• Jones (10/5): Naples is a must see destonation. Just pace yourselves. - The hosts, by far, Danilo and his father!! They were great with recomendations dealing with restaurants, places to see and tours. When we found ourselves outside our Loft (we locked ourselves out) they were quick to our rescue. They made us feel welcome and at ease. Also the location of this property was perfect. Walkable to restaurants and attractions. Our main disapointment was in ourselves. We should have taken a few Italian lessons to help in understanding the culture. Although Danillo spoke english well. And not trying to plan too much in one day.
• Grünenwald (10/5): - Danilo und sein Vater haben mich sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen & super ausgestattet. Danilo hat sich so sehr gekümmert & immer wieder nachgefragt, ob alles ok ist oder ob ich etwas brauche. Man fühlt sich wie Zuhause. Absolut empfehlenswert!
• Florence (6/5): Accueil et propreté correspondent aux avis mais surprise sur mauvaise qualité du couchage. - accueil chaleureux propreté calme machine à expresso Appartement très sombre au 1er étage - La "vue sur la ville " = vue sur l'immeuble qui fait face dans une rue de 2 m de large du centre de Naples - utilisation de la lumière électrique nécessaire à toute heure de la journée, malgré un temps ensoleillé, sans nuage. Nous avons été surpris (le propriétaire a plusieurs appartements dans l'immeuble, les photos lumineuses ne correspondent sans doute pas à l'appartement de 4p.)! L'équipement de la cuisine est un peu léger (pas de plat, pas de couteau de cuisine, casseroles en alu) mais le mobilier est de qualité. Logement avec 2x2 couchages : un lit matrimonial correct et un "sofa" qui est TRES inconfortable.
• Caitlyn (10/5): Beautiful and spacious apartment with many amenities! - Danilo was so great and met us when we arrived to give us a tour of the place and handoff the keys! He even gave us some terrific recommendations for places to eat. The place was incredibly spacious for the four of us, and it was so beautiful. It was the most comfortable place we stayed during our entire trip. We loved having a kitchen and a washing machine. And their espresso machine was fantastic as well - we used it every morning. Because it's a narrow street, taxi's won't pick you up or drop you off in front. So you'll need to walk a few minutes (potentially with your bags) if you're getting to a pickup location.

The location in the heart of Naples is just fantastic: possibility to go everywhere by foot while staying in a quiet and genuily Napoletean street (where Caruso himself lived by the way). The hosts (Danilo and his dad Gennaro) are just amazing: available, helpful, sympathetic, generous – they become family! The apartment itself is very comfortable and well equipped with two wonderful bathrooms, quiet bedrooms and a nice living room. The decoration is modern and fun. We recommend Delta Urban Loft and will go back there ourselves in our next trip to Naples. Niente

• Kate (10/5): Lovely apartment. Lovely hosts. - The apartment was really lovely, so thoughtfully designed and so close to everything. It had everything we needed. You wonder where you are when the taxi drives up all the little narrow streets, but from the apartment you just walk a few yards up to the top of the street and you have all the restaurants and shops right on your doorstep. Danni and his dad were excellent hosts.
• Carl (10/5): First class apartment with a first class host - We stayed here for a week with our 12 year old Daughter, and the apartment was the perfect place to explore the historic centre of Napoli. Super clean, very tastefully furnished and with plenty of space for the three of us, it was a great spot to break off from a busy day of sightseeing to relax for an hour or two, and a great place to unwind each evening after all the hustle and bustle of Napoli (or day trips to Pompeii, Rome, Capri...) We don't often choose apartments for our accommodation, so the experience of messaging directly with a host to arrange key handover on arrival etc was new for us and I must confess to being a bit skeptical of how it would all work out after a long day of travelling. However - I should have had no concerns on this front, as the communication from Danilo throughout (from a couple of days before arrival, through the day of travel, and even offers of more support during the stay) was first class. No complaints at all, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to other travelers, and I would certainly stay again.

• Ola (9/5): Superb - We loved out stay at the apartment and in Naples! Danilo and his father are brilliant hosts! They kept in touch before, during and after and supported with everything e.g. connection to the apartment, late check in, places recommendations and storing our luggages before the flight. They also equipped the flat with a washing machine before our stay which was extremely handy in the hot weather! The location of the property was absolutely spot on. Located in the historic centre of Naples, this gave us good access to everywhere around the city. Plenty of places to eat/drink nearby. And everything is reachable (apart from the beach) within the walking distance. The apartment was absolutely spotless and styled beautifully. Absolutely 10/10 experience!

He gave us a tour of the property and showed us everything and gave us quick guide about the city. The location is a bit difficult to reach if you have lot of luggage etc. It's walking distance from all major points. The location is safe and easily reachable.

• Tanya (10/5): Amazing stay, apartment and hosts - We stayed in the 1st floor design flat which is spacious, clean, very well equipped (a small thing, but for me was a massive plus, to actaully have a proper salon quality hair dryer provided!) and the apartment is in an amazing location for exploring Naples, right in the historic centre. Danilo and his father were so helpful before and throughout, ensuring everything was Ok, meeting us for a late check in, on arrival, providing recommendations and arranging a transfer for us to get the the ferry port on our last day. Cannot thank them enough. I highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to go back!
• Milos (10/5): Wonderfull accomodation with amazing hosts - Apartmant is very specious, well equiped, clean. Location is great, in the heart of historic centre, so majority of the sights can be reached by foot. Overall the accomodation is perfect especially for the people traveling to Napels first time. Host Danilo and his family are super nice, helpfull, warm people always ready to assist you in exploring their amazing city. They excided our expectation in every way. We were in Naples only for 3 nights, which is not enought to explore everything - City itself, Amalfri coast, Pompeii, therefore we will definitely come back. We liked everything
• Alan (7/5): Good - Location was in the old part of town. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and close to the Piazza de Gesu. From there you can buy tickets for the open top bus. One ticket gets you both red & blue tours. Look past the graffiti and the street litter and enjoy 😉. Our host Danilo and his father were extremely helpful and if we needed anything he was there. Graffiti and street litter, beggars.

Host is friendly, helpful, allways at your service, ready to share great advices & recomendations during your stay. When we come back to Naples, we will choose this place again. /

The apartment is furnished with a lot of care, good taste and style and there are many details that make you feel being at home rather than in a rented place. The location of the apartment is simply great - right next to Spaccanapoli and in close walking distance to the National Museum and other Napoli treasures.

From the moment we stepped through the door, we were completely in awe. The photos on Booking.com looked fantastic, but experiencing the space in person was a whole different level just WOW! Every inch of the loft was designed with love, care, and an incredible eye for detail. From the stylish and unique light fixtures to the beautifully curated artwork on the walls, it was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making this place special. Each room had its own distinct charm and character, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that instantly made us feel at home. One of the standout features was just how comfortable everything was. The sofas were perfect for lounging after a long day of exploring the city, and the beds were like sleeping on clouds. If the weather got a little chilly, the AC was placed perfectly to keep the entire loft cozy without being overwhelming. Everything about this space was designed for relaxation and comfort, making it the perfect home base for our Naples adventure. And of course, we can’t talk about our stay without raving about our amazing hosts, Danilo and his dad! From the very beginning, they made us feel so welcome. They greeted us on time with warm smiles, making sure we settled in comfortably. But their kindness didn’t stop there throughout our stay, Danilo kept in touch via WhatsApp, checking in to see if we needed anything and making sure we were having the best experience possible. That level of care and attention made such a difference and truly made us feel like we were staying with friends rather than just renting a place. Now, let’s talk about the location. absolute perfection! This loft is in the heart of Naples, just a short 7–10 minute walk from some of the most breathtaking historic sites. Whether you want to wander through the charming streets, visit iconic landmarks, or dive into the local food scene, everything is within easy reach. Everything was perfect!

It is in a central location that’s pretty close to all the tourist attractions. Me and my sister felt safe walking around the area, so we were really glad we booked this location rather than staying near the train station. What made this an amazing stay were our hosts! Danilo and his father were very thoughtful. We really appreciated them stopping by personally to help with our luggages both times during check in and check out. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place.
• Paul (10/5): Delta Urban Loft was the nicest place we stayed on our recent visit to southern Italy. - We really enjoyed our stay in Napoli and the Delta Urban Loft. The loft felt brand new, was clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable.. Its location is excellent, very close to the main street in the centro storico yet on a quieter street so not noisy at night. Danilo was an excellent host who takes great pride in his loft and in Napoli. He was very responsive to any questions that we had. Nothing.

• Ivane (10/5): Clean, modern cozy loft with hommie and relaxing atmosphere with Italian soul. Best for exploring Napoli and its region. - This is superbly designed loft that lets you feel comfortable and relaxed. The combination of furniture and interior is perfectly matched. Every little detail is unique and useful. The flat is very clean and cozy. It is located in the heart of historic center of Naples where its tiny streets take’s you in the time of crossroads between the ancient and early modern Italy. As soon as you come out on balcony, you are straightaway becoming an Italian (no matter of your country of origin)- it lets you feel the Neapolitan soul. As mentioned above, you are in the center of the town and it has walking access to all transport, plenty little Italian cafes and restaurants and all amenities you need. We had some warm welcome from the hosts whereas their personalities boosted our spirits to dive in Napoli lifestyle (we felt like we have been their relatives who they were happy to see after long time). Wonderful people with great manners. To make long story short, we recommend this place to all nice people from the world… we are already missing this place and will always remember the time spent there. Thanks to Danieffe and his wonderful parents for taking us through this experience 🥰✌️ I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like 👍
