• Dale (6/5): Great location, and lots to do, but noisy - The location is prime. You're minutes walk from bars, restaurants, water (to swim), shopping centers etc. The balony was nice, bathroom, and apartment in general were very nice The mattress was very uncomfortable, there were springs digging up into me for the first few days, i had to flip the mattress over. There were ants and roaches around the apartment especially in the kitchen and the couch. It's very noisy even with the windows closed but I should have checked previous reviews and the location. If you're a light sleeper, you'll hear a lot of noise before 3am, then things calm down. There's a man that sits across the road shouting at people for most of the day, hes loud but more entertaining than anything. The location of the pool and gym were a mystery, I wish the apartment had an information booklet with maps or something. Im still in pain from having slept on that mattress after my holiday. I never complained about it, i should have and thats my fault.

• Michaela (10/5): - Die Lage ist top, nur wenige Meter vom Playa Chica und auch der Stadt mit Supermärkten etc. entfernt. Wir hatten noch nie eine Ferienwohnung, die so gut ausgestattet war, wie diese: Im Kühlschrank befand sich ein Träger Bier, Wasser, Schinken und Käse. Es gab auch Toastbrot, kleine Küchlein, Gewürze, brauner Zucker, ausreichend Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine, Olivenöl zum sprayen, Essig sowie im Bad Shampoo, Duschgel, 12! Rollen Klopapier und wahrscheinlich noch viel mehr. Auf dem kleinen Balkon, der zum Frühstücken einlud, gab es zwei Strandstühle sowie einen Sonnenschirm, den man mit zum Strand nehmen konnte. Toll ist auch, dass es freie Eintrittskarten für den Fitnessclub gab (Inch. Schwimmbad, Sauna etc.). Besonders hervorzuheben ist der sehr freundliche Kontakt per WhatsApp mit dem Vermieter Fernando. Wir kommen gern wieder.

• Rose (10/5): A lovely apartment in a fantastic location. - The location was great. Fernando was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was well equipped and attractive. The balcony had sun all day. The bed was rock hard! The pool was a distance away from the apartment, certainly more than a 5-minute walk.

• Kate (7/5): Great for couples, very central and comfortable. - It was central, lovely view and comfortable. The noise at night made it hard to sleep. Luckily we brought a white noise machine which was a life saver. I would recommend bringing one of these. However, we were staying during the Christmas period which was particularly busy. Otherwise I loved staying at this apartment

• Emily (4/5): Ok for a short stay, not recommended for long stays - Great location, right in the centre of the old town and not too far from the strip Apartment was clean and a good size for 2 people. Having 2 TVs with access to netflix was a bonus too First, its location with all the bars around it makes it impossible to sleep until at least 3am, so if you value sleep, this is not the place for you. Also, the bathroom is tiny and the water floods out of the shower and soaks the floor, also, water leaks out from undermeath the sink. We had to use alot of towels to soak it all up. The bathroom floor was constantly wet.

• García (9/5): Apartamento en Tias cómodo y bien ubicado. - El apartamento tenía todo lo necesario para estar bien allí. La ubicación estaba bastante bien , cerca de bares supermercados, playas, tiendas y había varias zonas donde aparcar cerca. El anfitrión, Fernando respondió rápido y bien a cualquier duda que tuvimos lo que es de agradecer. Era un poco ruidoso por el tráfico y el fuerte olor del portal, no en el apartamento, a la tienda de cannabis que estaba debajo.

• Tracey (7/5): Lovely apartment and host, noisy location - The apartment was clean and had everything you could need, from hairdryer to iron, deckchairs, washing machine etc. Aircon worked well also, as did WiFi. Fernando was always just a text away should you have any queries also, and was v helpful. When booking, I did not realise this apartment was one of four, situated above shops, on a crossroads. It also had pubs situated across from it and a couple of doors down. So between traffic and the pubs, unfortunately if it's a quiet/relaxing stay you are seeking, it will not be achieved here.

We loved how close it was to everything and it was right around the corner from Craic and Cecil Pub- can’t complain It is in a shared apartment building and there was a very strong smell of Weed when you come into the building but you can’t smell it once in your room

We usually stay in Matagorda but your apartment in the Old Town has opened our eyes to staying here again. Thank you so much. You are an excellent host.

• Alan (6/5): To much noise for us bar music could be heard some nights until gone 3am, then the council clean up and buses would star - The actual location was great for bars and restaurants, but poor for noise. The kitchen had everything you needed, and TV in bedroom. The deck chairs for the beach was a nice touch. The bed and bedding was not great, the furnishings could do with a revamp, and shower tray would overflow if you had the shower on full. Some of the electric sockets were loose.

There is no pool in these apartments.You can use the public leisure centre half a mile away.Very disappointing to say that is the reason we booked this apartment.Not worth the money at all.No champagne or water in the fridge as stated.In the advert it states private pool...this is wrong...absolutely no pool at all.The pool needs to be removed from the advert.False advertising and definitely not worth the money.The apartment is about a 10 minute walk from the front.

Great addition of the Fareones passes to use the gym and leisure facilities. Owner was really responsive and all instructions were clear and easy to follow. With it being central there was noise from local bars.

Air con was great.and fernando was very helpfull and answered and sorted anything.thank you again for coat hangers and ironing board. The shower flooded every time used due to water not draining away quich enough. P.s shower tray could do with a slight modification to stop water spilling over on to bathroom floor. And the property could do with a lockable safe to keep your valuables in. But overall a good place to stay.

• Gregg (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful Apartment spotless clean with everything you need and more. Arrived at Apartment and was treated too fruit , water wine to enjoy. Owner was extremely accommodating and approachable to answer and questions. Fantastic location close to harbour, and minutes walk to beaches and strip. I would without hesitation recommend this place and I will definitely return for many times more. I couldn't fault this at all . Very suitable for solo travelling or couple. Unlimited access to fariones leisure and pool only 2 minute walk from Apartment. Balcony has sea views lots of shops and restaurants on your doorstep .

• Braddersole (8/5): Apartment close to Player Chica and Old Town - Very nice apartment! It was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Large TV's in the lounge (with Mag box connected for All UK channels including Sky & TNT) and bedroom. The passes for the Fariones leisure centre were a bonus (we visited 4 times) Bottle of wine to welcome us and great instructions on WhatsApp for entry and facilities. Would definitely stay here again! Was a little noisy from road traffic being located on a junction and close proximity to lively bars. Some minor issues that could easily be resolved - 1:The electric tripped out when cooking on more than 1 ring on the Hob (fuse rating needs increasing) 2: Slow water drainage from sinks and shower tray caused the bathroom to flood easily (perhaps the drains need rodding)
• Manuel (10/5): Fashion modern apartment - Wonderfull apartment , totally new , in the center of Puerto del Carmen , very close to the beach and go restaurants . It has a very nice modern decoration, it has all necessary in the kitchen, air condioner, hairdryer even towels for the pool. It has included free entry to the Sport Center Fariones with pool warm, jacuzzi , gym etc. little terrace with sea views. Very nice election, relationship between the price and the quality
• Oksana (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is close to the sea, about 400 meters to the first beach, in general, the beaches go one after the other and you can choose where it is more convenient to sunbathe and swim, there are many grocery stores and restaurants/bars nearby. In the apartment you will find everything you need for a beach holiday (beach umbrella, chairs, towels). The kitchen is equipped with everything you need (stove,oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, etc.) The owner Fernando always in touch and ready to help. We stayed in the apartment for 11 nights and Fernando kindly sent a cleaning team to clean and change all the home wear , towels, sheets etc. totally free in the middle of our holiday. The apartment is located at the crossroads, so you can hear the noise of cars and buses. I would also like a slightly softer mattress on the bed 😉but this did not prevent us from enjoying our vacation
• Jason (1/5): Bad - For 13 nights didn't get any sleep,,the apartment had no protection from noise from the street outside,buses trucks cars honking the their horns at all hours,busy intersection ,all windows were closed and it still felt like,you were standing in the middle of it,,this is probably the worse apartment anyone could stay in a homeless person would not stay here,we stayed because we spend a lot of money on renting this property and we were trying to make the best of it and we had nowhere to go to as most property was sold out due to Christmas
