• Maria (7/5): - De locatie is top en het is een knusse grootte. Contact met de host was goed. De foto's van de advertentie zijn verouderd. Het appartement is nu volledig donker groen geschilderd met een volledige panter print bedekte slaapkamer. Ik vind dat dit duidelijk in de advertentie aangegeven moet staan. Verder zat er een grote schroef los in de houten vloer wat gevaarlijk kan zijn. Gehorig appartement. De sleutels van een ander appartement lagen óók bij ons in de kluis wat gek was. Dit was een naar gevoel omdat er dan dus ook misschien mensen waren met de sleutels van ons appartement.
• samuel (3/5): We would not repeat. It’s not worth it. - Only the location. Noisy. The description doesn't match reality: the apartment doesn't have a TV. The drains are half-clogged, and the room feels like a brothel.

• Zondervan (8/5): Geweldige plek en een prachtig appartement - Alles was mooi en schoon, top locatie, communicatie was heel snel en soepel, je kon spullen van tevoren in de hal achterlaten, sleutel pakken en terugbrengen ging soepel, appartement goed ingericht Splinters in de vloer, maar een handdoek pp voor 3 nachten, afzuigkap kapot, kleine pannen

• Xena (4/5): - Wir kamen an, und der Schlüssel von unserem Apartment war nicht da. Wir haben innerhalb von 10 Minuten ein anderes Apartment zugewiesen bekommen. Das Apartment an sich war auf dem ersten Blick ganz hübsch. Leider aber auch nur auf den ersten Blick. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, solange man nur oberflächlich geschaut hat. Die Küchenschränke waren leider klebrig und fleckig. Der Griff von der Badezimmertür war komplett abgerissen. Man konnte das Badezimmer somit nicht schließen. Der Fernseher und die Kaffemaschiene haben gefehlt, Kaffekapseln waren allerdings vorhanden? Das Schlafzimmer war leider gar nicht nutzbar. Im Schlafzimmer herrschte ein ganz starker muffiger Geruch. (Es roch nach einem vertuschten Wasserschaden - Kloake oder Rohrgeruch könnte es am ehesten beschreiben. Lüften war zwecklos. Wir haben auf der Couch geschlafen. Lüften im Badezimmer war auch nicht möglich, die Gardinenstange mit befleckter Gardine hängt genau vorm Fenster. Achso, nicht zu vergessen eine lockere Diele im Boden. Gefährlich wenn ein Hund dabei ist. Über die Hellhörigkeit muss man sich auch bewusst sein. Man hört wirklich alles und das auch ziemlich laut. Rauchmelder sind übrigens auch nicht vorhanden. Wir würden das Apartment nicht nochmal buchen. Schade!

• Charlotte (7/5): - De locatie was top, de communicatie was snel en vriendelijk. Het was erg koud en er was geen extra denken. De contactpersoon liet ons weten dat het een 4 seizoenen dekbed was maar we hebben een extra dikke pyjamagekocht tegen de kou. Daarnaast was het lampje in de badkamer stuk, er kwamen spijkers uit de vloer, er waren koffie cupjes die niet paste in de koffiemachine. Het appartement is niet zoals op de foto's, het is nu heel donker geschilderd en het meubilair is niet hetzelfde, er staat ook geen tv.

Paying for tourist taxes, that was never mentioned before booking , and they don’t even explain how to pay for it when you call them , I stayed outside from 19pm till 10pm if not for the other people who went through the same thing , so at any chance I could have slept outside and my money was going to go for no reason . I understand the system but if the host could help people a little bit more and not give us an attitude that would have been great. I broke down in the streets cause I felt like I was going to sleep outside . So yeah please change a host or make her explain things better , cause that’s not fair.

• Robin (3/5): Dit doen we niet meer - Goed bereikbaar De accomodatie was aan 4 verschillende personen verhuurd. Communicatie met de het verblijf kon enkel via whatsapp. En als je over het probleem begint, reageren ze niet meer

• Elise (1/5): Verschrikkelijk - Niks De gastheer heel onvriendelijk, er stond dat er een flatscreen tv zou zijn, was er niet. Wij bellen, de enige optie die hij aanbood was om het te annuleren, waarop hij ons beloofde dat wij een volledige refund zouden krijgen. Buiten dat moesten we binnen 5 minuten om het maar even netjes te zeggen gelijk weggaan. (En stonden we met onze tassen midden in antwerpen.) Om daar vervolgens op een zwaar asociale manier op terug te komen nadat booking.com hunzelf had benaderd. Nooit boeken hier want je wordt behandeld alsof je niets ben en er wordt totaal niet meegedacht! Lakens waren gekreukt, het appartement stonk, het was niet hygiënisch. Als ik nog vriendelijk te woord was gestaan en er was mee gedacht, hadden ze er misschien nog mee weg kunnen komen. Maar dit was echt te belachelijk voor woorden. Ze horen nog van ons terug.

• Milena (10/5): Great apartment - Very quick response and help when facing any problems. The apartment was very nice and cozy. Separated bedroom is great when it's more than one night.

• Oana (6/5): Great location, weird experience - Great location, close to city centre, cafes available close The apartment is cosy enough (it doesn't look like the pics though, the walls are green now) They said that something needed to be fixed with the boiler and they just straight up let themselves into the appartment. No checking before, no message, not even knocking on the door. I went to grab a coffee and upon my return I just saw two strangers into the appartment. That was very freaky and strange! Poor communication with the staff - they mentioned two different checkout hours and I had to double check to make sure I left at the right time. This wouldn't have been such an issue if they didn't slap a 25€ on you if you missed the checkout time.
• Iqbal (1/5): Filthy Scammers - Bunch of scammers. We were not let into the property me and my disabled brother were left freezing outside all night and had our numbers blocked. We got sent to another property which had broken glass on the floor and illegal drugs. We did not get any of our money back. We will be returning to Belgium to take the property managers to court and sue them requesting compensation. It’s unbelievable what’s happened we have videos of the disgusting filthy place we were made to stay in. Blood on the floor and beds, food everywhere, no bed sheets, poo on the walls and police even came in twice throughout the night with neighbours screaming. Bunch of scammers. • Rolandorl (1/5): They double booked our room and were not very helpful. - Location was alright, that's all we got to see. We had arrived to the property, and when calling them, were told that they had double booked our room and had to then cancel on our day of arrival and find a different place to stay. The contact person was not very helpful, nor was available to talk on the phone to sort this issue out quickly. We did recieve a full refund, but no response regarding the tourist tax that we were asked to pay in advance. They offered an alternative location to stay at, but when asked for details, provided only a name of the property which was not found online either. Had to send a complaint about the missing Tourist Tax refund to booking.com.

• Kristýna (9/5): Recommending this place!:) - The location of the apartment is very convenient. The heating inside was very quick and strong. Luckily we were provided with another set of blanket, pillows and sheets. The apartment is equipped with a coffee machine and coffee pods. You have a nice panoramic view of the streets. The neighborhood is very friendly and energetic. In the building are very steep and skinny stairs. If you have a bigger luggage it might be a challenge to get in the apartment. My friend washed her hair and couldn’t blow dry the hair because there was no hair dryer.

• Federica (3/5): Poor - Well: The entrance was easy, it is a 15-minute walk from the bus station, good view. We found several hairs on the bed before using it, the kitchen floor makes a lot of noise when you walk, very few kitchen utensils, there were no scissors or bottle opener, there is a coffee maker but there are no coffee pads, there are candles but there is no lighter, stained mattress, stained chairs, There is a TV but without Chromecast or cable, I mean it cannot be used for anything, there is no washing machine, when the description says there is, the toilet board is broken, the windows cannot be opened, the curtains are incorrectly placed. We communicated some of these irregularities to the owner and he did not provide us with any solution, he only said that he would contact booking about the error regarding the washing machine and the cleaning team, and that he should buy us coffee pads at the supermarket . I would absolutely NOT stay here again.

• Viktor (7/5): Good - Location is good, it might be a bit noisy outside during the night. The bed is comfortable and large enough (for one person). The floor in the living room needs some renovation (and doors as well). The freezer part of the refridgirator is full of ice.
