• Jollie (10/5): Location is superb as well as flat! - Location, location, location! I would stay here again for sure for it. You are just minutes away from Hyde Park and from Paddington. I believe we reached Heathrow in less than 30 minutes, which is a real time saver. But also for how good it was in general. Flat was spacious, with everything we needed for our stay. Communication was easy and smooth with hosts.

Staff were so Accommodating- they allowed early check in and late check out. The mattresses are a little soft but not terrible.

• inma (8/5): Estancia agradable en familia - Ubicación, cerca del metro y tren Paddington con línea directa a Heathrow.Barrio bonito y tranquilo, con supermercados y restaurantes cerca. Casa limpia y espaciosa para una familia de cinco. Detalles de la anfitriona como papel higiénico, cápsulas de café, gel, champú, acondicionador y crema corporal….había también un adaptador de enchufe. El colchón de la cama de la habitación grande era demasiado blando para mi gusto. El baño y la cocina, aunque limpios y reformados son pequeñitos. Poco menaje de cocina( no teníamos cubiertos de cada para los cinco). A pesar de eso lo volvería a elegir si volviéramos a Londres.

• Zakia (8/5): - The apartment was as expected. Overall, I enjoyed my stay; however, on the last day during checkout, we had an unpleasant encounter with the neighbour next door. He came out with his dog and behaved in a very intimidating manner, approaching us closely while I had young children with me. After going back inside, he later came out again, shouting and demanding to know why we were there. The experience was quite frightening, especially for the little ones. Because of this incident, I would not choose to stay here again.
• Comal (10/5): - I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment near Hyde Park! The location was perfect — just a short walk to the park and public transport. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
• Andrew (8/5): Wonderful location in a spacious apartment in Paddington with an owner who was responsive to the few minor issues. - Great location near Paddington Station, restaurants, park, buses etc. Spacious living area, friendly and helpful host. Having to wait 2 hours for the local shop to open before we were able to get our key, not enough cutlery and crockery. Front stairs are steep and would be difficult for the mobility challenged.

• Robert (8/5): Excellent Accommodation - Excellent location near grocery stores and tube stations. Quiet at night. Great to have shampoo and shower gel provided with the liquid travel restrictions on flights. Hairdryer and all kitchen appliances available. Fold out sofa bed could be more comfortable, and could have used extra pillows.

• Nicole (7/5): Good location, clean unit. Dated and needs to be updated. - The location of the property was great. It was near a tube station and near Hyde Park. The unit itself is large and good space for 5 adults. The space is very dated. Many of the appliances were broken and were not fixed even when asked (coffee machine, TV, washing machine, etc.) The bedroom doors are broken and one of the beds needs to be replaced.
• Kirsty (8/5): Great location. - Great location and it was quiet at night. So many restaurants close by and a tube station. You could walk to Hyde Park which was great. There was an iron but no ironing board.

• Lee (8/5): Perfect Location - The location was excellent, great transport links. The place was clean and spacious. Great WiFi and TV setup. Easy to find and easy to get the Keys There was 3 of us (one on a sofa bed) however we couldn't find sheets for the bed. I messaged but got no reply.

The photographs are not a true representation of what the apartment looks like . There is only one couch not 2 in living room as well . The bedroom door had a huge crack on it and did not close properly, no hand towels or face cloths just cheap small bath towels not enough toilet paper , dirty fridge , cracks in flooring , smudged on walls and dirt around light switches . House smelled like flower spray or air freshnet and fake plants placed over water damage on windowsills , dust and the windows need a good clean too .
• Louise (4/5): Would not stay there again - Location was good Extremely steep staircase leading to the apartment- this is not noted. There was no key on arrival and unfriendly guy in the pickup cafe where we collected the key. We had to wait around for a spare key to be delivered, it was freezing and we had Just got there from Australia so were extremely tired. No television- this was not mentioned and the Netflix passport not working even after me contacting them nothing was solved. The pillows were so thin and two pillows in total is not acceptable. There was limited toilet roles and towels for a 5 night stay.
• Bonnie (8/5): Amazing location and cute decor! - Unbeatable location near Paddington Station, and walkable to another station on the Central line. The living room was large, and a place for us to put all of our luggage. Even though it was in the basement, there was still some light which was nice. We went to several of the restaurants in the neighborhood and they were all spectacular. We felt very safe in the neighborhood as well. Check-in was super easy. Overall, a great place and would stay there again, depending on whom I was going with. It was fine for our vacation of 4 adult family members. Very cute decor! We thought there would be 2 sofa beds, but there was only one, and so we had to unexpectedly share. It was a family vacation (of 4), so it wasn't so bad, but I had chosen this flat partially because with the two sofa beds, we'd all have a bed. The bathroom is very small, especially the shower which made it challenging for taller folks. The amenities lacked a bit with only 3 toilet paper rolls provided for 5 days time (for 4 people), so we had to buy extra toilet paper. Though, there was plenty of tea, which was nice. Also there were so many fragrancey air fresheners, it was overwhelming. I had to hide some of them in the closet for the duration of our stay because I am sensitive to scents!

• Mostafa (9/5): Excellent location, very cozy apartment, highly recommend for families. - Host is very responsive. Excellent Communication. Apt was clean. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen was of great use. We loved having the kettle To make tea. The host left some tea, coffee and hot chocolate in the pantry, Which was very helpful. Location is excellent, close to Paddington Station. Multiple close restaurants and supermarkets. Highly recommend. The view is not the best, since it is in the basement. The apt was too warm, despite turning off the heater.
• Lipscombs (8/5): Overall enjoyably bit could use some tweeks. - Spacious and location was convenient. Need to have a book/instruction sheet for working things like TV/radiators. Booked 4 night stay for 3 people and were left 3 rolls of toilet paper?
• Sclearuc (8/5): Very good - Very good location, near the underground and bus stations..there are a lot of restaurants nearby. The apantment is very spacious, good for families. The chitchen is very small. The apartment is situated on the underground floor .
