• Francesca (10/5): Perfetto Lusso in pieno centro! - Struttura in pieno centro, vicino alla metro e a tutte le attrazioni. Ho potuto visitare praticamente tutto a piedi. Stanza molto accogliente, la vasca e l’affresco donano un tocco magico alla struttura. Andrea molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha anche omaggiato di una bottiglia di Prosecco ( non scontata). Accesso tramite codice quindi nessuna chiave da portarsi in giro Dire cosa non é piaciuto é praticamente impossibile, se proprio devo trovare una pecca é solamente il rumore dei furgoni che raccolgono la spazzatura durante la notte. Il contesto della struttura può accantonare sicuramente il fastidio e appunto non rappresenta un problema della struttura.

• Jo (10/5): 10/10. A classic Hidden Gem - This hidden treasure is breathtaking! The deco, cleanliness and manner of the host Andreas is above and beyond. I would go back for a few days to fully experience the magnificent art whilst enjoying the Jacuzzi I was sick and couldn't experience this hidden treasure to its full capacity. Andreas was exceptionally thoughtful and accommodating.

Suite itself was beautiful and a respite from the intense heat ( it was 102F), place felt nice and cool. The mood lights and jacuzzi where a great touch. Wish we could have stayed longer. The suite exceeded our expectations in every way, making our trip to this historic city truly memorable. 1. Location: The location was absolutely perfect. Situated in the heart of Rome, we were within walking distance of major attractions such as the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. There were plenty of charming cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the vibrant local culture. Public transportation was also easily accessible, making our explorations of the city hassle-free. 2. The Suite: Our suite was nothing short of luxurious. It was spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities we could ask for. The highlight of the suite was undoubtedly the jacuzzi along with bluetooth speakers in the s hi uite. After a long day of sightseeing, relaxing in the jacuzzi was pure bliss. The bed was comfortable, ensuring we got a good night's rest each night. There is a coffee machine too which is a plus. 3. Service: Andrea, the host was attentive and friendly, always ready to assist us with any request. He provided excellent recommendations for dining and activities, which enhanced our overall experience. 4. Overall Experience: Staying in this property in Rome was one of the best accommodation experiences we've had. The combination of a prime location, luxurious amenities, and outstanding service made it an ideal choice for our vacation. We highly recommend thisk property to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort and convenience in Rome. We look forward to returning on our next visit to the Eternal City! It would be great if a kettle is available as I wasn’t able to use the coffee machine to boil water when I wanted to make tea or when the coffee pods were already finished.

Cannot fault the property or Andrea at all, Andrea was always available to contact via WhatsApp and welcomed us to the property himself on arrival.

Had freebies in the suite (usual shampoo, conditioner etc and even a bottle of bubbly). Easy to message Andrea via whatsapp if we needed anything. The location is really good, only a 10/15 walk to the Colosseum. The bed is huge, really comfortable and super clean. Radiator in the bathroom was really handy to dry clothes. Thank you! It was a little noisey outside the room but I understand that Rome is very busy in general. Could do with something to put along the bottom of the door just to mute the outside noise slightly. There is a little bit of damp in the room, but of course that cannot be helped completely due to the Jacuzzi, but was clean overall. Other than that we had a great stay!
