• Paul (8/5): Very happy holiday maker, would return. - Apartment is worthy of its many positive reviews. Clean, comfortable, well equipped, and well located. Many good bars / restaurants close by. Reasonably quiet at night for a Spanish urban area. No lift, for people with mobility issues and/or heavy luggage the apartment is on the third floor.

• Guilllermo (9/5): Dénia casa amigos verano - Nos encantó el piso en sí, con camas cómodas, amplitud, cercanía al puerto,… Tuvimos un problema con el vater y creemos que ya venía de antes, y una de las duchas (la de la habitación) perdía un poquito de agua. Por lo demás todo excelente

• John (10/5): - Great central location near the port and beach. Alex was in contact with us and met us at the apartment with the keys and when we were leaving. The apartment is bright, modern and comfortable. Very quiet at night. Would be happy to stay there again if we visited Dénia.

Está equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días cómodos en familia. La ubicación es excelente, cerca del puerto y de zonas con restaurantes, pero al mismo tiempo tranquila para descansar. Hemos estado muy a gusto y sin duda repetiríamos. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

Íbamos con niños y todo lo teníamos cerca: playa, puerto, supermercados, restaurantes de todo tipo.. Nos ha encantado. Hay bastante aparcamiento cerca. No tiene ascensor

We arrived a bit later than planned (did let the host know), which may have been a bit inconvenient for the host. maybe a key safe would be a good idea. Nothing! The apartment was perfect and exceeded our expectations.
