• Any21 (8/5): A good place to stay - Nice apartment in the very heart of the city, a few steps away from the Cathedral. Rooms big enough and well equipped. Good internet connection. During the weekend the nearby pub makes quite a lot of noise with people on the street and music. Nothing that can't be solved with earplugs. Minor cleaning issues: some hair on the floor, shower curtain to be replaced and shower head loose.
• Araceli (10/5): - Ubicación 100/10 . Nos tomamos EA y nos dejó en la torre a dos cuadras. El dpto planta baja. El departamento súper tranquilo con normas de ruido y el barrio re tranquilo a pesar de ser zona turística. Casa Grande amplia. Check in con claves me comunique sin problemas en el momento que llegamos. Había artículos para cocinarse también sal aceite café azúcar. Kit de limpieza nuevo con detergente paño y para lavar los platos y ropa.. Estuvimos solo 3 noches. Volvería sin dudas!

• Lauren (8/5): Un bel appartement à proximité de tout mais un sommeil perturbé! - La situation géographique, tout à proximité: restaurants, boutiques, bars, monuments... Le logement est très spacieux, plutôt bien équipé et était propre. Le lit dans la chambre est confortable. Le canapé-lit du salon était très inconfortable et très bruyant. Nous avons dû mettre le matelas par terre pour pouvoir dormir à peu près correctement. Quelques odeurs désagréables dans la salle de bain. Le logement est un peu sombre également, la faute à la petite rue dans lequel il est situé... Mais ce qui nous a le plus gêné pendant notre séjour, c'est le bruit: l'appartement se trouve à l'entrée du patio, et à chaque ouverture des 2 portes qui se succèdent (une porte en bois puis une porte en fer), un vacarme se faisait entendre. L'isolation avec la rue n'est pas idéale non plus...

• Bernard (8/5): Polecamy ten apartament! - Świetna lokalizacja obiektu, dosłownie dwie minuty od Katedry. Cicha ulica (w weekendy trochę przeszkadza muzyka z położonego obok cocktail baru). Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Kuchnia wyposażona w mikrofalówkę, lodówkę, ekspres do kawy, toster, komplet sztućców, i naczyń, zmywarkę, pralkę z suszarką i inne. Wygodny salon i duży przedpokój. Sprawne ogrzewanie (styczeń). Dobrze działające osuszacze powietrza. Dla mnie bardzo dużym plusem jest też brak biegającej szybko zmory sewilskich hoteli. Dostępne jest wifi. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie i wymeldowanie online. Gospodarz lokalu udostępnił go przed godziną zameldowania, ponieważ przybyliśmy do Sewilli wcześnie rano (dziękujemy!). Łazience przydałby się remont. Z pewnością przy następnym wyjęździe do Sewilli rozważymy ponowne wynajęcie tego apartamentu.

• Daniel (8/5): Sehr gute Lage, allerdings recht laut - Die Wohnung liegt absolut zentral, ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Betten sind recht klein und sehr weich. Außerdem war es leider sehr laut. Sowohl die Eingangstür zum Innenhof als auch die Bewohner über der Wohnung waren sehr laut und vor allem nachts extrem nervig.

• Lewis (8/5): Very good - Great location and the property is in good order. However, the cocktail bar next door played loud music on the Friday and Saturday night of our three night stay. This went on until 2-3am and should be challenged by the owner as it is beyond reasonable.

• Ian (8/5): For an extraordinary and completely unique experience, go at Easter, but read about it first! - Excellent location, close to all the key things to see. Comfortable and good-sized bed. Well equipped kitchen - it might be a struggle to cook a 3 course meal for 4 people, but who goes to Seville to stay in and cook? Highly recommend the apartment, but do note the provisos below. The owner really does need to sort out the lock on the front door. Our first night we simply could not open the door - and the thought of being stuck outside was seriously disturbing. The manager came over and gave us 2 new sets of keys. We were there for a week, and we always managed to get the door open eventually, but it was a problem on every single occasion - never experienced this before and it was really very, very disturbing. The second point is a personal decision. We were there for Easter week. We have never experienced anything like it. Vast, vast crowds watching endless processions of religious floats with thousands upon thousands of people marching in dark robes and big pointed hats, with loud bands past midnight. It was complete bedlam, but at the same time, an absolutely amazing thing to have experienced. If you're going at Easter, I strongly suggest that you read about the activities before deciding! Just a staggering experience.
• Craig (10/5): Exceptional - So close to the catherderal in a quiet street. Apartment was fantastic. Host didn't communicate with us after we had arrived. I asked a very simple question... Twice! And didn't get any reply. He needs to sort that out, as It is worrying if the host does not respond!

• Sean (4/5): Flats ok - Seville is great - Location was spot on with restaurants and bars just up the road and the tram to Santa just in the main road behind. Collecting the key was pretty painful even though lots of pictures to explain where to find the key box. The host only communicated when he wanted too, didn’t answer questions prior to arrival requesting info of the nearest train station. The door the to the flat itself was almost impossible to open and needs serious attention. The flat needs a bit of TLC
• Fang (9/5): Good place to stay for visiting - The location is very good, very close to the cathedral and le palace by foot. The kitchen stuff is good, even though we didn’t use it. The rooms are spacious. Check in is very convient. The bathroom is a little bit tiny, but enough to use it. It misses a hair dryer. I’ve contacter the owner and he told me there’s one in the bathroom, but I couldn’t find it. So we kept the hair wet when we slept.
