Important Information
Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Guest Reviews
- Ross (9/5): Great place for a large family to stay. Was comfortable unfortunately wifi was not working. - Nice modern house. Plenty of space and good for families. Great view Wifi was not working.
- Andrea (10/5): - Great layout and excellent view
- Coxon (8/5): We loved it and have rebooked for another weekend in summer! - Great house with beautiful views, good location.
Very comfortable, perfect for our family Could have provided soap/shower gel and more dishwasher tablets.
Couldn't find spare rubbish bags?
We were happy to bring our own linen, although for some people this might be annoying.
- Simona (8/5): Aside from the above we had a lovely time and enjoyed our stay. - The location is perfect with an amazing sea view. The house is a good size for a large group and beds very comfortable. The upstairs where the kitchen and living area are needs a good deep clean. The floors were dirty on arrival and lots of dust under the couches. The dining chairs were dirty with crumbs and food stains. Ants in the corner near the tv and crawling on to the rug which wasn’t great for our toddler. The fridge and freezer were dirty with crumbs. And the couches needed a good wipe down.
- Sarah (4/5): -
- Gayathri (8/5): Good peaceful stay but read the fine print or you will arrive to a house without linen and towels. - As expected expect with beautiful surroundings and well built house. Floor is not cleaned, not mopped full of dust.
Extra chargers for bedding in the fine print, missed it as it is hiding within a long list of unimportant jargon.
Information sent with bookings were too long and cumbersome to read, need to be short and sweet with only critical information such as the entry code.
Did not have hot water for 3 hours, it ran out while kids were having a wash and so an eventful disaster.
- Ryan (9/5): Superb -
- Mina (9/5): Superb -
- Nader (9/5): Overall it was a nice experience - The view was spectacular. I loved the sunset view The fan for the stove was broken.
- Jacqueline (8/5): Perfect location & views - great value for a group! - Location of the property was fantastic and we liked it had a double private garage.
Seemed like a newish townhouse and had a great kitchen and dining space and it was a great advantage having 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms.
You get sunset views and the small balcony is a bonus to enjoy this. There is a larger balcony facing north and a usable BBQ which was really handy - we even saw a kangaroo from there hopping about the street which was pretty exciting for our son.
It's also opposite Silverwater Resort so there are accessible electric car charging stations plus kids could play in the playground and jumping pillow there. As it was school holidays, there was also an excellent basketball court from a school up the road that was accessible for us to use.
The backyard has a swing and a nice space - we did some morning yoga here which was perfect.
There were only 4 of us, but the property is excellent value for a group, states it can sleep 10-11. Keep in mind the beds are Bdr 1 (with ensuite bathroom): QB, Bdr 2: QB, Bdr 3: bunk bed with DB on bottom plus a small separate single so ideal for kids, Bdr 4 (more like a lounge room that accesses the backyard and has laundry area) has a pull out trundle bed. The group prior to us must have cooked up a storm because there was a strong oil smell when we entered the house (like a fish & chip shop!) so it took us a while to air out the place. Even when we cooked, needed to make sure windows and sliding door to balcony was open for better ventilation (rangehood broken?)...however mesh screen of sliding door broken so meant some pesty flies with the cooking and food!
This is a townhouse with stairs so just keep in mind if it's a group with elderly, to be mindful as the steps at lower lighting kind of just "blends in", edges are hard to see.
The beds were too soft for my husband and I but a friend who stayed a couple of nights and my son on the bunk bed were fine - so depending on preferences so not necessarily a negative!
As the house could be fully utilised for meals, would be nice to have some wine glasses - there were only two, certainly not enough if there were more than 2 adult guests.
There is an alarm but not usable. I also felt a bit funny with the door direct to the garage not being lockable. We had an incident once where we returned and the garage rollers were up (not sure why, property management said probably because something was sensed in the midst of the rollers coming down and so they went up again so it is important that you can see the roller doors fully down before driving off) and that meant the house was fully accessible since the door to the house from the garage cannot be locked (door handle appears to be installed in error).
Not sure if cleaners after previous group were in a rush, but kitchen and dining benches were quite sticky and streaky so we had to do a once over clean ourselves before we used. And this is just me being a fusspot but the window ledges were very dusty and a lot of dead insects....Also, it might be just the season, but there were a number of large grasshoppers and spiders here and there...
- Elena (9/5): Superb - Location was amazing. Backyard was perfect for the kids, and the view of the water was superb!
- Terri (7/5): the accommodation was good, but would of loved it if the place included body wash, shampoo etc like other accomodations - the property was in a nice quiet neighbourhood, close to all activities the furthest drive would only be 20 min away. close to all activity, nice views from window and enough space to relax
- Irma (10/5): lovely - views and space was amazing maybe needed some games or something as no spa etc. table tennis or something in the hige shed would be great. no outdoor eating on the amazing balcony also could be a plus. and some chairs and wood for the fire pit. truely though amazing place
- Ross (9/5): Fantastic accommodation for our family weekend. Great location and views, clean and tidy. - Everything really good but just a few items lacking in the kitchen. Only one pot (but 7 frying pans!) which was a medium (too small) pot to cook pasta for 8. No decent sized salad bowl. For our other meals: no platters for the crays/antipasto/BBQ. No salt and pepper! Rangehood needs attention too.
- Alev (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean. Close to San Remo shops. Lovely view of the sea. I wish I could own a house like this. Loved it
- Paul (10/5): memorable - amazing location, water views for miles even saw the fireworks at cowes from the loungeroom. brand new house squeaky clean and they even supplied tomatoe sauce in the fridge and other condiments in butlers pantry. nothing
