We had complete information about tourist activities, it is very close to supermarkets. It was not a compliment, it even made it easier for us to check in earlier. Eugene muy atento, nos ayudó desde la reserva de un vehículo para movernos en la isla, hasta recomendaciones de playas y lugares para cenar! Volveríamos sin dudarlo! :) La playa ARASHI BEACH fue nuestra favorita y está a solo 10 minutos en coche! todo perfecto!
• Elodie (9/5): Beautiful place to stay with all modern comfort and convenience - We had a great stay in Aruba - the house was perfect - large volumes, comfortable beds, great outdoor space with wonderful jacuzzi, outdoor shower and beautiful local trees/shrubs, modern and equipped kitchen and fully stocked fridge and pantry. Host was welcoming and pleasant throughout our stay. We liked everything however we would highly recommend renting a car to discover everything the island has to offer.

Alles war genauso wie beschrieben – groß, sauber und sehr komfortabel. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Eugen: er war jederzeit da, hilfsbereit und hat uns mit Rat und Tat unterstützt. . • Timea Andrea (10/5): Fabulous, best vacation ever! - We loved this property very much! Eugene, the owner is friendly, responsive and very caring! He helped us with the rental car, even when we arrived to the airport and the shuttle was not there, Eugene called them to pick us up. He did the rental car booking before our arrival, so everything went smooth with it. In the villa, we found everything and more, what we needed. The pictures are real ones, and everything looks like as on the pictures. We got welcome pack with wine, coffee, fruits and farewell pack with water, dried foot, biscuit and even with chewing gum :) The fridge was full with food, it was excellent for breakfast. We had three rooms and 2 bathrooms, we used only 2 rooms. Outside there is a jacuzzi/small pool. We did not use it, but it could be fun! Terrace is very nice, bonus point for the garden shower, where we could clean ourselves from the sea sand. There is a washing machine too, if someone would like to wash the clothes out. All rooms are very comfortable, air conditioner is everywhere. Kitchen is very well equipped, bonus point for the European style coffee machine, where we could make strong coffee. Toaster, fridge, different pans were our friend too. Living room is very comfortable with 2 big couches and with a big TV. Safe is available in one room. One bedroom has tv as well. There are some board game on the shelf (monopoly, cards, puzzle). Decoration is very nice all around the villa. We left there few pieces of deco as well :) Bathrooms are clean, well equipped and there are plenty of towels. Big thank to Eugene for the beach accessories, we used the beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler box every day on the different beaches. Eugene as owner is very kind, respect his guests privacy and very precious. We could reach him any time and he was at our disposal any time with any question. We could park with the car next to the house, it was very comfortable too. We spent one stunning week in the villa, highly recommended! Nothing to put here :)
• Marcin (10/5): Fantastic villa, great host, perfect location - already miss Aruba! - Our stay at Eugene's private Tropical Villa was amazing - perfect location near beaches and attractions, a fridge stocked with breakfast goodies, a beautiful garden, and a relaxing jacuzzi/pool. Eugene was a fantastic host, full of helpful tips and made sure we were well taken care of. Great value and an all-around wonderful experience. We already miss Aruba and would love to come back!

It was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The place is exactly as shown in the pictures — even better in person! The neighborhood is quiet and safe, perfect for a relaxing family vacation. The host was extremely kind and hospitable, always available and helpful with anything we needed. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Aruba! Nothing!
• Chalyn (10/5): Do yourself a favor and stay in this amazing Villa! - This is our third stay in Aruba, but our best stay in Aruba thanks to choosing this beautiful villa. The owner made sure the house was stocked with everything we could need for our stay. The place was beautiful too. A lot of thought went into to the decor to make sure you felt like you were immersed in pure beach vibes. Loved loved loved the outdoor space. We wrapped up every night outside in the backyard oasis. Neighborhood is quiet, but not far from the main areas of Aruba at all. Beaches are close , stores are close and so are restaurants. I can’t wait until our fourth trip to Aruba because I know where we will stay from now on.

• Jochem (5/5): Cozy little house with a garden, but the host is unpleasant. - - the cozy house, not to big. - airco in every room - wifi was working well A) the host/ owner: - Payment: In the booking and confirmation was mentioned that payment by card is possible. We received a whatsapp message with info telling us to pay in US dollar cash. I tried to explain the owner that we didn't have the opportunity to get US dollars in cash,, and we would like to use visa payment as mentioned in the booking. His mood changed and he didn't listen too our explanation. Finally he called his son, who helped us in a relaxed way. - Parking space: The owner drove almost on our feet to show the exact location of the parking spot on the street. - He is living under the same roof in a room with his own private entrance. Every morning at 10.00 he is cleaning the pool and the garden - and it feels like he is checking you. One day he came to the backdoor to show us a little piece of watermelon he found in the pool (3x2 cm) - and he was really annoyed. He exaggerated the situation and told us there was garbage every where. Me and my wife use to check after our kids every evening, so we use to leave the area clean. Unluckely we overview a piece of melon, and he gave us a whole lesson how to teach our children. 30 minutes later we received a text message explaining that he is not only a doctor but also a teacher, and how we should raise our kids - giving us a feeling of being bad parents. - After our visit he was pushing us to write a review, sending us several reminders - using manipulating sentences and telling us what he would like to see in his review. B) It is not a private home, you share it with the owner; he has a room with own entrance. C) There is a tip box for the cleaning lady, begging after leaving food in the fridg D) Dishwasher: was peeping a lot, due to low water pressure. There was a sign telling the reason, but it is really anoying to listen to the beep when you are in the house. Often the machine doesn't operate so you have to check if it's working.
• Monika (10/5): Beautiful Villa & Excellent Host! - The property was large & spacious and just as advertised. The host stocked the fridge for us which was so amazing! It is truly equipped with everything you could need for a great island vacation. Multiple beach chairs, umbrellas, and even a cooler to take to the beach. A private parking space. And my son’s favourite - the jacuzzi pool! The backyard has two sun loungers and ample seating. The villa has a washing machine which was AMAZING for us to be able to do a lot of our laundry before leaving and coming home. The host was readily available if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again anytime I visit Aruba. Close to all amenities, yet still very private.
• Susan (10/5): We were met by Eugene on arrival and had a wonderful stay at the house. - It was exactly as was shown on booking.com but in reality even better! We were met by Eugene, the owner, who was more than helpful in so many ways! Casa Luba was delightful and so thoughtfully furnished, making the most perfect holiday accommodation! Eugene, the owner, was a perfect host and extremely helpful in so many ways! There was nothing to dislike!!
• Merrymay (10/5): Felt like home - The hosts were lovely and very accommodating! They provided a stocked refrigerator and pantry with food, drinks, and coffee so we were all set with breakfasts and some snacks. The home was very clean and had many amenities to make it comfortable. Lots of restaurants, bakeries, and markets just a 5-10 minute drive away. The beautiful beaches of Aruba are a quick drive away depending on which one you pick - we visited 5 different beaches in the week we were there. When reserving through Booking.com, the company does not yet allow homeowners to receive payment via credit card so we had to wire the money - send a bank wire transfer. We were concerned it was a scam but after speaking with the homeowners over the phone and after speaking with Booking.com, we felt comfortable sending the money via wire.

The host is amazing, he met us and checked us in. The house was just as we expected it to be, very clean and spacious, it had everything we needed and more. Definatly coming back!!!

• Lana (10/5): Unforgettable vacation! - Pricing per night was less than what we had to pay at condos or hotels, but we had the privacy of our own villa. The location is ideal, very close to the best beaches (Palm Beach, Arashi and Eagle beach) hotel area and restaurants, night bars, shops in Palm Beach just 10 min walk or short drive. The house is ideal for vacation, in great shape with very high ceilings. There was air conditioning in each room. Hot water in showers was a big plus. The modern kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Can't wait to return! We had some hesitations on booking the place since it was lacking reviews, but we are happy that eventually we booked it, we had a great experience.
