• Emilka Wróbel (6/5): - the location and flat itself were just perfect there was no hot water in the flat so impossible to take shower or wash in these cold days; there were no heavier duvets and we felt cold at night - considering its wintery/cold period - it'd be helpful to have warm water and comfy warm covers

• Tara (5/5): Great if you want to see trevi fountain but you’ll get 0 sleep - Location is fabulous literally a stones throw from Trevi fountain , Luca was great at meeting and showing us around It was horrifically loud ! Like sleeping in a night club , that was from the trevi fountain till like 4/5am then the cleaning trucks would come along smashing bottles , the mattress on the sofa bed was stained , the main bedroom bed was about 5ft from the floor and made a terrible noice when you moved.

• Andrew (7/5): Good - The accommodation made you feel like you were in Rome and Italy which was super cool. Great vibes and felt like a mini palace with beautiful artwork and old school furniture. The place was very big and spacious and incredibly close to everything. We did not have to take transport to any location and walked to all the major attractions in the 2 full days we had. The staff member took us into the place and showed us where everything was and ensured we were comfortable. It was about a 30 second walk to the trevi fountain, you can hear the water flowing! There was no sound proofing from the street. Most mornings at 6:30am recycling truck would come past and you would hear smashing glass. We understand that this is a busy area but there could be some better windows with a seal to solve a lot of the noise from people at restaurants. The mattress could do with an upgrade, it sunk in the middle and especially after days of walking we didn't sleep the greatest. Pillows and couches could also do with an upgrade. The timber floors are coming up near the bed which makes it a hazard. Even just a rug over it could do the trick. We understand it's an old place and that's what gives it its charm but some minor repairs will go a long way.
• Jessica (1/5): Dirty - close to popular attractions It was not set up properly for our arrival. Upon arrival I was questioned about occupants in the room and told I only stated 3 people. This is not true because I had to input all passport info prior to arrival. Due to it not being set up properly the beds weren't properly made. I was concerned and asked if we were able to pull out the couch and specifically asked if there were extra covers, sheets and pillows. I was informed yea and was shown the closet where to obtain sheets. That night when ready to make the pull out couch into a bed the mattress was covered in stains. When looking for sheets to make the bed there were no sheets, no pillows in that cabinet like I was informed. I found multiple mattress protectors which were also stained and disgusting. I was thinking oh well we aren't here for many nights and made do by pulling pillow from bed in other room. Then the next night when we were ready to get showers there was no hot water, the electricity kept turning off. The shower was not cleaned. there was hair in the shower from previous guest, opened, used shampoo and conditioner packets.

• Monique (1/5): Bad - Only Location IF YOU WANT TO BE COLD DIRING WINTER PLEAS GO AND BOOK OTHWRWISE RUN. WE HAD MAJOR ISSUES WITH PORPERTY. We were not able to shower properly due to light outages causing water to be cold in 2 degree weather and no support provided by the owner. 1. heating is only available in the living room and second room (sofa bed). The main room with the bed there is NO heating, and it's cold as ICE. 2. You can't keep both heating on at the same time it causes light shortage during the night, and you will have to up the breakers up manually 3. They charge $25 if you don't wash the dishes, even though you are paying for service on booking.com 3. Can't shower and keep both heaters on, light shoetage 4. Can't use washing machine with heating or hair dryer at same time. 5. Can change multiple phones and use it other major appliances. In summary, if you need some place, warm, and functional, where you can charge your things, this is not for you.
