• Ina (9/5): Superb - We really liked the apartment. The staff was very kind and helpful. The check in was easy and the location was very easy to find and near the stations. The only problem we faced was the shower. They should invest in the bathroom because when you shower all the water goes in the entire bathroom and it smells a little.
• Bohdan (7/5): Good - It was quite comfortable and warm It wasn’t clean enough, and I had to wait 30 minutes before apartment’s owner sent me a code that I should’ve used to open the door
• Alexhel (9/5): Superb - - big bed - most things needed - it was warm. You can control the heating level by yourself - very nice shower - easy check in - no microwave - we were expecting 3 beds. There was 1 big and 1 small. Asking for another bed (as expected) was left without an answer (the contact person said he will ask his boss but never came back with an answer) - a bit far from the city center, but ok.
• Kristina (3/5): Corporate greed - There was hot water and trashy parking for 7 euro per day. I was surprised our car had not been broken into or damaged. We were accommodated into another apartment than the booked one. We have to wait outside as the code for entering was not sent when it was promised. They have a Pakistani call center and you will need good luck with them. Spoiled vacation start, no check in support, YouTube video instead for the lock, no explanation how to use the lock. No elevator. Not suitable for 4 adults. 2 of the "beds" were too short. Missing door to the bathroom "by design", a lot of humidity. Mold smell in WC. Not comfortable beds. Shower cabin looked as if it will collapse any minute. Furniture with many scratches, a broken chair.
• Djokic (8/5): Decent apartment, great location! - The location is really good - the tram station is very close to the apartment, and it’s very well connected with two tram lines, so you can be in the city center in 15 min. We got a different apartmant than the one we booked but it was even better for us - beds were comfortable, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed (plates, glasses, plates, pots, coffee maker etc). There was free coffee and tea, and there were some basic spices. The wifi was good. The apartment has a hair dryer. Towels are provided. There were problems with the instructions on how to open the door. Turns out that the instructions video showed the wrong direction for turning the lock. Try it both left and right before panicking. Hosts were responsive about this. There’s no shampoo or shower gell in the apartment. Hosts were kindly checking in from time to time to see if they can help with anything. However, when I said yes and asked for the assistance with TV, they said they would check, then never got back to me. There are some really noisy neighbors, but that’s really not this hosts mistake. Don’t count on leaving the luggage here! But all in all, I think these are minor things! It really was ok for us!

• Konstantinos (5/5): Okay-ish apartment, difficult communication, extra payment for late check-out - Nice bathroom with 2 sinks. It was impossible to use the code on the door to enther the apartment because one of the lock number buttons was broken. The person we were messaging about this took time to understand the problem. We were met by a frustrated lady who did not speak english but opened the apartment for us. Wrong fit in the bathtub's "telephone holder" and the bathtub "telephone" was hard to stabilize on it. There was some dirtiness on the walls. The apartment smelled a little strange at times. Later, we asked if we could check out one hour later and we were asked 10€ extra for it.

• Bibiána (3/5): No go - The surrounding area seemed scary at first, but it was quite calm even at night. The bathroom literally has no door, it is in the same space as the bedroom. The shower stall was dirty with yellow stains on the tiles. The kitchen and toilet were fine, although the kitchen is not so well equipped. The kettle was moldy. The sofa in the living room was smelly and the living room was not properly cleaned, there was a cigarette butt and a bottle under the sofa. Several tram lines are near the accomodation, it is very noisy when a tram goes by. We told the host several times that one of us would sleep on the couch, so we asked for bed linen there as well. They said, of course, no problem, but they did not provide it during our entire stay, and after several requests, they said that they would bring it for an extra 10 euros. Even in their promo YT video there is bedsheet on the couch, but as it turns out, that's not an option after all.
• Erica (9/5): Best quality/price ratio - This B&B was a pleasant surprise. I stayed in Vienna for 4 days with my girl friends for a girls trip and it was everything we wanted: we booked the Economy Room, it's 20 minutes away from the city centre by foot and there's public transport to get there even late at night. The place is spacious with natural light coming in in the morning, the kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, pans, pots, plates, cutlery, mugs and anything you might need to cook, which was great for late night snacks. The double bed is very comfortable, the sofa bed less but still better than we expected. In the Economy Room there's a big bathtub and two sinks with two mirrors which were very useful, there are a laundry machine and a dishwasher too, so I think it's completely equipped and it was very pleasant to stay here. When you first get the keycode, it's not very intuitive to use and it'll take a minute to figure out how to open the front door and your apartment's door, text the owner as he's very available to explain and you'll figure it out. The address here is Nordwestbahnstraße 13, 1020 Wien but the door number 13 is actually not the building, you have to put the given pin code in the door number 11, it took me a second to understand it. The apartment it's not in an unsafe place of the city but I wouldn't recommend you got to it too late at night, the pillows could be better and the TV is set in German so, we tried, but couldn't use it. Both the bathrooms don't have windows and the b&b doesn't provide bathing products as stated in the info. Overall it exceeded my expectations and I couldn't have booked a better place as it had everything we needed.

• Csillingh (9/5): I would certainly recommend it both for short or longer stays. - Great location, very close to a tram line that takes you to the inner city. Highly responsive and supportive host, easy check-in, very nice apartment with all the equipment necessary. Comfortable bed, the beds, bed linen and towels were nice and perfeclty clean, as well as the kitchen, the bathroom and the toilet. Great accommodation for this price. It took us by surprise that the bathroom does not have a door, so the place is mostly recommended for those travelling alone, with family or flexible friends, The shower cabin needs fixing as it leaks. The living room floor and coffee table could have used some extra cleaning but this was not a very serious issue. The parking lot had a suburbian vibe to it but it served the purpose for one night.
• Gregoris (9/5): Superb - Nice and value for money option. The apartment matches the description and photos and the host is really responsive to any questions/requests. The location is also good, located near a supermarket, train stops, restaurants and a nice park. The only thing missing was a solution to lower the room temperature during the summer, perhaps an A/C or electric fan. Other than that, it was a good overall experience.

• Luke (9/5): Excellent stay in a great value for money apartment near the city centre - Great location. A nice 25 minute walk or a quick tram into the city centre. Very good value for money, and the hosts were kind and responsive. Apartment was warm and the shower was good. Great property for a group of mates staying together The shower is accessed through the bedroom so the person staying in that room would have to leave when others wanted a shower. Didn’t really matter to us though

• Federica (9/5): Perfect and beautiful apartment in Vienna! - The location is perfect, very close to the city center and very close to the station. The apartment is amazing, new and clean with all the facilities necessary for every type of trip. The staff is very kind and help us in every stage of our stay. Unfortunately the first two days the Wi-Fi didn’t work, but the owner and his staff helped us to find a solution to fix the problem.
• Julieta (3/5): Poor - The room itself and the bed linen were really clean. We found a frozen room, 4 beds for 5 people and a mattress on a cold floor. We had no wifi. We spent two terrible nights.

• Cristina (7/5): Good - The apartament was nice, spacious and very warmly. The bedding wasn’t so clean and had an unpleasant smell. One day we had problems with the electricity, in another evening with the Wi-Fi. Also on the day of departure, we exceeded the check-out time by 30 minutes and the cleaning lady came over us and the contact person pressure us to leave.

• Martina (9/5): Good value for money - The apartment is perfect to spend a few days in Vienna. The position is good since in 15 minutes you'll be able to reach the city centre. The rooms are clean, tidy and have everything you need. Recommended! The street where the apartment is located is heavily trafficked and doesn't look safe. I had a few problems with the door opening, that was promptly resolved, but I recommend giving advance notice or replacing the door/lock.

• András (10/5): Exceptional - -Place was REALLY clean and neat, they had everything thats necessary, mop, hair dryer, everything. -Host was really nice and helpful despite me bothering them with multiple questions. -Apartman uses self check in, process is understandable, and easy. -Shower is nice and warm -Apartman is also modern and well furnitured -Door is a bit hard to open, be sure to turn the key to the left, pull a bit then dont be shy to use a little force to open the door.

• Greta (9/5): Superb - If traveling by car, it is a great option because there is a parking lot across the street and costs 6€/day. You can leave your car there and go everywhere by public transport or take a walk to the city centre, the walk is around 25-30 minutes(that’s what we did). Clean sheets, bed and bathroom :) You have to push the apartment door a bit harder to open them.
