• Matthieu (10/5): - Fantastic appartment. the air conditioning is a life saver in Madrid in the summer. The terrace is amazing, centrally located (Puerta del sol) yet super private. No issues
• Alecos (7/5): It was good accommodation for just a few days. The problem was the bed - I did not like the bed, it was very very soft. the mattress was of poor quality.

• Dziugas (10/5): Amazing, Wonderful, Incredible - This place is incredible!!! Everything was perfect. Plenty of space, very stylish interior, super clean. The location... you will never find better in Madrid. Its very quite inside, but if you go out you finf yourself in the very centre of Madrid. All highlights of the town you can reach in 10-15 minutes by wallking. In the apartment you have everything you need: from ironing board and air humidifier, to coffee and spices. There are glasses for champagne, for whisky, for coctails, for wine etc. Ice bucket, ice in the freezer, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, bottle opener and many many other amenities. Super comfortable bed. Everything is very clean, very comfortable, very beautyful. The terrace is the same size as the apartment, its huge. You can relax there with the glass of wine in the evening with a beautyful view. The host is very helpful. We will definitely come back :) Some will say that its a bit expensive, but believe me, its really worth it.
• Joachim (10/5): strategic location to explore the city - stylish, bright and spacious accommodation in a strategic location to explore the city on foot. Well insulated against noise from the bustling streets below. Very smooth communication with the host (Tucho), who was always available and helped us find our way but without being intruding. Very fast Internet and power-outlets next to where they're needed (I could picture myself well working from home there).
• John (10/5): Exceptional - What an amazing, clean, eclectic, beautiful penthouse space. It was in an excellent location and was quiet. We loved all the funky details and it was well-equipped. Terrace was huge and had the washing machine outside!

• Arda (9/5): We enjoyed our stay - Location was great. The house was very spacious. We enjoyed the terrace. The bathroom is fairly small comparing to the rest of the house. The building was so busy and there are a lot of people coming in and out.

• Karen (9/5): Superb apartment oasis. - The place met my high expectations because other reviews and photos gave us a good sneak peek. The bed is really comfortable, the space is fantastic, the terrace outside is a lovely extra (though during the day too hot to really sit out). The host was fantastic. The fridge had a few cold drinks for us, plenty of coffee for the machine, etc. He offered dining suggestions, cab suggestions, checked in to make sure all was well. When I mentioned the shower gel was out (but we could live without it), he had someone deliver it within an hour! Superb host. Great space. Will definitely be back in future trips. Really fabulous place. Only small nitpicks: The only things I would have liked to see would be a microwave and a television. And maybe a table and real chairs (as opposed to bean bags) on the terrace. The location is REALLY central, might be a little bit too touristy for some. (We walked out of the area to find restaurants, etc.) But it's quiet in the apartment, so not a huge issue.

Exceptionaly decorated, wonderful, huge rooftop terrace,location at very centar of the city,very clean,and great comunication with the host. There is nothing we did not like. Just a thought, and it might have been that we probably did not know how to have more hot water for shower.

• Suzanne (10/5): Exceptional - Great apartment which couldn't help but make you smile as it was so bright and colourful. It was very comfortable and so quiet despite being in the centre of bars and restaurants. We travel a lot and don't always want to spend all day, everyday out and about so this apartment was a very welcome chill out zone perfect for relaxing Well equipped for self catering. Host was helpful and very responsive. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was in a busy building and we could hear the lift in constant use but it soon blended into the background so wasn't disturbing.

It is spacious, colorful, and the terrace is an incredible place to relax while you're exploring the city. The owner was so helpful and always available if we had any questions. The location is perfect, close to every attraction and quiet as well. Thank you! We can't wait to be back! P.S: We already miss Jara 🤍
• Stretch (8/5): Fantastic apartment in central Madrid with a huge terrace. - Wow, this is a great apartment in central Madrid.Very well appointed and everything was new and in great condition. Massive terrace overlooking a busy pedestrian street below, but very quiet inside. This is in my top three apartments I've stayed in while traveling, really enjoyed the time here. Nothing about the apartment turned us off. It was great over all and was very large for the two of us.
• Kate (10/5): Exceptional - Impeccable! The penthouse is a hidden gem located in the very center of Madrid. Close to all the iconic & must-go bars and restaurants in town. Stylish, chic and playfully designed just as the pictures, every furniture, every corner, everything is furnished with unique taste, made to impress but also practical to use for living. The huge terrace provides an amazing view and perfect to chill. (Our dog enjoyed his sun bath there too! Yes! It's pet-friendly!) Beautiful natural light enters during the day through the big windows, while in the evening the ambient lighting from the house is very relaxing. The owner, Tucho, is so kind and caring, every detail was taken care of by him. WE LOVE OUR STAY HERE! Extremely totally highly recommended :)
