• Tudor (5/5): Be aware of deposit request and make pictures at check-in and check-out. We are requested to replace a piece of furnitur - House is nice. Clean and great view from the terrace Location is not great. The street is almost dead end and in our case - travelling with small kids, we used the car for almost everything. Even restaurants are far. There is a strage policy for deposit. It is my first time we are requested to pay deposit and strange coincidence it is rhe first time we are notified that we have broken a small clothes hanger and they need to buy it new. There is no signed protocol at the checkin or check out. So you have to travel to Tenerife check in and pictures before checkin and at checkout. Our mistake was that we did not perform these pictures and we must rely on host pictures. Which is anyway strange since there is no signed agreement for this. I will try to make a complaint to Booking for this topic since the piece has small damage and I don’t see the reason for complete replacement
• Alexander (10/5): - We liked EVERYTHING: from the beginning when Max met us at the property and provided useful information through every day during the stay and visiting beautiful places at Tenerife recommended by him (listen to Max and you will not regret!). He was very supportive during the entire stay. The house was clean, well organized, and a very convenient location with a short distance to restaurants, stores, and places of interest. Summary: we plan on coming here again, you have all you need for an enjoyable and unforgettable vacation! Highly recommended !!!
