• Nicole (7/5): - I stayed here for two nights coming from Osaka to fly home from Narita. This was an extremely convenient location to stay to access the skyliner (though Ueno is probably better). You're one stop from Tokyo station so the world is literally your oyster, walking distance to Akihabara (also a quick subway stop) for any souvenir shopping you want to do! Nothing! You get what you pay for and as long as you remember that, you won't be disappointed. It's not the Marriott but it'll do!

You have 3min for Kanda station where you have yamamote line, most common line you needed; you have Chuuou Line, express to Nakano or Shinjuku; Keihin-Touhoku Line, if you want to go direct to Oufuna or Yokohama (only 45min) + Haneda connection for airplain; and also Ginza line for quick Asakusa or Shibuya. If you go a bit far you can get to Soubu Line(Rapid) and went express to Chiba. You can even walk to Tokyo station or Akihabara on your legs. The staff are very understanding and have been a great help to me with my problems. I think only the rooms are a bit small for more than 1 person, but it's center of Tokyo, so It's hard to find large place to stay for money like this.

• TERUYO (5/5): あの部屋にこの料金は見合っていない。 - 駅から近く、スタッフさんが親切でよかったです。 部屋が狭いうえに形が悪く、スーツケースを開く場所もないほどだった。 また大きなテレビが机の前にあり、近過ぎて見られなかった。 椅子に座ったままで見られる鏡が無く、立ってメイクをしなければならなかった。

Tiene lavandería en la entrada y fuente de agua que me hacía más fácil tener agua fresca siempre en el hotel El trato con los recepcionistas. Les costaba entender bastante el inglés y por media hora que faltaba para hacer el checkin nos pidieron 1000¥

• Christopher (9/5): - Location wise it is close to the Kanda station in a straight line almost. Walkable distance to Akihabara is you would prefer walking. Staff were helpful in answering any questions I had. There is luggage storage though limited! The airco was right above the bed so there was a constant draft which was annoying even if I did adjust the angle. Room is small than expected but overall still great.

• Matthew (5/5): It's fine for VERY short stays... but I wouldn't book this place again - Conveniently located near major locations like Akihabara and Tokyo Station. The hotel is within easy walking distance of Kanda Station and is about 30 mins away from Shinjuku by train. 1) The man who was working the reception desk when I first arrived was a bit too condescending for my liking — I felt like I had been called into the principal's office with the way he spoke "at" me, rather than "to" me. Luckily, every other staff member I interacted with was far more friendly and attitude-free. 2) No stationery in the room. 3) Can't open the window to let in some air. 4) The vending machine in the lobby only has alcohol and 2 cans of snacks.

• Olivea (7/5): cheap with good location - The hotel was in a convenient location, the price was cheap which is why I chose this place to stay just one night. Unfortunately I did not realise I booked a smoking room, so that one night was very unpleasant. Opening the window helped a little bit.

• Evgeniya (4/5): I think I don’t use this hotel anymore. - Good location. I booked a double room for myself and my 10-year-old child, but received everything for one person. Only one bath towel, one face towel. There was also no tea or instant coffee in the room. Breakfast was for one. If I had known there would be a small obento box, I would have taken the room without breakfast; it would have been cheaper. There is no restaurant you get only small bento and a bottle of green tea.

• Carlos Alberto (1/5): - Ubicación. Japan was an absolutely magnificent and beautiful country. Everywhere we went, we encountered kindness, respect, and an exceptional culture of service that made our trip truly unforgettable. Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel did not reflect what the country represents. After staying for 6 NIGHTS, our final day was deeply disappointing. We asked to store our luggage for a few hours and, despite there clearly being available space, we were met with a refusal, without empathy or any willingness to offer an alternative solution. It would have taken only a small gesture to end our stay on a positive note. Instead, the attitude we encountered felt cold and inconsiderate, and there appeared to be a clear preference shown towards other guests. This lack of hospitality stood in stark contrast to the essence of respect and appreciation towards customers that we experienced throughout Japan. To make matters worse, the reception staff who attended to us displayed what felt like complete insincerity in their manner, which ultimately confirmed a very disappointing final impression of this hotel.

• Laura (9/5): - There is an automatic check-in machine which is always nice, although I wasn't sure about some of the details so a kind staff member helped me finish it smoothly. The room itself was small as expected but private, quiet and clean. Aircon and shower warmed up nicely. That was all I was looking for so, I was happy. Getting to the hotel is quick and easy from Tokyo Station via public transport and you're only a pleasant 20-minute walk from the lovely Jimbocho bookseller district, which was my main aim on this trip. There's also a great Thai restaurant only 3 minutes away which I took advantage of. Only downside to this place was that while the window had effective blackout curtains, there was no bracket on the wall to keep them flush. So there was a gap between the curtain and wall where a streetlight could shine in, which happened to be right towards my face at night. I could've slept in the opposite direction but it's a bit inconvenient, so I just draped a towel over my face, haha. You may want to bring a sleep mask just in case.
• Marcus (6/5): - The location is really good. A few minutes easy walk to Kanda station and about 15 to Akihabara or Tokyo stations and a lot of choices for restaurants. Pillows were pretty good too. There were just several small things that annoyed me like the Loose mat in the elevator. The breakfast was the main issue. it's included and it's two onigiri and some other small bites - the onigiri were seaweed and shiso and shiso isn't that popular with foreigners so interesting choice and there was a bottle of tea but I don't drink it. I think for however much they're adding to the stay for the breakfast you could probably do better from a conbini.

• trylbb (6/5): - Ottima posizione, almeno per gli amanti dei manga che vogliono comunque stare fuori dal casino. Kanda station è vicina e da lì si può prendere la yamato line. Troppo piccolo anche per me che mi adatto a tutto, le finestre non si possono aprire per un ricambio d'aria.

• たんたん電 (8/5): - 清潔な部屋。消臭剤、空気清浄機、除菌スプレーと揃っていて快適空間で過ごせました。 エレベーターも一台しかありませんが、早いので不満無し。 部屋にレンジまであるし、一分の距離にミニストップもあります。 カップやケトルがあっても水は一階フロントのコップのみ。そこから持ってこようとはなりづらい。自販機も外にしか無い。 お茶パックやコーヒーも無し。ちょっと寂しい。 ベッド近くに物が置けるテーブルが無く、カバン等をどこに置けばよいか悩む作り。折りたたみ式テーブルでもあればかなり良いなと感じた。 使い捨てスリッパが無いので、神経質な人は嫌かも。 テレビの位置が寝ながら観る感じではなく、かといって食事するときは自分の頭の位置にくるため、どのタイミングにしてもテレビが観づらい。 シャワー浴びながらシャンプー類を取るのが不便に感じる距離にあって、うがいの為のカップ越しに取ることになるのが嫌だった。 ユニットバス内、室内のゴミ箱がかなり小さく使い勝手悪い。
