• Luisa (8/5): Posizione perfetta e silenziosa - Posizione, presenza dell’angolo cottura. Frigorifero, prodotti per la prima colazione e gentilezza dell’host Assenza del bidet, bagno veramente piccolo. Porta di entrata molto difficile da aprire. Le persone alte come mio marito devono sempre stare con la testa piegata per passare sotto al soppalco. In quanto geometra valuto che quel localino inutile sopra al soppalco lo toglierei e la stanza avrebbe molto più respiro.

• Benny (9/5): Zeer goed gelegen en rustige uitvalsbasis om Rome te verkennen - Autenthiek dakappartement, rustig en toch goed gelegen tussen het Vaticaan en de Piazza del Populo. Zeer goed bed om uit te rusten van de lange wandelingen ;-). Vriendelijke en responsieve host. Het is een authentiek appartement met ruimte maar ook lage plafonds - oppassen om je hoofd te stoten voor de groeteren onder ons.

• Luiz Fernando (10/5): Roof top flat! - The apartment is very comfortable and it's located in a very good neighborhood with lots of restaurants, gelaterias, Metro station, markets and beautiful streets to stroll on. The owner was very supportive and kind. She left many treats as a Prosecco, bottles of water, coke and beer. The kitchen is fully furnished. It is located on a roof top with a beautiful view of the surroundings. I really suggest staying at Il Tetto when in Rome. Coming by car, make sure to book the parking in advance. It's hard to find a spot on the streets.

• Leonid (7/5): Good for a short-term stay - Exceptional location. Many restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. Vatican by foot, any tourist location within a walking distance (15-30 minutes). Three minutes from metro station Lepanto. Great view from the terrace. The house itself is simply beautiful. The street is indeed quiet at any time. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was extremely small and narrow for us. Being 185cm tall I barely fit in it. Taking a shower was even more difficult. Same goes for the main room, I always had to crouch a bit while passing the stairs. Bathroom sink seems to be clogged, draining was super slow. Electricity is limited by 3 kWh, so you can’t using air conditioning with the washing machine at the same time. An attempt to do so will cause a power outage within 10 minutes and you’ll have to go downstairs to fix it. The owner said they’ll increase the limit in the future. The terrace view is amazing, but most of it is a private area. Essentially there’s a somewhat narrow passage to the apartment and the rest is closed off with a bush. Sitting area is near the entrance, so you won’t be able to have a meal enjoying the view. You can try moving the table and the chairs closer to the edge though. All the things mentioned above shouldn’t be a big issue if you plan a short-term stay.
• Chris (10/5): Very nice place. Would stay there again. - It’s a very cute place. Well designed. Used to be an artist’s studio. A short walk across the river to lively area. Bed was very comfortable. Regina is very nice. The bathroom is small, but well designed for the space.
