• maryam (7/5): - Great location central to many restaurants. Not one tissue paper or toilet paper or hand soap, no garbage bags, or anything of the like. We had to order that stuff. This is very basic in any air BNB or rental places we stayed at in Egypt or anywhere else. The mattresses were super hard. The cleaning lady came the next morning and rang the door bell for 2 hours straight till we woke up to ask if we needed anything but we had already bought the toilet paper and soap.

• Anis (6/5): Bel emplacement, manque d’hygiène - L’emplacement est très bien. L’appartement est bien rénové Malheureusement l’hygiène manque surtout les plan: bien que c’est clair que le propriétaire a bien investi dans son appartement, le personnel de nettoyage et de ménage est malheureusement incompétent: poubelle et saleté jetées dans les escaliers, draps, taies d’oreiller et housses de lit usées et non remplacées : des taches blanches sur la couverture du lit parental (je préfère ne pas deviner ce que c’est). L’isolation sonore est très mauvaise: La rue est très bruyante et animée. Difficile à pourvoir se coucher avant 2h du matin.
• Khalid (3/5): لا انصح بالسكن هنا واتمنى تطوير المكان للسائح - الموقع فقط والمفارش والمناشف نظيفه عدم المصداقيه لايوجد تراس ( بلكونه خارجيه كما هو مسجل ) يوجد شباك كبير فقط لايوجد اداوت نظافه. صابون أيدي - فرشاه أسنان - معجون - شامبو - لايوجد اغراض للمطبخ لا يوجد سليبر لايوجد سجاده للصلاه يوجد شاور واحد فقط لايوجد رد من قبل صاحب الشقه الامر متروك للبواب والبواب اخلاقه وحشه لا انصح
• Rudaina (7/5): I would've given it a 10 but... Big But... - Excellent location with a great view of the nile and the busy zamalek street. Apartment was clean and equipped with modern furniture. Horrible Internet - practically unusable Balcony doors were broken, we had to push and pull to open and close with great difficulty No toilet paper or any tissue boxes, usually hotel apartments include these basic things No microwave (there is a stove though - microwave obviously is the better option as food is mostly takeout) Abdo - the building manager who is supposed to help us with our luggage bags, with anything we need, was asleep during the most important hours like checkin and checkout times and if there was an earthquake he would still be sound asleep, we had to carry all our luggage (6 large bags) by ourselves The lady cleaner was a little invasive of our privacy (asking us to make her tea while we are literally checking out and traveling And carrying all the luggage by ourselves :)!!!) The electricity is charged by card, they warned us to keep the lights closed unless we're in the room, and the electricity cut on the 3rd day of our stay, when Abdo decided to finally wake up he charged it after about 4 hours without electricity Such little things that can be easily fixed with some care as an apartment rental, I would've given it a 10 if not for these things, the apartment itself is beautiful, the management is a big fat zero
• Puneet (1/5): - None Upon arrival at the property, I encountered extremely serious issues that made the accommodation unsafe and uninhabitable, especially when I was travelling with family including a kid. - The entrance door was not functioning properly and would not open safely. - There was cat litter and waste spread across the stairs and lobby area. - The rooms were in a highly unhygienic condition, including used and dirty bed sheets. - There was leftover food in the room. - The room had a strong smell of smoke despite not being advertised as a smoking room. Due to these unacceptable conditions, I immediately left the property as I did not feel safe staying there. I then had to book alternative accommodation nearby through Booking.com at additional cost. Now I am following up with booking.com for 2 weeks to take an action against property and refund my full booking amount. But it has been 2 weeks since then and booking dot com wont refund that to me as we are on mercy of property's owner and need their approval for refund. I have written formal complaint to booking dot com now and will seek chargeback route if they dont process the refund. Little recklessness on my end too, i should have read all reviews for this property before booking it as I can see many past customers have reported similar issues for this stay.

• Samah (10/5): الموقع والشقه بشكل عام ممتازه و عبدو وخالد كانو متعاونين جدا . اكرر التجربه معاهم اكيد باذن الله - الموقع مميز. في ابو الفدا مقابل بيت ورد كل شي قريب ورقم العمارة 37 كل شي كان جيد. لكن بعد يومين كانت فيه ريحة غريبه فالمطبخ سألنا العامله قالت كل شي نظيف. اخر يوم اكتشفنا فيه اكل قديم في الفرن. لكن مااحد انتبه لاننا مانستخدم المطبخ + الشغاله شوي مزعجة وتصر على الدخول. رغم اننا لانحتاجها. + سخان الشقه خربان وقامو بتبديله ولازالت الشطافات ساخنه جدا جدا بس ياليت السعر يكون اقل. ويناسب الجميع

I have been 21 different AirBnbs, hostels, hotels in the past 3 months traveling... first place that had 0 toilet paper when I arrived... first thing I had to do was go out and get some TP! The internet was SO slow 🐌... made it unusable. Electricity went out twice... two different people got it turned back on... and then both asked for a tip! A scam? The rain shower head leaked and the door key was so hard to get in the slot to open the apartment.
• Sarah (7/5): Comfortable stay, helpful host and cleaning lady. - It was a very spacious property with an amazing view of the nile. We had some problems with the car so missed our booking the owner agreed to let us stay the following night with an additional charge of 2500LE. I felt the price of £70 plus was quite high compared with other properties but it was a nice apartment. The shower could do with a deep clean as there is alot of limescale. There was no toilet roll available.

• Bassam (6/5): Beautiful apartment and location, poor hospitality. Washer and oven not working. - Beautiful property inside. The location is excellent. Well updated and manicured. Upon using the restroom for the first time, we realize there is no toilet paper, no soap, and no dish soap. We got pizza and we tried to warm it up in the oven and it was not working. We also got washer powder to wash our clothes and also realized that it’s not working. There is no soap anywhere. There is no dish soap. Also, only one hand towel. Basically, for less than 200 Egyptian pounds, this apartment would be a five-star apartment.
