• Fabio (7/5): Great location to the mall, floor with good views, clean and organized with facilities. Good host. - Location for our work was great, facilities were as expected, the place was very clean e organized. Host was acessible for communication and good to reply messages. Perhaps adding information on the designated parking spot in advance would be of good help to guests coming by car. Despite the things we liked, one should point out a few minor issues: - There was no extra pillow for our son on the sofa-bed (the other pillows available were for decoration and were too big to sleep) - There was only one A/C for the apartment and it was lacking maintenance as it was struggling to cool the room and the filter was due to cleaning. If it was fully operational or perhaps a larger one (12,000 BTU) was available, one A/C could be enough to refrigerate the living room without the need for a second one. There was a working fan though not enough to cool down the room. - A water kettle would be a nice addition for making tea and coffee. - As well as toiletries, such as disposable shampoo/conditioner
