada y el pasillo, parece moderno La habitación en general está en mal estado, una de las camas está en mal estado, de la ducha la mampara tuve que colocarla varias veces después de que se soltara entera o se quedara aguantando de uno de los soportes… y después de haberlo dicho, que me dijeran que me llamarían y no hicieran nada y pasaran de ello…

El ascensor no funcionaba. La ducha de hidromasaje era complicada y funcionaba bastante mal. Un ruido tremendo en las tuberías

• MARIA DOLORES (5/5): - Estaba cerca de Toledo y había aparcamiento Las sábanas estaban muy limpias La zona era muy mala, un polígono sucio y daba miedo cuando volvimos por la noche La habitación tenía humedades secas alrededor de las ventanas, la ducha estaba rota y se salia el agua de la ducha al baño. Tuvimos que quitar los filtros de aire acondicionado porque no salía aire por lo sucio que estaba. También había humedades en las paredes de la escalera alrededor de la ventana.

• Jose Miguel (6/5): Suficiente si vas con colegas. - El alojamiento estaba bien localizado y medianamente limpio, pero ahí acaban todas sus bondades. Había gente esperando en la puerta porque no sabían ni cómo entrar y no había personal. Tenías que hablar con una tablet que te decía los códigos, porque tampoco nos llegó el correo para poder entrar. Un poco desastre, entiendo el precio pero tampoco vale 20 euros. Tendría que haber aunque sea una persona permanente en el hotel por si acaso. Llegamos y había 2 chavales, que eran buena gente pero podrían no haberlo sido y si en vez de ser yo, es mi mujer con su hermana, en mitad de un polígono, con dos tíos en la puerta de un hotel al que no acceden ni hay personal.. no discuto el modelo de negocio, pero me parece que ralla lo recomendable

• Iryna (4/5): Hotel with Very poor facilities - There was a bad to sleep and AC was working , a lot of parking spaces around the hotel My terrace room view was facing a wall of rocks , the sink in the bathroom was blocked , water couldn’t go down the sink , there is no iron and no hairdryer , reception couldn’t do anything about it. The code to enter the room stopped working , it was hard to fix this issue . There is emergency or fire alarm light inside the room which is very bright , impossible or to sleep . There is nothing around the hotel , no coffee no water to buy from anywhere

The codes to get into two of the rooms didn’t work properly At 2:00 am we came from a party were not able to rest we had to get the fricking code every time we go out You should improve that system

• Debbie (3/5): The worst ever hotel - Leaving We were hoping for parking but it was unavailable due to maintenance, so we had to park our car opposite the hotel. The Hotel needs a serious revamp as the front of the hotel is unappealing on arrival not like the photo advertised on booking.com. The staff member reassured us it was a quiet and secure area, however, he went home at 9 p.m. so the front desk was not manned during the night. There were people mainly males drinking and playing loud music at 3 a.m out side the hotel. After they retrieved beers from the hotel rooms. On entering the room the fridge was lying in the middle of the floor. The TV is so high you can only watch it whilst lying down on the bed. The reception was so bad due to the socket hanging off the wall so was unable to watch the TV. We had twin spring beds no mattress covered. one was comfortable the other wasn't as the spring was broken and I had trouble sleeping it was so bad when I got up in the morning I had a bruised bottom. Bathroom was adequate it had a very over completed shower which was unessary for this type of hotel. We couldn't get it to work so had to get the receptionist to show us as the instruction stuck on the glass were not clear. The sink tap was floading and unsecured to the sink the toilet cistern flusher also was not secured the cistern. It was a very unpleasant stay and we will not be returning.
