- jorge (1/5): DO NOT STAY WITH THIS HOST - Though the property was well located it was a complete disaster, and was not as listed. Walking into the property I was surprised to see the complete mess with everything from unmade beds to shoes everywhere a flooded bathroom and dirty underwear in one of the rooms. One room is quite small has a double bed and was a complete mess. The other room was a child’s bedroom a bed smaller than a twin with stains on the sheets and toys everywhere. Within 15 minutes of walking in the host says she will send a cleaning lady the next morning and a plumber to fix the issue, I called a local and he said it was hazardous to stay at the property as the water could have contact with electricity. I left the keys in the table and booked another place with booking after staying with a friend for the night and the host was angry and harassing me during my dinner party. I informed booking of the issues and nothing was resolved the host did not refund the money even though I had video and photo proof of everything. Booking was no help either calling themselves as a mediator only and couldn’t refund me without the hosts consent.
