• Ekaterini (4/5): - It's located on a quiet cul-de-sac. The TV is nice. The fridge is large. The shutters are switch operated. We booked this two-bedroom, one-bathroom flat in Athens through Booking.com and it turned out to be such a disappointment. The property is not handled by the owner but by a third-party management company, and they are completely uninterested in communication, guest comfort, or maintaining the place to even a basic standard. The double bed mattress is dreadful – you can feel every spring – and the bedroom has no shutters, with curtains that let in far too much light. The flat was not cleaned properly upon arrival, with sand in places including in the beds, so I had to vacuum the whole place myself. The clothesline is located on a tiny, narrow, unsafe balcony that is shared with another apartment, which is a serious security concern, and there aren’t even enough pegs to hang a full load of laundry. The washing machine is incredibly loud so we couldn't do laundry during quiet hours or when the baby slept. Supplies for an eight-day stay for two adults were pitiful: two rolls of toilet paper, a couple of trash bags, and 30ml of shower gel and shampoo per person. Several items were broken – the hob, window panes, mosquito net, door handle – and when I reported these, the only reply was “thanks for letting us know,” with no repairs attempted. The flat is also very noisy due to the neighbours. Ironically, the building is in a quiet cul-de-sac, so street noise isn’t an issue, but the neighbour noise more than makes up for it. Communication with the management company was appalling – I messaged them a question through Booking.com in April and they finally replied in August. Despite this, they chased us relentlessly for our arrival time even though it’s self check-in. To make things worse, the instructions they send over Booking.com chat and the ones they leave in the apartment do not match, and sometimes neither of them reflect the reality of the flat. For example, over chat they told us the hot water boiler switches itself off after 30 minutes.

• Laszlo (10/5): Exceptional - In a calm environment, not too far from metro. Clean and in good condition. The metro could be little closer. I think two switches are needed to turn on hot water (not only one as written in the electric box).
• Debbie (9/5): Very nice spacious apartment. - Modern, updated apartment. Very spacious- nice living room with big tv. Nice balcony out front. Kitchen had everything needed. Shower was great. Washing machine good to have. Clean. Easy to access apartment and contact staff. 2 single beds were comfortable but the double bed was a bit uncomfortable.
• Bianca (8/5): Clean, tidy, spacious apartment - Very clean, spacious and comfortable apartment. In a decent location. 10 minute walk to the closest station. A little bit out of the main area but still close enough. I asked if the place had 2 queen beds and we received 1 queen and 2 singles. The host was a-bit slow in replying, i asked about a spare key as there was only one key available between a group made it a-bit hard. Other than that it was fine.

• Michal (9/5): Excellent apartment, close to the City center. High standard, perfect contact with owner! Recommend! - I can recommend this apartment for 100%. Clean, excellent standard, extremely good contact with the owner, apartment prepared on time, nice welcome stuff like coffee, bathroom cosmetics, etc. It is a quiet and clean neighborhood with nice restaurants (5-10 min walk) where locals spend nights. I will remember this place once again when I visit Athens. The bus stop is just around the corner, from the Metro station, and is about 15 min walk. .

• Cheryl (10/5): Nice wee stay for 2 nights in Athens city! Well located for everything in the city. - Very nice, clean, modern apartment. Good for a couple days of stay to see the city. Short 20 minute walk through the park to the Acropolis. There is plenty of street parking around the house through the parking on the actual street can get snatched up. Not a huge range of restaurants within walking distance but a lot things a short drive away.
• Hristina (9/5): Comfortable - Modern, clean, all necessary utilities, easy check in, quiet appartment, free parking on street, close to tourist attractions and local markets and pharmacy. A bit late response of the owner.
• Alvydas (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, waking distance to sightseeing. Very quite. Modern and clean. Helpful host. Beds could be more softer but that’s a personal preference.

• Andrejus (9/5): Superb - Modern well equipmed, peacefull appartment in a great location. Metro is walkable distance. Acropolis is 15 minutes by foot. Host is friendly and responsive. Everything was very clean. I made a special request for host to arrange 2 single beds instead of one double, it was promised that its gonna be done, where actually it was not.

• Kiarash (10/5): The apartment was great & perfect our family - Very Comfortable apartment , well equipped . The location was very good and easy access and walking distance, I would recommend it for short or even longer stay. We enjoyed very much .
• Athanasios (9/5): Great Athens center flat - One of areas to stay in the center of Athens with many restaurants and bars in close proximity, 25min walk from Acropolis and the museum through the ancient hill of Fillopapous. Well organised flat that can comfortably host up to 4 people. Balconies with open space, sunny. A quiet dead end small street with relatively easy parking.
