• Suarez (10/5): - Un lugar muy tranquilo y agradable para descansar, las orientaciones para la llegada muy claras, lo recomendaría para una estancia otra vez
• Vanina (6/5): Soluciones inoportunas - fue nuestro primer hospedaje en Roma, realmente el departamento fue muy grande! la habitación gigante y cómoda, estaba limpia y ordenada. El baño de igual forma enorme y limpio. El comedor bastante cómodo. la recogida de llave fue complicada por que no respondían los mensajes rápidamente y definitivamente no contestaron llamadas. Se cortó la electricidad nuestra última noche de estancia y necesitábamos preparar la cena y hacer nuestras maletas, demoraron en contestar los mensajes y sumado a ello no teníamos bateria en celulares, finalmente el anfitrión nos dijo que busquemos ayuda de algún vecino por que él no podía solucionar el problema. LA cocina y utensilios estaban sucios y en mal estado, no tenían cafetera pese a que está ofrecida en los servicios, reclamé esto pero después de 2 días me respondieron que podían darme una.

• Luispty (9/5): Great apartment for work or couples visits, even for short stays. Very good location with easy access to public transpor - Clean, functional and fully equipped. It was closed to public transport facilities and in a very quiet neighborhood Nothing really to complain about. The light in the walk in closet was constantly blinking, it seemed some of those LED lights you can control and change the light tone and never managed to keep it steady, but still a minor issue
• Artturi (9/5): Superb - The place was easy to find and the flat itself met our expectations. The description matched the reality. The entrance gate (and the keys) is on the river's side, so one has to walk around the block to get there. Valerio reacted a bit later after we arrived, but his instructions were clear and he was very responsive. Thanks! Easy acces to public transport is a plus. Grocery shops of different levels are in the area. The flat has everything necessary for a short stay. I myself missed spatula when cooking. The corkscrew could be of better quality:) Also the variety of knives 🔪for cooking could be larger. As one previous guest commented, the temperature of the tap water can be unstable, so some patience is needed. The place is quiet, the bedroom cozy and we slept well. The air conditioning was perfect. We enjoyed our stay a lot and can gladly recommend this place. Grazie mille! 🤗
• Pavel (9/5): Superb - Really beautiful new apartment with very comfortable bed. The owner is super helpful and friendly, he always immediately answered in case we had some questions. The kitchen is fully equipped. Beauty terrace. In apartment was little bit cold, but you can switch AC to heating and it was better then (AC would be big plus in summer :) ). The location is little bit out of center. From nearest metro or tram stop you have to walk around 15-20 min or you can take buses, but in our case there never arrived even close to their schedule (do not take as property issue).

• Chvátalová (10/5): Everything was fine. Fully satisfied. - Nice roomy flat. Big living room, nicely equiped kitchen. Super fast responding from the owner. No problem at all. 3 mintes from bus stations to both sides. Quiet environment. Usefull shops in a block. Thanks for service.
