The room, particularly the bathroom, is very small. The mattress could do with being replaced. Breakfast looked good but was a bit disappointing - there is no place for cold beans and eggs.

• Myeonghyeon (9/5): - 숙소가 너무 예쁜 곳에 위치해있어서 뷰가 너무 좋아요. 조식이 잘 나오고, 부대시설에 사우나와 수영장이 있어서 일정 끝내고 이용하기 너무 좋았습니다. 직원 분이 친절하고, 객실에 있는 tv로 youtube이나 netflix도 시청 가능합니다. 브리엔츠의 아름다운 호수 뷰를 객실 안에서도 볼 수 있고, 숙소에서 역까지 가는 길도 너무 아름답습니다. 방음이 전혀 안되는 것 같고 층간소음이 정말 심합니다. 윗층객실에서 걷는 소리가 정말 크게 들리고, 나무로 만들어져있어서 삐걱거리는 소리가 엄청납니다. 객실이 좀 올드한 느낌이 있고, 깔끔하고 모던한 느낌보다는 아늑하고 엔틱한 느낌입니다. 그래도 브리엔츠에 있던 2일동안 너무 좋았습니다.

• Lorraine (4/5): A hotel in a lovely setting but let down by some dated and inconsistent facilities. The illustrations of the facilities - We stayed for 4 nights in a classic double room with a lake view. The view from our room over the lake was wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful in the main, particular the breakfast staff. The breakfast was good and offered a range of options served in a breakfast room that again enjoyed a fantastic view of the lake and mountains. There was a small sofa in a seating area to relax in. The room was fairly spacious but dated and in spite of the space, storage was limited and suitcases were sitting around the room, mainly unpacked. We were extremely disappointed by the en suite bathroom which was very small. So small it could only accommodate a hand washing/ cloakroom size sink, making washing and shaving difficult and messy. I would expect a full size sink in the bathroom of any hotel en suite as a minimum, and particularly in a 3 star. The shower cubicle was small but ok and the shower itself worked well with good pressure. There was nowhere within the bathroom area to set toiletaries while in use. For the cost of this room the facility was wholly inadequate and is not represented in any of the 90+ photographs illustrating what can be expected for each price point. In fairness, not all of the en suites are as bad as this but that didn't help us.

• Rsenmakh (8/5): - The hotel is located on a hill, but the views are absolutely stunning. The room was clean and tidy, and it had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel also offers free parking included in the stay. Guests also have access to a swimming pool and sauna. The breakfast was a bit disappointing - we felt it could have been more varied. We were also very disappointed with the dinner at the hotel restaurant. Despite the fairly high prices, the portions of Tom Yum and Tom Kha soup were very small, and the dishes did not match their names at all. It could have been anything, but definitely not Tom Yum and Tom Kha. The chicken nuggets for the children were gray inside, as if they were not made from chicken. If you are hungry, I would recommend visiting the “COOP” store nearby, where you can buy ready-made food such as delicious roasted chicken, a variety of salads, sandwiches, and more. Unfortunately, we only discovered it the next day.

Śniadania były ok, ale mogłyby być trochę bardziej urozmaicone. W łazience przydały by się dodatkowe wieszaki na ręczniki. Pokój przed przyjazdem gości powinien być przewietrzony i odświeżony, nawet jeśli nie był przez dłuższy czas użytkowany.

Alles schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Unser Zimmer war sehr hellhörig, das Bad winzig. Ausserden hat die Toilettentür laut gequitscht, was vor allem in der Nacht nervig war.

• Annie (6/5): Un hôtel bien situé, mais attention à bien choisir sa chambre. - La localisation de l'hôtel, la vue et le petit déjeuner. La chambre N°30 est à éviter, la douche est trop petite, une odeur d'eau croupie s'y dégage, pas de VMC, le lavabo est un lave-main de WC, fixé très bas, le robinet ne correspond pas à la taille du lavabo; des fourmis circulent sur le contour en bois de la douche qui à commencer à pourrir. Dans la partie chambre, le parquet est mal posé, il y a un écart entre les lames, pas de prise électrique accessible pour recharger son téléphone, il faut déplacer le lit du mur pour trouver une prise située au milieu du mur. Des câbles électriques qui courent en haut du mur et au plafond. Le réfrigérateur est bruyant. Pas de volets occultant la lumière extérieure allumée toute la nuit. Vue sur le parking et la réception, on entend les clients se garer, marcher dans le gravier et parler. On a le sentiment que cette chambre a été faite à la hâte, coincée à côté de l'économat. D'ailleurs elle ne figure pas sur les indications fléchées.

• Marieanna (3/5): - Leider gar nicht sauber gehalten. Teppiche in Korridor und Zimmer extrem schmutzig. Insgesamt ist dieses Hotel schmutzig. Das Personal super freundlich und nett. Als wir reklamiert haben, dass unser "Zimmer-Floh-Teppich" noch voll von Haaren ist, hat die Mitarbeiterin schnellstens reagiert und eine Nachreinigung organisiert. Diese Nachreinigung war nach 3 Minuten erledigt und auch dementsprechend von Erfolg. Das gesamte Haus müsste (meiner Meinung nach) mindestens "sanft" renoviert werden. Das Essen war echt gut. Schade, dass unsere wohlverdienten Oster-Ferien nicht voll unserer Erwartungen erfüllt wurden.

• Manu689 (10/5): Gerne wieder - Aufgrund der negativen Bewertungen haben wir uns lange überlegt, ob wir das Hotel buchen soll. Wir können die Aussagen nicht nachvollziehen. Die Gebäude sind alt, aber es wurde renoviert. Es ist sauber und alles funktioniert. Personal an der Rezeption spricht deutsch und erledigt alles sofort. Frühstück war reichhaltig, grosse Auswahl. Wir würden wieder ein Familienzimmer buchen.

Voor de rest was het een super leuke ervaring. Als we zwitserland weer een keertje gaan bezoeken zullen we het zeker overwegen om hier opnieuw te overnachten! Het enige kleine minpuntje was dat de kamers erg gehorig waren bij de slaapkamers. We hebben zelf kinderen dus geen last gehad van de kamers naast ons waar ook kinderen aan het huilen waren. Maar je hoorde wel alles.

• Daniel (9/5): - Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Essen im angeschlossenen Restaurant war auch sehr gut. Im Restaurant selber gibt es auch gleich eine Spielecke für die kleinen. Im Garten draussen hat es einen grossen Spielplatz welcher genutzt werden kann. Der Boden in unserem Zimmer knirschte extrem. Im oberen Stock war es extrem heiss, dort wo wir schlafen gingen, im unteren Stoch dagegen was es sehr frisch.

Das Essen im Restaurant war gut und die Bedienung nett. Das Hallenbad war benützbar, wenn auch alles in altem und nicht mehr ganz modernen Zustand. Das Frühstück war für ein 3-Sterne-Hotel ok, aber nicht mehr. Der Frühstücksraum ist schön gelegen, aber alt und etwas schmuddelig. Obwohl wir ein Superior-Themenzimmer hatten, welches ein verhältnismässig neues Bad eingebaut bekommen hatte, war das Zimmer im Bereich der Fassade schmuddelig, im Bereich der Fensterfront schmutzig und mit sichtbarem Schimmel in den Ecken. Die Hauptfassade und die Aluminiumfenster scheinen bauphysikalisch nicht in Ordnung zu sein. Das Fenster liess sich nicht kippen, nur das öffnen des Flügels war möglich. Das gesamte Hotel hätte eine umfassende Renovation nötig und hat seine besten Tage gesehen. Es wird jedoch das Nötigste gemacht, so dass es betrieben werden kann, aber auch nicht mehr. Für diesen Zustand war der Preis von über CHF 250.- pro Nacht für ein DZ mit Frühstück dann doch sehr stolz.

• Jonquil (4/5): Dark atmosphere - Nice use of pool and nice towels. Room over looking lake had wonderful views. One receptionist was lovely . Breakfast was ok. It has a dark atmosphere. The head receptionist tried to do anything not to do the work and had a harsh attitude. There is no ride to and from the hotel unless check in and check out and it’s up a steep hill. Poor lighting in room. Poor bathroom fittings. 5 coat hangers and no hooks. We were also promised to be looked after after being scammed and we weren’t

• Pauliina (8/5): Beautiful location - Location great (we had rental car), beautiful garden, amazing scenery. Free tierpark with 15 min walk was a nice surprise. Breakfast was typical for Swiss hotel, musli, cereals, scrambled egg. basic fruit salad and croissants. We were in family room and charging 3 mobile phones and sport watch simultaneously in living room and bed room, resulting that kitchen’s electricity was off one night. Meat etc in the fridge was ruined. We were told that we must have been using some adaptor, foreign heating etc. but that was not the case. You would think that in a hotel, electricity system would be build a little bit more robust.

• Anna (7/5): - Aussicht beim Frühstück. Spielplatz war super für unsere Tochter. Der Boden von unserem Schlafzimmer war zu laut. Wir konnten auch die Nachbarzimmer hören. Die Beschreibung für das Hallenbad sollte auf mehr Sprachen verfügbar sein. (Duschen obligatorisch, usw.)
