- Marcos (6/5): OK, numa próxima fico em outro bairro - Casarão enorme, conservado, ambiente lindo e antigo. Condiz com as fotos. Pé direito alto. Atendimento pelo WhatsApp rápido, cordial e eficiente. O quarto estava limpo mas o colchão, travesseiros e toalhas tinham um cheio de roupa velha guardada. Infelizmente o centro histórico está meio abandonado então a vantagem da localização acaba virando um revés, não por culpa do estabelecimento mas do poder público

- Federico (10/5): Soggiorno ottimo - Soggiorno molto piacevole. La struttura è curatissima, in particolare il giardino è davvero ben tenuto e la pulizia è ottima. Lo staff è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile: dopo il check-out ci hanno permesso di usufruire della piscina e dell’area esterna mentre aspettavamo il nostro volo. Hanno anche custodito i nostri bagagli, avvisandoci quando è arrivato il transfer, e ci hanno dato la possibilità di fare una doccia nel pomeriggio prima di partire, dopo essere stati tutto il giorno in giro. Il self check-in è stato molto comodo e ben organizzato, con indicazioni chiare sia per entrare nella struttura sia per trovare facilmente la stanza. Nel complesso un’esperienza davvero positiva: struttura consigliatissima per la cura, l’organizzazione e la grande gentilezza dello staff. Rinnoverei i bagni

Workman, laying in a hammock, around the corner from our room, didn’t know I was in the hammock, and he was snotting and spitting on the floor, multiple times. I did comment but he ignored me, until one of the cleaners pointed out I was there, then he got up and went back to “work”

Il n'y a aucun contact avec un humain. Il est très difficile de trouver un petit déjeuner avant 9h00 (voire 10h00) du matin dans le quartier. La rue de l'hôtel est terriblement sale.

- Daniele (9/5): - A localização é ótima, assim como a estrutura do casarão. O quarto é amplo e o ar condicionado dá vazão tranquilamente, o próprio quarto é bem fresquinho mesmo com o ar desligado. Tudo o que precisávamos fomos atendidos prontamente, foi ótimo. Quando chegamos o chuveiro estava entupido, mal saía água, e precisamos desobstruir com uma agulha para conseguirmos tomar uma banho melhor. Depois disso ficou ótimo. A cozinha coletiva também poderia ser melhor higienizada e ter dedetização com maior frequência. Mas esses dois pontos não atrapalharam nossa estadia, que foi ótima!

O quarto é amplo e confortável, sim, o Casarão é lindo, mas a rua é perigosa, não dá para sair de noite se não for de uber, e a comunicação não é boa. O que eu não gostei é do conceito em si. Gosto de chegar em uma pousada e ter Recepção, para me tirar alguma dúvida, para eu perguntar onde fica a farmácia ou a padaria, para eu poder perguntar se a rua é perigosa à noite, e no Casarão a proposta é não ter ninguém para a gente perguntar as coisas. Não tem café da manhã, também, e isso não havia ficado claro para mim ao fazer a reserva. A ideia é que o hóspede chegue sozinho e saia sozinho, sem contato com funcionários, como se fosse um airbnb, mas não é. Para entrar já tem uma dificuldade, um dispositivo eletrônico na fechadura, que temos de digitar uma senha, esperar alguns segundos, passar a mão, etc, etc, o taxista que nos deixou lá comentou que todo mundo tem dificuldade de entrar a primeira vez. Para completar, foi dito que teríamos acesso à cozinha para o que fosse necessário, e nós levamos uma refeição (quentinha) para almoçar no dia seguinte, bem carinha, por sinal, e no dia seguinte, na hora do almoço, não estava mais na geladeira. Não acho que ninguém roubou não, acho que jogaram fora sem procurar saber se era de algum hóspede. Parece que comunicação não é o forte do Casarão da Fonte. Nem simpatia.

- Tom (10/5): Perfect ! - Perfect for two people. The location is very near the historical center. We really appreciated the kitchen and the air conditionning in our bedroom. The cherry on the cake is the atmosphere with the pool and all the plants around.

- Sophia (9/5): Great location and place to stay in Sao Luis - It was a wonderful spot within walking distance of the historical center. The place is beautiful with an open area with a pool, benches/common hangout spot, and lots of plants. The entrance door had a ring doorbell and unique keycode for easy entrance when the host was not there. The rooms had AC, showers were hot and good pressure, towels/sheets/room in general were clean and organized. They let us store our bags there after checkout which was incredibly useful. We only stayed one night so didnt use kitchen or laundry facilities but from our view everything seemed great and functional for those too.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et très confortables. Le jardin est sublime, plein de fleurs et d'oiseaux. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la piscine après la chaleur de la journée. C'est un petit coin de paradis !

La piscina pulitissima La stanza molto spartana ma in linea con le aspettative, il bagno invece troppo sacrificato, con la doccia a soffitto in mezzo al bagno che crea un lago e un lavandino minuscolo inutile se non per lavare le mani e tutto un po troppo trascurato.

La struttura è in un punto ottimale per muoversi, considerate che noi abbiam fatto uno step a Sao Luis solo perchè siamo atterrate all'aeroporto lì per poi spostarci verso Barreirinhas. La stanza molto semplice ma spaziosa e pulita. All'esterno piccolo "salottino" fronte piscina, con amaca, sedie e tavolino. Nulla.

Je n'avais pas compris qu'il n'y avait pas de personnel d'accueil. On reçoit un message whatsapp avec le code d'entrée et un lien vidéo montrant l'accès aux chambres. C'est assez déroutant et on aurait aimé pouvoir parler à quelqu'un en arrivant dans cette ville pour avoir quelques conseils. Aucun petit déjeuner n'est proposé (nous sommes arrivés trop tard pour acheter de quoi s'en préparer un dans la cuisine commune) et le quartier n'était pas du tout ouvert le matin.

- Graciela Irene (10/5): Disfrutando Sao Luis en Casarao da Fonte - El lugar es muy bonito y la habitación es completa y linda con mucha privacidad, tiene una pequeña galería con hamaca y sillas. Nuestra habitación triple estaba muy limpia y daba al patio.. La ubicación es perfecta para recorrer el centro histórico. No tuvimos ningún problema para entrar y salir recibimos las indicaciones por wasap y Booking. El patio y la pileta son hermosos ideales para el calor de Sao Luis.

- maria victoria (4/5): - Me gustó el lugar porque tiene mucho verde y la habitación muy cómoda. No me gustó la atención del personal. Parecía que cuando pedías algo les molestaba e incluso al preguntar por un baño para utilizar luego de haber dejado el hotel nos contestaron de malas maneras. No tiene un baño para utilizar cuando dejas la habitación y tenés que hacer tiempo.

- Elisa (8/5): - La piscina per riprendersi dal caldo è stata preziosa. Camera piccola ma confortevole. Le amache a disposizione per ogni camera per godersi il giardino con tanti fiori.

- Rosa (5/5): Lamentável - A localização era boa. A recepção é péssima. Você não pode chegar a qualquer hora da noite, não tem ninguém para te receber, nem um vigia. Ou você consegue acessar com a senha da tranca ou fica na rua, como foi o meu caso.

- Sabella (8/5): Idyllischer Hof - Der Innenhof ist eine Insel der Ruhe, üppig grün, die Vögel zwitschern, man kann in der Hängematte liegen oder im Pool plantschen. Das ist äußerst angenehm nach der Besichtigung des doch recht heruntergekommenen historischen Zentrums. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig, die Klimaanlage leise. Wir hatten Probleme, die Anleitung für die Zugangstür zu verstehen. Aber eine Mitarbeiterin reagierte schnell auf unser Klingeln. Das Waschbecken im Badezimmer war undicht, sodass sich eine Pfütze bildete. Außerdem gab es in der Dusche nur kaltes Wasser, was bei der Hitze draußen nicht schlimm war. Das Haus ist eher ein Hostel für Selbstversorger. Für sie gibt es eine Küche. Ein Frühstück wird leider nicht angeboten. Bei Dunkelheit sollte man nicht mehr zu Fuß unterwegs sein, sondern ein Uber/Taxi nehmen. Dann kann man ins Neubauviertel São Francisco fahren, wo es gute Restaurants gibt.
- Elise (6/5): Bon emplacement pour Sao Luis - Bon emplacement dans le centre historique. La piscine et l'environnement intérieur de la poussada. L'endroit est impersonnel et ne permet pas de demander conseil sur la ville ou autre. Nous étions dans une chambre donnant sur la rue donc très très bruyante. Aucun petit déjeuner n'était proposé et il était difficile de trouver un endroit pour le prendre.

- Isabelle (8/5): - C’est très joli et bien situé Très calme L’absence de réception et plus généralement l’absence de contact humain. La personne qui nous a donné les clés ne nous a pas montré la cuisine commune. Quand j’ai eu un problème avec une fenêtre j’ai envoyé un message auquel je n’ai jamais eu de réponse. Par contre j’ai reçu un message me menaçant d’une amende (!) si les toilettes étaient bouchées ! C’est quand même très désagréable ! L’absence de petit déjeuner
