Als ich ankam, statt gebuchtes Apartment bekam ich nur ein kleines Zimmer ohne Toilette und Duschen, sie hat die Anzeige in Booking schnell geändert . Sie hat das Appartement schon teuer an andere Leute vermietet! Vom kleines Zimmer her gar nichts!

• Céline (6/5): Bon rapport qualité/prix mais attention au logement au rez-de-chaussée - L’emplacement : très proche de la rue du train et pas très loin du vieux centre mais suffisamment éloignés pour être au calme Je pensais avoir un petit appartement ou bien une chambre d’hôtel avec salle de bain mais pas du tout… J’ai eu une toute petite chambre au rez-de-chaussée qui s’ouvrait directement sur le hall d’entrée commun et la salle de bain ne communiquait pas avec la chambre, il fallait passer par le hall commun… ce n’était pas du tout clair dans l’annonce et je n’ai pas du tout aimé cette configuration. De plus, la porte de la chambre et de la sdb sont ajourées donc en termes d’intimité ce n’est pas le top (insonorisation vraiment mauvaise). De plus, je devais être seule à utiliser la salle de bain mais c’était faux : la dame de ménage venait l’utiliser pour nettoyer le hall d’entrée. Je pense que ces informations sont importantes à communiquer aux clients en amont.

• Ces (10/5): Overall, perfect option for an affordable accommodation in Hanoi. Would stay here again next time! - It’s very accessible to Train Street! Lots of food options & cafes nearby. Love that it’s also located in a wide & quiet alley & easy to go out & go in. Owners are approachable & suggested a lot of places in Hanoi. They even let me store my bags after check-out. What I didn’t like is that the bathroom was separated from the main room huhu I need to go out first of the room to be able to pee. POS terminal was also not working when I was about to pay, better if you have cash in case credi card is not possible.

Das Zimmer ist zwar klein, aber ausreichend für mich. Beste Matratze. Sehr modern mit Kochnische. Ausreichend Trinkwasser und vieles mehr zur Verfügung. Dusche/WC gleich eine Tür weiter zum alleinigen Gebrauch. Fenster zum ruhigen Innenhof. Sehr nette und entgegenkommende Vermieter! Vielen Dank Herr Hieu .

Основной минус - это стройка за окном, причем сверлить начинали уже в 6 утра, из за чего мы плохо спали. Так же квартире порой не хватало солнечного света из за того, что это второй этаж, а рядом с окном растет большое дерево. В остальное все было хорошо.

The Host Hieu met me and showed me round ( He speaks great English so no communication problems ). The Apartment is exactly as the photo's show. Comfortable Living room/lounge, kitchen with 2 hob electric cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine. Bedroom is large and comfortable, and has Air con. The location is great, close to Train St, shops/convenience stores and close to Bus routes. There's nothing I could fault. I liked it so much I extended my stay. Highly recommended. Nothing,

• Minh Thanh (7/5): Moyen. - L’appartement est très grand, bien entretenu et sécurisé. Je suis arrivé un peu plus tôt à cause du vol. Après 16h de trajet, j’avais envie de me reposer, mais malheureusement il faut attendre 14h comme indiqué pour avoir l’appartement. J’aurais apprécié un peu plus de flexibilité. Il faut également laisser une caution de 1 000 000 VND en cas de dégradations ou de nuisances dans l’appartement. J’ai trouvé les consignes un peu trop intrusives, par exemple : « Vous ne cuisinez pas je pense », « Vous n’utilisez pas la machine je suppose », « Éteignez le chauffe-eau après la douche », « Ne marchez pas avec des chaussures ». Je comprends que le ménage soit contraignant, mais on aimerait quand même se sentir à l’aise et libres de profiter du logement. J’ai pas vraiment l’air d’une personne qui abuse… Si le prix n’est pas suffisant pour couvrir le service, il vaudrait peut-être mieux l’augmenter plutôt que de mettre autant de pression sur les clients.

• David (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very new, with high quality features, lots of natural wood paneling, and a modern kitchen. The place is spacious, clean, with good wifi and hot water. The location is good: close to the old quarter and train street while being just far away enough to be quiet. We had to switch apartments a few days into our stay because ours was reserved for someone else. But since all the apartments are identical, it seemed weird, and the aircon in the new place wasn't working. Minor complaint though as the apartment is still great value for money.

Dishes and cutlery are available inside the room.. Everything is also provided, shampoo, body wash, washing detergent. The pillows are a little too soft, the doors to the balcony and toilet can only close if pulled hard.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and always happy to help with any questions. We highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again. There was absolutely nothing to complain about.

• Ruslans (7/5): Good - Really nice, spacious and clean studio room away from the noisy street. Hosts in general seemed to be nice people, but lacking some attention to guests privacy. There were a few things that were very disturbing during my stay: 1. The only way how you can get to your room is a very slow elevator which takes several minutes to get to the 5th floor. The stair's door is locked. When I asked the host to give me the door key for security purposes ( to evacuate in case of fire), he said we don't do this, because guests lose the key... It sounded very irresponsible. You feel like in a cage. 2. I was disturbed 2 times to show my room to some potential long term rentals. And the 2nd time I was not even informed, they just knocked on my door while I was in bed.

Good AC, washing machine and hot water, we loved it. Could provide basic cooking items like oil, salt, sugar so guests don’t have to buy them. If you’re staying in the studio, the address on Booking.com is not the same one, which led to some initial confusion that was quickly resolved.
• Roberta (6/5): Disappointing - Most of the good reviews are for the one-bedroom apartment, which is what we booked, but one week before we were due to arrive the owner got in touch to say that he had rented the apartment to a long term guest, and we could either have the studio - or nothing. Plus points are location and value for money. The finish in the studio is not good, and the main issue is that the bathroom door does not shut- not sure if due to being warped or something else. We had previously stayed in another of his apartments which was excellent. As above

• Mick (10/5): A Haven within the Busy City - The studio was cool, comfortable and quiet. We only stayed 2 nights but it would be perfect to stay for a week and longer. It is like a haven away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet only a 2 or 3 minute walk to be back among the city life. Mr Hieu and his family were lovely and gave us excellent recommendations.
• Jazlaan (10/5): Perfect apartment in Hanoi, wish I lived here! - Seeing all the 5 star reviews, I thought it was too good to be true. But no, this place truly is perfect. I stayed alone for 2 weeks but I think this place would also be perfect for a couple as well. The mattress and pillows are the best ive ever slept on. The location is perfect for a trip to Hanoi old quarter, and close enough to walk to other areas of interest. Grab bikes also could find it easily (ive stayed other place where grab bike couldnt find it well) for both pick up and food delivery. Owner will give some awesome tourist spot suggestions for food/coffee and they are amazing so please go. Also be sure to check out the chicken and sticky rice/noodle shop just outside the hotel and down the right side road too. Its only open for lunch but its SO good. Includes a washing machine and drying rack, which is a must for long stays. Fridge, dining table, study desk, giant couch and chair to watch tv on. Smart Tv has netflix and youtube, while also has some kind of streaming machine. I used it to watch vietnamese tv and SVU lol. Small super market nearby about 3 minutes. Convient store about 7 minute walk away. Very good spa and classy bar are also maybe 10 minute walk. All in all this place is perfect. Visit Hanoi multiple times a year and definitely will check here first each time for availability. Thank you to the owners for a great place!
• Paul (7/5): Lovely but ... - Clean modern unit. Very Hanoian in a courtyard of similar buildings. Close to the "Railway" street and plenty of restaurants. 15-20 minutes walk along Hang Bong to Old Town proper. Lots of military compounds in the area so very safe. Host was friendly yet non-interfering and furnishings and design were all top notch. Nice balcony with lots of greenery and bigger than the two foot wide "balconies" that are common in Vietnam The main issue is that the only entry is via a very small "private" lift that opens directly to the unit. The staircase was locked for private use only. So entry and exit only possible via the very small, slow lift. No fire exit or alternative if you were in a prolonged electrical outage. Such a setup would be illegal in my country and certainly I would be nervous about a long stay.

It was absolutely spotless, with quality furnishings plus homely touches so it doesn't feel like a hotel room. Hieu gave us a very warm welcome and helped us with everything we needed during our 6-day stay. It was so nice to have cooking facilities and be able to eat on the balcony. • Ekaterina (10/5): I could stay here for long term - Great location - in 1 km all main sightseeings. Apartment is brand new, clean, light. Very spacious! You got kitchen with all you need for cooking. Very nice and helpful owner❤️ Everything was great. No question. But WiFi was unstable, as I understood it common Vietnamese problem
• Christopher (10/5): Exceptional - I cannot say enough good things about this place. Aside from being reasonably priced for the area, the hosts are Incredibly kind and helpful, it’s in a great location near to the Old Quarter, with lots of restaurants, amenities etc right outside, yet it remains quiet at all hours. The room is equipped with everything you need - the filtered drinking water system was particularly useful. Highly recommended.
• Michael (10/5): Clean, new, modern and spacious. - It’s a beautiful apartment and exact what I was looking for, new, clean and well appointed. I wish I had a chance to use all the facility of the kitchen but I did use the washing machine. The bed was super comfortable as was the couch. I like that there is only one apartment per floor and elevator is right outside the door, the security of the building is excellent. I love the French shutter letting in natural light. For me it was a bit noisy as it’s in a courtyard and the kids are playing in the afternoon, people living very close by so I could hear many things through the afternoon felt like noise from above. The maid lives on the ground floor right by the exit and you need a security key to exit, so coming and going makes quite a loud click entering and exiting. Good parking area right outside if you have a bike.
