I was coming to Gold Coast for my graduation and I thanked God , Jehovah for giving me a room full anmointing and his presence .The room colour was White . So I will book for this place again on my next visit Disadvantage - people have being unaware for this place . And even many came to.know it through us . • Barrie (10/5): Well located and very well appointed apartment within about 500m of beach and restaurants - Very well renovated and appointed appartment. Within 5 minute easy walk of Kirra Beach/Surf Club. About 5 - 10 minutes easy walk of Coolangatta North end shops/restaurants.

• Salent (10/5): - We are a couple in our 70s. We found the apartment just what we needed. Clean and comfortable. After an 8 hour drive we just needed to relax. The walk to the beach was easy and flat all the way to the point. No need to get the car out. Secure parking below. Up 2 flights of stairs to the apartment, but we managed ok. We will definitely stay again.

Unfortunately we only stayed 2 nights, would have liked to have stayed longer. Coffee pods in the cupboard and milk in the fridge were a nice touch. We loved that there was a beach towel in the wardrobe since we forgot ours, but we would have REALLY appreciated 2!!

Off street secure parking. Very comfy bed, good hot water, even had beach towels! Traffic was very noisy immediately outside, so didn't use the balcony. But the property can't control that. Symptom of the GC popularity...
• Catherine (9/5): I would like to return regularly depending where my son lives as it had a beautiful sense of home but relaxing and refre - Location , simple and excellent innovation and fit out. Was all I needed had access to a balcony and windows for airflow and no hemmed in feeling!! I could walk to my son’s place and very close for coffee beach and more. The parking was a bit challenging at first but familiarity fixed that.

• A-n-j-a (8/5): Nice apartment for short and longer stays - The apartment has the perfect location. It is just a few walking minutes away from the beach, has lots of space and a big parking lot in a garage. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare food if you are staying longer. Would book this apartment definitely again. I booked a later checkout for 5-6pm which got confirmed by the owner. As my flight was leaving around 8pm, that was very good for me. Unfortunately, around midday a lady wanted to enter the apartment for cleaning as new guests should arrive at 2pm. The owner called me and apologised that she misread my request and thought it was for a late check in. She was very friendly and asked the other guests to arrive later which gave me at least some time to get sorted. Nevertheless, the situation was super inconvenient as I had to wait somewhere in a coffee shop/bar until the evening flight as I wasn't able to plan anything else due to the short notice.

Would not hesitate to stay there again. - The parking caused a problem - neighbour had parked in our spot & being late in the evening, we had to park on the street 1 block away & to make it worse, it was garbage night. The owners did make sure this didn’t happen the second night , so the problem was sorted.

• Janina (8/5): - I recommend this lovely unit with lots of modern touches (i did need to consult the instruction manual to try & operate stove etc) and some charming characteristics. It is a comfortable walking distance to beach, cafes & new Kirra Hotel complex. There are multiple places/beaches of natural beauty to be explored in this area. The owner was very accessible and helpful with a mix-up in access to unit. The key/lock access was a bit difficult for me with slight hand injuries. Unit is on busy intersection and traffic noise was constant, with only respite in very early hours of morning.
• Fernanda (7/5): Good location. - Location is perfect, just 2 minutes walking from Kirra Beach, new kitchen and bathroom. The bed is too soft and not comfortable at all. The bedroom curtains seem a bit old/dirty. The living room had an odd smell at first, but I left the glass door slightly open to let some fresh air in, and that helped improve it.

• Patricia (9/5): We enjoyed our stay in this well presented apartment in its central location. - Location was good. It was only a short walk to Kirra Beach or around to Coolangatta. The apartment was clean and well equipped. I spoke to the housekeeper the day before we arrived. She told me that a code for the lockbox would be sent to me by booking.com. We did receive a welcome letter on the morning of our arrival. But where the lockbox was to be found and what the code was was not included. However another phone call gave us the needed information.

The apartment was clean and really modern looking from the outside . - The location was good we walked to the surf club for dinner and on our walk the ocean was on the other side. The location was within walking distance for us as we are in our 70’s and I have arthritis so hard to walk miles for me. But this was good. I have osteoarthritis and having to walk up 3 flights oh stairs was difficult for me. But you didn’t know that. In hindsight we have learnt to ask for a low level apartment.

All you would want for an apartment The balcony was pleasant to sit on and the place felt secure. Overall highly recommend Nothing except the traffic was busy outside but that’s the price for central location.

The location is unbeatable—just steps from the pristine sands of Kirra Beach, with stunning ocean views and easy access to great cafes and restaurants. The apartment was impeccably clean, with every detail thoughtfully attended to. The bed and linens were incredibly comfortable—soft, luxurious, and perfect for a restful night’s sleep. What I loved most was the warm, homey feel of the space. The tasteful décor and cozy touches made it feel like a true home away from home. Kirra Beach Apartment is a gem, and I can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend! Nothing not to like!

• Hoang (10/5): Great getaway at Kirra Beach - The location of the unit was great. Very close to the beach and shops. The unit was also very spacious and clean. There was no sound proofing so the noise from outside was very loud. The driveway into and out of the carpark was not good for low cars. I scraped the bottom of my car every time.

• Julie (9/5): Clean and well-equipped apartment close to the beach - This is a great apartment which was clean and very well-equipped. We loved the bonus of a coffee maker and pods - nice touch, thanks! The apartment is in a location which is only a short distance to both the beach and the shops. The apartment is on an intersection on a busy road which we found noisy at night. Also, the mattress is not in great shape as some of the springs have gone in places, leaving hollows which aren't ideal.
• Annie (7/5): Good but for items that need fixing. - Cleanliness. Comfy bed. Close to Kirra Beach. Vanity plug in bathroom was jammed in the closed position and like that when I arrived. It meant that I had to wash my face and brush my teeth in the kitchen sink for the entire duration of my stay. Also shower base collects water so that by the end of shower your feet are sloshing around.
• Chelsea (10/5): Absolutely loved our stay. No complaints from me. Would totally recommend. - I liked that it had all the appliances you could ever need or want! The fans were the winner. I also liked that it was close to the beach as well as many bars and restaurants.
• Edna (9/5): Superb - Host was easily reached by mobile. Check in instructions were clear and easy. Entire house was well maintained and comfortable. I stayed there and walked to the Rydges hotel at the airport for a seminar during my stay and the beach path to get there was close by and plenty of cafe choices along the way. The outside traffic noise was easily heard through the windows, but there wasn't a draft or fault with them. Traffic dies down at a reasonable hour so sleep was easy.

Had everything you needed in here and would definitely stay again Needed a bit of a deep clean was generally clean but it seemed like it was due for a big clean. Moved the lounge back a little bit whilst we were watching tv and there was lots of dirt and bits of old food under. Thats the only negative everything else was fantastic
• Diane (6/5): Overall the unit has been done nicely but money wasted on things (remote controlled fans) and not spent where needed(QS - It was newly refurbished and walking distance to pub and surf club for meals. Very noisy as right on intersection. There was enough room for a queen size bed but only had a double. No bedside lights. Ceiling fans were remote controlled and hard to use. As was dryer. No instructions left for either. We were there 3 nights. Washed towels but couldn’t dry them so ended up buying some. Flyscreen ripped in bedroom. Wardrobe was full of tiles etc so nowhere to put luggage. Kitchen was well equipped however only 3 cups and the odd one was chipped. TV remote was touchy.
