Instructions on how to access the building could have been sent to us in a more timely manner. Also, the prompt responses to my inquiries via WhatsApp. How noisy the area could be till early morning and I was promised to receive an additional physical key the next day, since the second one was not activated. Extremely Nice rooms and good response. We stayed at this property twice. The first time we did not receive the electronic key and had to make phone calls to the property and do a bunch of steps to enter the property with a physical key that was locked in a lockbox inside the property’s locked outer door.

The sofa could be a little bigger and more comfortable or another comfy chair rather than the wicker chair but otherwise great.

Tout est automatisé, donc je n’étais pas très en confiance, et il y a eu des bugs, mais la réception est tout pres, à 7-8 mn à pied, ce qui a permis de résoudre le petit problème technique, et également de laisser nos bagages le dernier jour pour poursuivre les visites avant de prendre l’avion. Un excellent service client ! Le lit et les oreillers étaient un peu trop fermes pour nous. Et c’est dommage de ne pas avoir de fenêtre dans la chambre, mais ce n’est pas un problème pour 2 jours et des journées bien remplies. La cuisine est immense, personnellement je trouve que ça prend de la place, dans une ville où on sort beaucoup, j’aurais aimé plus de place dans le salon. Mais ce n’est pas grave.

Pese a estar en el centro, buen aislamiento y silencioso. El baño y el sofá pequeño y algo incómodo. La puerta de entrada al edificio se abría con un empujón, lo que no parecía muy seguro. Que cobren por guardar las maletas.

Por la mañana a los repartidores que van a los negocios de la zona y los servicios de limpieza de las calles.

Später Check-in mit digitalem Schlüssel hat problemlos geklappt. Smart-TV, toll ausgestattete Küche. Während der Osterprozessionen perfekter Blick, diese gehen direkt an der Wohnung entlang. Zu dieser Zeit natürlich laut und viele Straßensperrungen. Lautstärke, schon sehr trubelig durch die sehr zentrale Lage. Das schaffen die Fenster nicht abzuhalten. Unangenehmer Geruch im Kinder-WC. Fenster und Spiegel waren leider sehr schmutzig.

• Erin (9/5): Comfy, convenient location with nice bedrooms and bath and a modern kitchen. - The location is right in the city and walking distance to everything. It is a cute/classy place with tons of mini balconies. The layout of the kitchen, dining and living area is attractive and cozy. The bedrooms and bath were comfy and clean as well. We noticed upon arrival that the green couch was a little stained and could use a cleaning. :/ The rooftop has a large balcony with cool views of the city for morning coffee or a late night glass of wine. Note that you can’t sit on the balconies outside the rooms. These are small and narrow but add a quaintness to the place. The staff was great. While they are not on site they are close by and offered luggage storage which was so convenient for us grabbing a late train to Valencia. The Cathedral in Granada is incredible. Don’t miss it! We had the light filtering shades pulled the majority of our stay because when we opened them, just for a few minutes, if felt like a bit of a fish bowl where everyone was looking in… This is obviously just part of being in the heart of the city and didn’t really change our experience. The balconies are again a pretty aesthetic but not really functional if you are looking to enjoy the balcony. They are small and narrow. But again, the rooftop has a great deck to sit outside, with beautiful views- see their photos.

Per il prezzo che ha la struttura mi aspettavo un po' di disponibilità in più. Abbiamo chiesto se potevamo portare i bagagli un paio di ore prima del check in e ci hanno detto che avremmo dovuto pagare per lasciarli. Poi alla richiesta di cuscini e coperte in più ci hanno detto che le avrebbero portare la mattina dopo, ma nessuno poi le ha portate.

• iamhayam (9/5): - Nous avons apprécié la qualité et le confort de l'appartement. L'emplacement est parfait au cœur de la vieille ville et à proximité de nombreux points d'intérêts. Parking privé/payant (abordable) surveillé à 2 min de l'appartement ce qui est vraiment un plus si vous êtes véhiculés. Nombreux restaurants/bar, commerces aux alentours. Tout se fait à pied sans aucun problème. Je recommande sans problème ! Ce n'est pas que nous n'avons pas apprécié mais c'est à savoir : les balcons annoncés avec vue sur la cathédrale n'appartiennent pas aux appartements (ce que vous voyez sur les photos) , il s'agit en réalité d'un (très joli) rooftop commun. De plus il faut prévoir une caution de 200 euros (pré-autorisation de prélèvement avec votre carte bleue) en prévision de détérioration dans l'appartement et que vous reccuperez normalement à votre check-out. Il serait bon de préciser/ corriger ces points sur les annonces mises en ligne 😊

No dia da entrada, pelo facto do check in ser on-line, obrigou a instalar uma aplicação para abrir a porta. Penso que pode não ser muito prático para quem tenha limitações informáticas ou o seu telemóvel tenha pouca capacidade. Para pessoas com mais idade, esta inovação, pode não ser prática. De resto, apartamento muito bem equipado, confortável e bem localizado.

Extremely unaccommodating - they made it clear that all they care about is money. - We booked one night at a hefty $300 on a Saturday in December. It’s a much higher price than usual. But we are Ok and thought it’s fair - after all, it’s a business and the price is market driven. - One day prior to the arrival, we asked if it’s possible to check in at around 1:30 if the room is already available. The response was that any check in earlier than 4pm is a 30 euro charge. I was surprised as in all my years of travel to many places, 99% hotels accommodate free early check in as long as there are rooms available and the check-in time is not unreasonably early (like in the early morning). - Then I asked if I can store the bags. The answer was their other location (5 minute walk from here) can store it for 5euros per bag per day. For us that would be a total of 30euros for three bags as we also need to store the next day for 2 hours after the 11am check out. No free early check in and no free bag storage - this simply is unheard of. Outraged, I decided to not deal with them on this - at this point it’s not about the money anymore as 30 is nothing comparing to the $300rate we already paid. It’s their “money only” attitude. So I found a locker place online, it is 2 minute walk from the apartment and 15euro for a big locker for 2 days. Turns out there are many such storage facilities in the area, and they are extremely easy to book and use - so in case you are a traveler also needing to store bags in this area. Another note I want to make is about the apartment itself. (1) it appeared clean overall but there are areas (e.g., tile floor in front of the sink) that clearly has dirt that needs scrubbing. (2) the comforter is extremely thin, almost like having no filling. We could not find any blanket or additional cover in the closet so we had to turn up the heat and wear more clothes to bed.
