• Aleksandra (10/5): - The appartment is perfect for a family stay, large, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, of which 1 handicap access bathroom. The location is excellent, near metro, so I would recomend it anytime. We will be coming back for sure!
• Bénédicte (10/5): Très bien - L’appartement était spacieux, nous étions 2 couples avec des enfants. Nous avons apprécié qu’il y ait plusieurs salle de bain. Et le balcon appréciable !!
• Karen (9/5): - The apartment was super clean, bedsheets, towels everything was clean. It is really well located, in just 10 mins walking you are the beginning of Paseig de Gracia. The only problem we faced is that sometimes there wasn’t enough hot water for all of us to shower.

Apartamento espaçoso, com 3 banheiros e a equipe da stay unique sempre disposta a responder. Pequenas oscilações na água quente do chuveiro em alguns momentos do dia.

• Alessandra (9/5): We had an awesome week in Barcelona in a friendly neighbourhood. - Location and size. It was a little cold in the winter.
• Sezer (10/5): It was a wonderful stay - The location was very good. When we wanted to go to the center there were two metro stations nearby. But we love this quiet area with many hidden plazas. At first we were surprised to find the place quite cold. There were elecrical radiators in every room. As a couple we don't like air conditions as coolers, but we found out that they work as heaters very well.
• Theresa (10/5): Great value and location for an extended stay - Great value for a family of 5 and location being away from touristy area and short distance to metro stops. Very clean and spacious with 3 bathrooms, which was a luxury. Lots of restaurants and grocery store nearby. Kitchen was stocked with the essentials and had a dishwasher. Even had a washer and dryer which was a nice bonus. Although the dryer didn’t seem to tumble but was emitting hot air. Would definitely recommend the property. Entry to the apartment was challenging as wifi network was not detectable outside of the property which was required to remotely open the front entry door. Had to call property manager for them to remotely open. Once inside everything was great. A few minor things to improve: Please provide hand soap in each bathroom. Shampoo/conditioner were provided which we already brought but we don’t travel with hand soap. The master bedroom is the loudest due to being closest to the street, you will need ear plugs.

• Hamish (9/5): An excellent few days in a very nice and well appointed apartment in the fantastic city of Barcelona - Really well appointed and nice apartment in a nice part of the city. Spacious, fully equipped with everything one needed. A bathroom for each bedroom was really useful. A perfect place for us to stay. There is little sound proofing if staying in the main double bedroom from people coming and going in the foyer of the building. Additionally, the street is immediately outside so although not a busy road, traffic noise is very audible, made worse by a loose manhole cover immediately outside the bedroom window. For a light sleeper, this made the nicest room unusable. This is nothing to do with the apartment itself but worth asking the council if they can do something about it. This was the only negative in an otherwise perfect stay.

• Mohamed (10/5): Exceptional - I stayed with them from July 14th to July 17th 2024 with my family. The apartment was easy to access and the management treated us with respect and cooperation. We found the apartment nice, big and clean. I would recommend anyone who wants to enjoy the atmosphere of Barcelona to rent with them. The location is also excellent and close to the metro and bus station. I will rent with them every time I visit Barcelona. Thank you all.
• Vishvesh (5/5): Old apartment, needs alot of renovation - Apartment is big, there are three bathrooms. Location is good. The locks in two bathrooms were broken, i have informed the owner but nothing happened during my 4 night stay. The apartment was not clean. It is an old apartment with paint coming off and ants everywhere. The back side is next to a school basketball ground where whole days kids/adults pays and therefore its very noicy. The front side is facing the street, there is a manhole cover that makes noice everytime a car passes over it (specially at night). The apartment needs lots of renovation.

I didn’t like the 3 bathroom outside the rooms but At least we had 3 bathrooms. A little dificult to understand how the appliances worked but we Manager to donit. I expected the bathrooms to be inside The rooms but they were outside
• Amanda (7/5): Very comfortable family location. - We liked the location close to a train station and cafes. Three bathrooms was amazing although you need to space out your showers to get hot water. While it didn’t bother me, you could feel the trains as they came in and out of the station. One of the twin bedrooms is very tight but fine for little kids.

• Ann (7/5): Good - We enjoyed having plenty of room and appreciated plenty of bathrooms. It was in a good situation close to shops and restaurants. It was exactly as described. It wasn't warm and one of the heaters didn't work. Instructions for wall heating would have helped as well as extra blankets. Some draw or shelving space would have been useful in the bedrooms and hand soap in the bathrooms.

Really liked the location, lots of interesting streets and shops to explore. The property had everything you needed for a week long city break, Ideal! Really nothing not to like for me.
• Ewa (8/5): We will be back! - Really good location. Reasonably quiet area close to most of the Barcelona's touristic attractions. Loads of great local bakery shops, groceries and restaurants in close proximity. Property was very spacious and easy to go around with 3 toilets (bonus!). Excellent for family of 6 like ours. Good communication with the owners. Highly recommended. The only thing we'd recommend to consider is relocation of the air conditioning units as they're both in very close distance from each other {kitchen and lounge) leaving the corridor and rooms outside of its coverage zone hence these areas were a bit hot during the evening or night time. Relocation or additional air con unit installed within the corridor will solve this minor issue.

• Ubavka (8/5): Excellent location and very comfortable apartment - The host was great. We arrived early morning, so the agency did all to accommodate us before the official check-in time. With small kids, tired from the early morning trip, this was more than welcomed. The neighborhood was excellent - just in a few steps there is a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, kids playgrounds, and cafeterias and it is really close to the metro station. It is only 2 metro stations to the city center and super easily connected to the main tourist attractions in the city. The facility is super comfortable, there are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large kitchen with a dining table, and all the required amenities in the kitchen. The apartment is a bit dark. It is on the ground floor surrounded by buildings which affect the daylight inside. It is also not so soundproof and you could hear neighbors in the middle of the night running the water. Also, the window in one of the bedrooms is strangely positioned, so when neighbors were putting the light on in the middle of the night, you lightened up :)
