• Treppen und Boden im Hausflur stark verschmutzt, deutliche Laufspuren und Verfärbungen.
• Abplatzungen und Verschmutzungen am Treppengeländer.
• Offene, nicht vollständig fertiggestellte Bereiche um die Haustür (Bau- bzw. Montagespuren).

• Küchenfronten: Mehrere Schubladen und Schranktüren mit Flecken, Wasser- und Abnutzungsspuren.
• Arbeitsplatte: Klebrige Stellen und Verunreinigungen.
• Spülbecken: Deutliche Wasserflecken, Kalkablagerungen sowie braune Verfärbungen.
• Kleingeräte: Wasserkocher stark verkalkt und verschmutzt.
• Lebensmittel: Vorhandene Gummibärchen abgelaufen (seit 3 Monaten), unhygienisch und nicht zum Verzehr geeignet.

• Ablauf / Stöpsel: Deutlich verschmutzt und verkalkt.

• Wände und Türen: Mehrere Schmutzstreifen, Kratzer und Abnutzungsspuren an Türrahmen, Türen und Wandflächen.
• Möbel: Polster mit Flecken, nicht gereinigt.

Fazit:
Die aufgelisteten Punkte entsprechen weder den Standards einer gereinigten und instandgehaltenen Unterkunft noch dem Preisniveau von 140 € pro Nacht.
Ich fordere daher eine angemessene Preisminderung sowie eine Stellungnahme Ihrerseits, wie Sie mit diesen Mängeln umzugehen gedenken.

- Kristelle (2/5): Don't be fooled by the pictures! This place is NOT a holiday flat. - The flat itself was clean and with good facilities. The bathroom is new and the oven, hob, washing machine and dishwasher work well. The walkway was under construction with half of it being unaccessible. The front entrance looks like a drug house. The inside of the actual building also looks like a drug house; really ugly, shockingly so actually, grubby and awful.
I stuggled for about 2 minutes to actually get into the flat. The keyhole is extremely sticky, and even though the owners said they would sort it out, nothing change. Everytime I came back to the property I was worried that the key would snap off in the keyhole.
The neighbors were absolutely awful. I experienced loud banging from above and below every, single.day. And night. The banging from above was all evening with lots of shouting. Children seemed to be running from one end of the flat above to the over. I had the feeling that the ceiling would cave in.
The banging from the cellar below us was from 3am in the morning. Due to this, I wasn't able to sleep through the night the entire time I was there, which was 6 nights. I asked the neighbors twice to be quiet and nothing changed.
One of the flats above seem to be overcrowded with about 6 or 7 people in it. One evening a neighbour proceeded to speak very loudly in the corridor with his phone on loud speaker. As there are no noise absorbers in the corridor and the inside seems to have been mainly made with concrete, his voice echoed throughout the corridor. The walls of the flat are paper thin so it felt like he was right next to our front door.
I asked him to stop twice, to which I was told that he didn't have to be quiet because it wasn't after 10pm! So the constant shouting continued, well past 10pm may I add!
The blinds are made out of paper and the windows are facing the main road. That means that the street light aluminated the room all night and added to the fact that I wasn't able to sleep. It was in a nightmare.
