• Hana (9/5): - Apartman je stvarno velik i prostran, nalazi se ja odličnoj lokaciji. Komunikacija i upute za ulazak od strane vlasnika je bila super, uvijek na usluzi i brzo odgovaraju. Kupaone su malo zapustene ali ne smeta.

• Claudia (10/5): Einfach nur zufrieden - Die Lage der Wohnung war ideal, 5 Minuten zur Altstadt, Burg. 20 Minuten zum Strand ohne öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Sehr gute Betreuung, sehr netter Kontakt. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Es hat alles gepasst, keine negative Bewertung.
• Franck (10/5): - Super appartement,très propre ,proche de toutes les commodités et à quelques pas d'une station de tram pour aller à la plage St Juan. Nous avons apprécié également les deux salles de bain. Nous recommandons cette appartement.
• Julian (10/5): Great apartment close to the Old Town - Great location. Very comfortable and well equipped. Keys were not in lock box when we arrived but they were delivered after a quick phone call. Air con was on a timer and we woke up each night because of the heat when it turned off automatically

Situat la circa 15 minute de mers pe jos de plaja, aproape de facilitati: restaurante, magazine, etc. Proprietar foarte amabil si atent, ne-a ajutat si cu bagajele ( am facut check-out la ora 11.00 si ne-am luat bagajele la ora 15.00, avionul nostru avand plecarea la ora 19.15) si cu recomandari despre localuri cu program flamenco. A raspuns repede tuturor solicitarilor noastre.
• Kristinn (10/5): Exceptional - This appartment is close to the center yet in a quiet street. Only a few minutes walk to the beautiful Santi Barbara castle. The appertment it self is very big and nice, good to stay there with kids, and can easely fit 2 families renting it together. Plus Mery was very friendly and helpful. My family loved the stay there and we will defenetly book this place next time we come to this beautiful city.

• Gill (10/5): a brilliant apartment for a family - lovely decor, lots of space, everything we needed was there, great value for money the apartment allows dogs which means the outside space (especially the artificial grass had a lot of dog hairs)

• Anonymous (10/5): when I go back there on holidays I would be disappointed if I cold not get this property again - the property is very modern, TV , Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing machine and dryer. it has two bathrooms and TVs. The place was spotless when we arrived . Excellent location, it is very close to the city centre. Supermarket within 2 minute walk. The beach is ten minute walk . The host kept in contact making sure we arrived and that everything was ok. Only complaint is the mattress was hard and that’s not really a complaint
• Shona (8/5): Cheerful and Cozy Place! - A spacious, cozy apartment with positive vibes! It is a ground-floor property, opposite a police building, and is accessed from the street first by a gate to the little patio and then the main apartment door. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe here. There was almost no traffic noise, so I could work peacefully. At night, there were voices of people chatting on the street, but I blocked this out with my white-noise machine and slept very well. Mery was a wonderful apartment manager, especially in her written communication, which was always polite, helpful, and friendly. I was able to check in early and Mery gave me some great recommendations to explore Alicante. The heating/air-con system worked well and the kids’ corner was adorable! FYI: there was a security camera outside the front door. A lint roller could be used as a final step in the cleaning to remove any hairs on the bed and both couches. I felt the hot water could have lasted a bit longer in the shower. Oh, and I thought it would be nice to have a door mat outside the front door!
• Amy (10/5): Fab design apartment close to the old town - The apartment was super clean, really spacious, really nicely designed (I love those tiles) and the kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook. The terrace is a real bonus for some outside space for a morning coffee or evening drink. Arrival and entry was also super easy, using the key box outside. Loved the location, just outside the old town and you can walk to the beach in less than 10 minutes. Mery was a fab host and checked in to ensure I was doing ok, and gave me some excellent recommendations for food/cafés nearby. Plus extra bonus points for letting me check out a little later because I had a flight later in the day. I can't recommend this place enough! Nothing
