- Salima (8/5): - Hébergement très correct, chambre et literie propre (petit bémol sur la propreté du frigo). Très bonne insonorisation. Personnel très aimable.
- Dahmane (6/5): - Nous sommes arrivés et on nous a donné une clé qui n’ouvrait pas la porte donc après un long trajet nous n’avions pas besoin de ça. Le problème a été réglé le lendemain. Il y avait des détecteurs de mouvement pour la salle de bain et c’était tout sauf pratique car vous prenez votre douche et d’un seul coup vous êtes dans le noir!! Il faut ouvrir le rideau de douche pour avoir de nouveau de la lumière. Vu que vous avez juste le rideau de douche vous avez évidemment de l’eau de partout dans la salle de bain. C’est quand même n’importe quoi ce truc!! Vous avez aussi potentiellement la lumière qui peut s’allumer en pleine nuit si jamais vous avez un Pied qui dépasse du lit…génial à 3/4h du mat d’avoir la lumière en pleine gueule!! Déçus de notre location!! Le quartier pas ouf du tout donc on ne recommande pas vraiment cet appart hôtel!

- Elizabeth (6/5): - The area the hotel is in is a very rough and ran down neighborhood. It is approximately 30 min away from the main attractions of this city. When we arrived, which was about 10pm, the room was not ready due to “flooding issues” then when I called Expedia to assist, the hotel said it was finding another room and it would be a 15 min wait. We waited another 40 min before we got our room. The rooms themselves, are ok. Not bad. The location is scary, but was well lit and the people around seemed to be friendly. Management was very friendly overall.

- Margarita (10/5): - The property is a senior apartment homes that rent the available units. The room was actually a studio apartment that has a small kitchenette, and even a laundry machine. The property is located close to a metro station that takes you in about 20 minutes to Paris.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Propre, fonctionnel en parallèle avec un EPAD - Studio, pour 1 personne. Fonctionnel et propre, bien équipé (il y a une machine à laver!). Par contre les chambres sont celles d'un EPAD, donc douche PMR (c'est pas gênant mais surprenant!) et lit medicalisé, mais comfortable (surprenant mais pas gênant également) Environnement animé avec des bars et restauration ouverts tard le soir. La communication avec la réception reste très simple, ils ne donnent pas beaucoup d'infos. J'y retournerais volontier donc je recommande. Petit déjeuner correct mais très simple.

- THIERRY (8/5): Paris Montreuil bon rapport qual/prix - Sejour entr Montreuil et Paris. Hotel situé au coeur de Montreuil et proche du metro ligne 9 qui metne dans paris en un quart d'heure/vingt minutes. Chambre et salle de bains sont spacieuses. Il y à même un coin cuisine que je n'ai pas eu l'occasion d'employer au delà du frigo.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Séjour surprenant au début mais plutôt agréable - Un séjour surprenant, surtout à mon arrivée, ou j'ai découvert que cet "hotel" était un EPADH qui loue des chambres vides en chambres hôtelières. Rien ne l'indique des qu'on réserve Ni dés qu'on envoi un mail à l'Hotel" pour leur demander si une arrivée tardive est possible (la réponse est d'ailleurs OUI) Le petit studio est simple mais fonctionnel, le lit 1 place est assisté électriquement pour une médicalisation et la douche est une douche pour les personnes a mobilité réduite. Une fois qu'on sait ca le reste est nickel! Four / four micro onde / bouilloire il y a tout le nécessaire dont du liquide vaisselle et un torchon! L'accès est sécurisé. Je recommande donc.
