• Stephen Taucher (10/5): Comfortable and affordable stay in Riyadh. - Good affordable hostel option in Riyadh, with a convenient location not far from the metro station, which makes popular Riyadh sites accessible. Hostel has a good vibe for travelers with some interesting people, as well as a cozy lounging area on the lower floor and a small pool. There's a commercial center nearby with a food court. Good place for a few days. Everything was fine.

• خالد (1/5): الغيت الاقامه بعد وضعي في غرفه وصديقي في غرفه وعدم الالتزام بوضعنا بغرفه واحدة منفردة كما تم الحجز - الموقع مميز وقريب من الخدمات طريقة الدخول عدم الافصاح عن الية النزل حيث يعتمد على السكن المتعدد مع اشخاص اخرين وتجد نفسك تسكن مع مجموعه وصديقك يسكن بغرفه اخرى النزل ليس عائلي والبهو مختلط مابين النساء والرجال مع ان السكن منفرد وغالبية السكان من فئة الاسيويه واغلبهم اجانب

• Kevin (2/5): Was happy when leaving, would never return ! . - When I was leaving . Some of the other guests were great to chat with . I stayed in six bed dorm , if you weigh 100 KG as some guests did , and know you snore very badly , is it reasonable to check yourself into a dorm room where everyone else must endure it all night . Happened a few times . No one at reception before 11am and after 4pm . Street entrance code is not easy to use with sun shining, and needed reading glasses as so small . No passport check when checking in , doors had no locks 🔐 , anyone from other rooms could just walk in . Would rather swim in the Ganges river than the swimming pool at hostel .

• RAJA GUEST HOUSE (10/5): - We can stay as a community and all the staff and room members are very friendly, good place to meet new people, vloggers etc, no one will be hungry, lot of food stuffs in kitchen for cooking and environment and mood is good The toilet is maintained well,, the bathroom also looks very well, only thing is the smell rises from the bathroom drain hole , I appreciate it if management finds some solution on this

• Sir Cristo (10/5): Clean, Well‑Equipped, Stair‑Only - This is a genuinely strong hostel, offering facilities that exceed the usual basics: a clean swimming pool, a small gym, a rooftop terrace for evening air, and an indoor entertainment room that doubles as a relaxed social or quiet work space during the day. Cleanliness was consistently high in dorms, bathrooms, and shared areas. During my stay the guest mix skewed male, though not exclusively—there were a couple of female travellers—and the overall atmosphere felt respectful and low‑pressure. The location works well: a short walk to a mall for groceries, cafés and an ATM, plus a few local restaurants so you’re never stuck for food options. Staff English in person was functional enough to sort practical matters, and they were friendlier face‑to‑face than in earlier online messaging. The main drawbacks are structural rather than service-related: there is no elevator, so anyone with heavy luggage or mobility limitations will find the stairs inconvenient. Additionally, the pre-check-in communication was needlessly messy—I had to repeat details several times to obtain an access code that I ultimately did not need. Once onsite, however, the experience was smooth, and the strong facilities justify choosing it if you can handle the stairs.

• Jan Ryan (10/5): Dorm room curtains matched the rug. - Mobility problem. Staff and other guests were friendly and helpful getting me up and down the stairs. Room on the firstt floor. Abdullah even brought me to the gardens in his own car on a day when there weren't many guests! . Food had a way of disappearing from the refrigerator.

• Aamir (9/5): Best experience for bachelor travelers - It has all the facilities you would expect in a guest house. The staff are great and treat you like a family. There is a gym, pool, kitchen and laundry facilities as well. Plus You get a chance to meet people from different countries. Internet is slow and could be improved. The mattress is hard and can be softer.

• Muhammad (9/5): - I stayed at Sands Inn Hostel in Riyadh and had a very pleasant experience. The hostel was clean, quiet, and well-organized. The staff were polite and helpful, making check-in and check-out easy and smooth. The room was comfortable, and all basic facilities were available. It’s a great option for budget travelers looking for a peaceful and reliable place to stay. Highly recommended

• Mustafa Ahmed (10/5): Excellent experience - The hostel is in a good location and easily accessible by public transport. The hostel is clean, the staff are nice, and have facilities like small swimming pool, gym equipment, laundry (paid), kitchen, and hand wash, all included in the reservation. It's a great value for money. Sometimes, the toilet seats aren't clean. However, it's caused by the residents more than the hostel.
