• Anthony Moises (10/5): An unbeatable vineyard experience! - Everything! Enlance Wine House is a dream place to spend a few days away from the buzz of Mendoza. Service is exceptional! Shout out to Jennifer and team for helping us feel at home. I'm an avid traveler and I can sincerely say that food was exceptional; congratulations to the chef. The stunning view of the Andes during meals was unbeatable. You can certainly feel at peace while enjoying the scenery and the pool! A luxury experience yet affordable. I would recommend it. Wifi network can be unstable in the rooms, but that helps with the sense of disconnection from the buzz of the city.

• Damian (1/5): Disrespectful - Nothing. After a 26-hour journey, we arrived at the hotel hoping for a smooth check-in, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. Despite having booked two rooms in advance, we were left waiting for around 30 minutes before being told there was an issue and that only one room was available. We then waited another 20 minutes while staff attempted to resolve the situation. At no point offered water or a drink. To the hotel’s credit, they did eventually arrange alternative accommodation for us, and we appreciated the effort to find a solution. However, the entire process took over an hour, which was incredibly frustrating after such a long trip. We were also told the new hotel would be an upgrade, but it had no restaurant and offered no food options beyond breakfast, which was disappointing and inconvenient. Overall, while the staff did take steps to rectify the booking error, the delays, miscommunication, and the lack of comparable amenities at the replacement hotel made for a stressful start to our stay.

• Guest (10/5): Simplesmente perfeito! - Minha estadia foi excepecional! O hotel é semelhante a uma casa de fazendo que era da família e transformaram em um guest house. Existem quatro quartos amplos que se conectam por uma grande sala de estar. Tudo é absolutamente lindo! A decoração é lindíssima, as amenidades são excelentes, a comida do restaurante é excepcional (tanto café da manhã quanto almoço) fora os jardins e a vinícola, que fica a poucos passos do quarto. Ter a experiência de ficar hospedada dentro de uma vinícola foi algo dos sonhos. Fora a vista das montanhas com neve que era de tirar o fôlego. Por fim, o atendimento do hotel é excelente, todos foram muito simpáticos. Nos sentimos de fato em casa. Ficaria lá novamente com certeza e indicaria de olhos fechados! Tudo foi perfeito

El colchon es muy duro. De los dos dias q estuvimos no tuvimos agua caliente cuando queriamos ducharnos. La habitacion para 4 tiene un solo baño gigante. Que deberian dividirlo y hacer dos baños para tener mas privacidad ( esto lo sabiamos con anterioridad , solo es una sugerencia) nos invitaron un almuerzo debido a dicho problema. • ODAIR (9/5): Experiência positiva de se hospedar em uma vinícola em Mendoza - Localização, ao lado da Catena Zapata, se tiver preparo, consegue caminhar até lá. A fazenda é bem grande, jardins muito bem cuidados. A equipe é muito simpática, destaque para Gabriela e Francisco. Tivemos a honra de conhecer o idealizador do projeto, Dom Agustín, muito simpático. As instalações são muito bem cuidadas e o vinhedo se destaca. Wi-fi péssimo. Praticamente ficamos sem acesso à internet, pois mesmo o sinal de celular é ruim na região. Ao comentar, o próprio Dom Agustin tentou indicar uma solução de desconectar e conectar novamente, mas sou profissional de tecnologia, sabia que essa não era a solução. Depois soube que utilizam StarLink, estando sujeito a variações no sinal devido aos ventos. Esse item precisa melhorar em comparação a outros locais que nos hospedamos. Porém, ficar desconectado por uns dias até que é bom. Mas se depender de internet para trabalho ou outros motivos, poderá ter problemas.

• Bjorn (9/5): - The location is very remote and quite, perfect after a few days in central Mendoza. Personel are super helpful and friendly. Very homely atmosphere. The garden is beautiful and we also walked to visit a neighbouring vineyard. A fantastic time! Food service is stretched and disorganised for lunch, so don't be in a hurry. Breakfast also not ready at advertised times, which is understandable with only a few guests and fresh food not ideal waiting out. But they could check on timings the day before for those who have to leave early given they know about everyones schedules. And, put out cutlery, etc. in advance. (Dinner served by Gisela perfect!) Pool was not yet operational (early October).

• Maria Florencia (10/5): Soñado - Un lugar alejado del ruido de la ciudad, en medio de la naturaleza y el silencio, con vista a la cordillera, en medio del viñedo. Un lugar soñado y de lujo realmente. El desayuno, el almuerzo y la cena, todo delicioso! Realmente mis felicitaciones a la chef, la comida más rica que probamos en la vida! Todo casero, natural, que mantiene el estilo del lugar. Auténtico y de Calidad. La limpieza impecable. A destacar fuertemente la cordialidad, amabilidad, calidez y buen trato de todo el personal de la casa de huéspedes, en especial el de Francisco. El comedor de la casa es soñado, muchooo más lindo en la vida real que en la fotos, tiene un gran hogar a leña, libros, café, té, sillones enormes y espléndidos. Especial para desconectar y relajarse. Justo nos tocó vivir una nevada y fuimos muy felices. Muy exclusivo la casa alberga hasta 8 huéspedes nada más. Ideal para parejas, pero nosotros fuimos con niños y fue hermoso también. La bañera es soñada, el vino es el más rico de todos, y la cama súper confortable y cómoda. Si están en dudas, no duden un segundo más, les doy mi palabra, es el lugar más lindo de Mendoza, no se van a arrepentir!!

The property is very peaceful and in an amazing location with great views of the mountains. The staff gave us a private tour of the winery and the food and wine pairing was excellent. The property is very clean and the surrounding gardens are very nice. Beds were slightly hard.

El día de nuestro ingreso llegamos antes del horario, nos recibieron con un rico desayuno y nos dejaron ingresar a la habitación. Francisco nos hizo un tour por la bodega y disfrutamos de los vinos que producen. Muy ricos y excelente relación precio-calidad. La conexión de wifi funcionó muy bien, punto importante si se necesita trabajar. Es un lugar al que volvería en primavera o verano para disfrutarlo al 100%! No hubo nada que no nos haya gustado. Lo único que no consideré pero que, en definitiva no fue un inconveniente, es que las habitaciones no tienen tv.

• Tamsin (10/5): A beautiful place to stay - Absolutely beautiful place to stay, right in the middle of a vineyard. We had the quadruple room and had two huge bedrooms with a bathroom in between (with a bath the size of a swimming pool!) Staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great with cooked eggs, toast and a range of fruit, cereals and cakes. We had the four course tasting menu for lunch done day and it was really good with paired wines. They offer a good discount on their wines to people staying too. A great place to stay, would really recommend it.

• Pierre (7/5): A beautiful property in Lujan de Cuyo - The property and the garden/vineyard are beautiful. I should have checked this when booking, but there was no AC only a ceiling fan. They provided an extra fan upon request, but for a Canadian the room was hot. That said, this is my fault for not checking this when booking. The lower rating is due to this fact only.
• Alexandra (1/5): Terrible experience ! - Total amateur in the hospitality business. Just a terrible experience ! The farm of the Huespedes is really their family house (4 rooms). Guilia rule this place like an entitled owner where she treats staff and visitors with no respect. In 3 day, there were 3 incidents : (1) Welcomed ! No really. We were not expected the day of our arrival. In fact, she was annoyed because she had double-booked our Executive suite (2 bedrooms) on another platform than Booking (!!!). To solve their problem, they took the liberty the next day to moved our belongings - without our consent - to another room while we were visiting bodegas. (2) Insects. Every night in the kids rooms and the bathroom, there were dozens of insects flying and dying on the floor, on the beds and even in the drawers. (3) Finally, the owner abused our trust and overcharged us 21% (VAT that foreign tourists don't have to pay). The Wifi was so bad, that I could not verify the price online on Booking when we checked out. It is only after that we left the farm that I saw it. Thanks to Booking I got reimbursed, but it took me more than 30 days with daily follow-ups !!! So if you are looking to relax and enjoy your time in Mendoza, just avoid this place !
• Linh (10/5): - It is a beautiful property with the gardens, grape fields and a spectacular view of the Andes. Giuliana and her team were very friendly, welcoming and took care of us well. We stayed during the New Year and before they left, they made food already for us. It was very nice to them because everything was closed, no Uber and we had a baby. I forgot my diamond bracelet when I checked out. I asked Giuliana and she immediately looked after and went to our new hotel and gave it back it to me after her shift. Thanks again for your kindness. I highly recommend to stay here if you want to feel like home and peaceful.

• Andrew (10/5): A great stay - highly recommended - What a wonderful welcome from Giuliana and her team. The communal spaces, which are impressive, and the rooms are large and well appointed. Outside the garden and views are beautiful. The team provided all the assistance we required and the evening meal and tasting was excellent. Everything was perfect.
• Megan (10/5): Perfect! We hope to return! - If you're booking a group trip to Mendoza, this property is perfect. We reserved all four rooms and had use of the living area for group hangouts. I usually don't book stays with less than 100 reviews. But I took a chance on Enlace Casa de Huespedes and it was even more beautiful than in the photos. Our trip was in the off season (July) and it was cold, but made for a beautiful, tranquil stay. We felt like we owned the vineyard and were tucked away for a quiet weekend at home. Julietta and the rest of the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms are large and comfortably stocked with lots of extra blankets, pillows, towels, soaps and fresh water. There's a TV and an amazing tea/coffee station in the main room - they even had a bowl of fresh fruit when we arrived! Breakfast is delicious, especially the freshly squeezed orange juice. And all our dinners were fabulous - they have kitchen staff on site to prepare multi course meals for you. We enjoyed walking the vineyard at sunrise and sunset. Before we left we were already talking about when we could visit again! The property was a little cold but we found that to be typical of all the places we visited at this time of year. The showers have lots of hot water and the bedrooms lots of extra blankets so it wasn't a problem.
