• maureen (10/5): Home from home in a great area of Athens - A really beautiful, clean and well equipped apartment. Such a lovely large balcony to relax on and watch everyone go by . There is an extra good sized toilet room as well as the large en-suite bathroom . We felt completely at home there . Staff were very helpful and quick to address any questions we had. Check in was easy with lock box at the front door . There is a great atmosphere in the Local area within walking distance to all the sites and a view of the Acropolis too. Monday night there was excessive loud club music until 3am . Other nights were not a problem .

L’emplacement est idéal, au cœur de Psyri, un quartier central, vivant et animé, avec de nombreux restaurants et bars à proximité. À noter toutefois que le quartier est très dynamique, et le bar situé juste à côté peut être particulièrement animé le week-end, parfois jusqu’à 4h du matin. Même avec des boules Quies et bien que l’appartement soit au 3ᵉ étage, le bruit reste présent. Cela conviendra parfaitement à ceux qui aiment l’ambiance festive, mais peut être moins adapté si vous recherchez du calme absolu. Le bruit..
• Leonidas Karantzalis (10/5): Cool Neighborhood Vibes - Comfortable apartment in an incredibly central location, that shows how cool and vibrant Athens can be, easy check-in, clean, good-sized TV with streaming services, endless variety of good restaurants around, nice terrace with a partial Acropolis view (I mean, it's not exactly the most scenic view of Acropolis, but it's better than nothing). Food, shopping, sightseeing, transport around the city, everything is easy with this apartment as your base. It should be pretty clear by now from most reviews that this is a very lively neighborhood, so if you're looking for peace and serenity, this is probably not the ideal place. Even on a Tuesday night, there was music and - surprisingly- crowd noise coming from the street below until past midnight. I'm not a very sensitive sleeper, so this was not an issue for me, I would gladly come back. In the living room, there's a line of light switches, one of which with a MASTER - DO NOT TOUCH label. It would probably make more sense to just get an electrician to disable that switch.

Muchos restaurantes en la zona. A destacar la reactividad de Alex, ya que hubo un problema con la calefacción que lo solucionó de forma rápida. Todo perfecto. We couldn’t have found a better place to stay! We loved the terrace too. If you prefer peace and quiet, you might want to look elsewhere, especially during wekends as it is located on a busy bar/restaurant street. So depends on what you want…

It looks exactly like it does in the pictures, which was a pleasant surprise. The host was exceptionally responsive and kind, making the stay even more comfortable. • Florian (9/5): Excellent place in the heart of a buzzing neighborhood - It’s a slick, fully designed place in top shape in the heart of Psirri. If you like modern style, stone, mirror and well curated decor this is the place for you! Spacious, with a great terrace and all the amenities one can wish for. The apartment is located in the epicenter of psirri directly on top of a small street filled with bars. This is an advantage if you want to go out but if you prefer fresh air over A/C prepare for noise until late at night.

• Danilo (8/5): Luxury pero no mucho - Location is amazing. The balcony with the view for the Acropolis is incredible. Plenty of restaurants and nightlife nearby, really bohemian vibe and neighborhood. The apartment is very nice, spacious and very clean They advertise as luxurious but the bed, bedsheets and pillows are very cheap. This doesn’t go over with the proposed aesthetic of the apartment, it’s a shame. If you have issues with noise, the street in front of the apartment (at least over the weekend) it got very busy and you could hear music and people talking. If you’re a light sleeper this can be an issue.

Μια μικρή επισήμανση για να γίνει ακόμα πιο τέλειο. Το υπάρχον ηλεκτρονικό στορυ είναι αρκετά διαφανές και το πρωί μπαίνει πολύ φως που ενοχλεί στον ύπνο παρότι κλειστό. Επίσης οριακά κάποιος μπορεί να δει μέσα στο σπίτι από τις απέναντι ψηλές πολυκατοικίες. Μικρή λεπτομέρεια όμως , όλα τα άλλα ήταν εκπληκτικα.

• Rolddy (10/5): Chic city retreat - This place is excellent and the apartment is better than the photos. The terrace is exceptional....a great place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a cold drink for the sunset. 3 levels below is a lively little side street filled with restaurants and bars. So many great options for food and drink - you almost never need to leave the area. Some reviewers have complained about the noise at night. I didn't think that was an issue at all (it is a big city after all). You do hear a little bit of the noise but the apartment is very well insulated and the street noise was more a distant buzz than a distraction. The sound of a fan in the room, for instance, will drown out the street noise. We turned on white noise on our phone and that was enough to drown out the noise. Having a washer and dryer in the apartment was also such a bonus. Super helpful for us to be able to do laundry before our next trip. And the 2 bathrooms (1 is a half bath) was also a terrific feature. Finally, the hosts are awesome. Super responsive and very attentive. Overall, this apartment is an excellent choice in a terrific location close to everything and the hosts are great. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it for anyone seeking a chic city retreat in Athens. The bed felt a little too firm for our liking. That said, beds are very subjective and different people will have different preferences so maybe it will be perfect for you. There was nothing else about this property that we did not like. It was great.

But I had the problems with the hot water and the heater.Ask the guy Alex I think he send us the message that we should set the temperature by turning the botton to the high.But nothing happened.Than he came and said us we turned it very high.And we discussed about as if we couldnt understand anything.After that he found out the problem was the electric system was out.It made our stay nervous.

It’s bright, spacious, very clean, has a very comfortable bed. Two bathrooms. It is bigger than looks in the pictures! The terrace is simply amazing. The apartment has all the amenities needed, even the oven! People organizing your stay are so kind and helpful, they would solve any issue, if needed! Just overall WOW impression! Very secure and modern. All contact with the hosts were helpful and informative. Upon arrival there was a complimentary bottle of wine, useful information about the apartment and, recommendations for local restaurants - which were great! It was a little noisy in the evenings due to the local bars and clubs but nothing a pair of inexpensive earplugs from a local pharmacy couldn't solve.

The only con is that there are clubs downstairs which obviously play very loud music during night. My husband and I appreciated the complimentary box of coffee capsules, bottled water, clothes washer and bidet in each bathroom. Wifi was slow and we are having issues downloading our photos. We recommend a mat in the shower to prevent some guests from slippery floor. A softer bed would appreciated but its fine for short stay. We expected the noise from the restaurants and bars downstairs but the noise are super loud even with the ear plugs provided by the host.

Excellent Wi-Fi and TV with Netflix. Electronic blinds, indirect lighting systems and interior decoration made our stay most enjoyable. We would always recommend this apartment for a comfortable vacation.

Harry, our host, was very helpful accommodating our early arrival and late departure. The bed was too firm, but that is a personal preference. We expected the noise from the restaurants/bars in the street below would lessen after the weekend - that didn't happen. Ear plugs, which were provided, came in handy.
