• pierluigi (5/5): - Disponibilità del gestore Ła pulizia è scadente ,le posate in dotazione erano sporche,nei cassetti della cucina c'era roba avanzata dall' utente precedente,il flusso dell' acqua era molto scarso e l' acqua era fredda ,la doccia fatta fredda un rasoio usa e getta sulla finestra del bagno,ultimo piano con una rampa di scale infinita e senza ascensore

• Leonardo (4/5): Posizione top ma… - Posizione ottimale Dopo esserci accordati più e più volte per l’orario di check-in tramite check-in online, messaggi su Booking, messaggi whatsapp e dopo aver comunicato l’orario d’arrivo altrettante volte, abbiamo dovuto attendere più di 40 minuti fuori dalla struttura per la consegna delle chiavi. La struttura non era stata pulita a modo: polvere sulle scale interne all’appartamento, macchia (per quello che sembrava) di sangue sul divano…In più cosa che non dovrebbe essere scontata ma visto il prezzo alquanto elevato e tutte le strutture precedentemente visitate, poca accoglienza anche nel fatto che non fossero presenti, neanche a pagamento, bevande, cibo o caffè da consumare.
• kevin (1/5): Una tremenda frustración - La ubicación La cama tenía todo el colchón doblado no pude dormir. Tres pisos por escalera más uno más a la cama. La cocina no tenía luz el wifi malo e inestable al lado el edificio está en obra ruidos extremos todo el día. Tenía una invasión de mosquitos los anfitriones nunca me resolvieron nada y solo evadieron las cuestiones.

• Esteban Guillaume Antonio (7/5): Très bon emplacement, mais manque de propreté - Très bon emplacement Appartement assez grand Équipement correct Acceuil efficace À mon arrivée, il y avait une trace de saleté jaune sur le tapie de bain (photo), comme s’il n’avait pas été lavé… La vaisselle était mal lavée également (notamment les tasses). La douche a un débit d’eau très faible et l’eau chaude se fait attendre.
• Pedro (5/5): Buena ubicación, pero deficiente acomodación. - La ubicación es buena, cerca de Catedral de Santa María del Fiore (se ve la cúpula desde la ventana) y el tranvía desde el aereopuerto tiene parada cercana. Nadie me indicó que se trata de un tercero sin ascensor. Además la altura entre pisos es tan alta que parece un quito. Nadie me indicó que a la cama se acedía mediante una escalera de caracol. Aseo y cocina en un lado de la casa y atravesando un pasillo se llega a salón comedor. En planta superior dormitorio, con acceso muy incómodo. La presión del agua es insuficiente, lo que hace que usar la ducha sea incómodo. El botón para accionar la cisterna del WC tiene truco, no funciona como debiera. Las lámparas del salón se conectan a enchufes comandados con interruptor, pero estaban todas colocadas en enchufes incorrectos (no comandados por interruptor) y los interruptores individuales de cada lámpara apagados, por lo que costó un rato averiguar cuál era el problema de que inicialmente no funciona ninguna lámpara,

• Michail Angelos (1/5): Δεν υπήρξε διαμονή καθώς την πρωτη ημέρα που ειδαμε την υπερβολικα κακη κατασταση του διαμερισματος αφησαμε το κλειδι κα - Βρισκόταν σε καλό σημείο κοντά στα αξιοθέατα. Το καταλυμα ηταν παρα πολυ βρωμικο σε σημείο του επικινδυνου, καθώς υπήρχαν σκοτωμένα κουνούπια με αίμα προηγούμενων επισκεπτών περιμετρικά του κρεβατιου.
• Juan Felipe (8/5): Muy buena ubicación - La ubicación del apartamento es muy buena, zona muy juvenil, tranquila en la noche, es extremadamente fácil caminar a sitios de interés desde aquí. La presión del agua de la ducha es demasiado baja además el calentador de agua es bastante lento, es un poco frustrante.

• Stuart (9/5): Reasonable price. Cordial and friendly staff. - Location was good. Most museums/sights with in walking distance. Unique lay out of apartment. Long hallways. Has a washer and small kitchen. The area around the apartment seems safe and walkable. No lift. Made for nice little work out though.

• Angela (8/5): Mycket fin lägenhet i fint läge. Tråkigt att misstänka vägglöss - Det mesta. Jag var inställd på att det var många trappor så det funkade jättebra. Jag misstänker att finns vägglöss i boendet. Jag fick insektsbett under nätterna och har sanerat min packning när jag kom hem. Det är synd för annars hade jag varit toppennöjd med allt.

There are stairs to the apartment and a spiral staircase inside, so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues. The shower took a long time to go hot and the toilet was difficult to flush at times.

• Niyah (6/5): Pleasant - The location was good and it was a very nice size. the mattress for the bed was two twin mattress pushed together so there was constantly a crack in the middle of the bed making it very uncomfortable. The cleaner also came at 10:30am and i had to tell them to wait till 11am when it was my checkout time. the couch was also dirty

• Stephen (5/5): Nice place that lacks essential facilities - Great location, cool old apartment with lots of character, and spacious. The bed is horribly uncomfortable. Also the shower rarely produces hot water, and when it does, only a drizzle comes out. These are two essential parts of a comfortable stay, and are completely inadequate at this price point.
• Fryer (9/5): Great location and host - The location was perfect. So close to major sights, restaurants,and cathedrals. We were never more than a short walk from anything we might need. The host was also always on hand to give us recommendations and answer questions. My wife found the bed uncomfortable, and finding a consistent temperature in the shower was a challenge.
• Márton (5/5): Good location, but severely overpriced. - Location: Very convenient, near to the Duomo and the most important landmarks in the city. A lot of places can be reached on foot. Many shops and grocery stores (Carrefour etc.) are nearby, so you don't have to go too far to get food. Appliances, bathroom: Very well equipped, also possible to cook and wash. Furniture: The bed is sort of okay, items can be stored in drawers and a wardrobe. Noise levels: Since it is a typical Italian house with no soundproof glasses, it isn't easy to sleep if you don't have any earplugs nearby. The university district is nearby, so there might be a lot of events happening around. Cold weather and temperature: The room has a big interior height, so in the colder season you have to dress up warm, otherwise you will catch a cold. The air conditioner can provide some heat, but it isn't always enough. Shower and toilet: The shower doesn't always let out warm water, you have to wait minutes for it. The toilet can only be flushed with pressing the button 3 or 4 times. Pricing: Regarding the conditions above, I think the place is overpriced, especially with the city tax that needs to be paid separately.
• Frank (9/5): Great value - Central location, great facilities, host was punctual and helpful, even allowing an early check-in. There’s a spiral staircase to the cosy loft bedroom. Thoroughly recommended.

• אופק (6/5): Pleasant - The location is nice. The host was kind. All the facilities in the apartment are not good. The water pressure is low, all the stuff for the kitchen was dirty, the bad is not comfortable. We had a problem with the hot water, they tried to fix but it still stayed not good.

• Michael (8/5): Great accommodation, good location, friendly hosts - The host was able to meet me prior to check-in so I could drop by bags. Very friendly welcome, and they were able to answer my questions. The addition of the washing machine was great! Good location, not too far away from anything, so was able to walk everywhere I needed to go. Located about a 20 minute walk from the train station. One thing to note is that there is no lift, so you'll have to carry you bags up to the 4th floor - this was not an issue for me. Wifi would drop out in certain parts of the room, but overall it did not cause any issues.

• Ghanem (10/5): Highly recommended, clean and supportive staff. - It was very clean, the staff were very supportive and gave me instructions on the trains and taxis as well on luggage deposit which made my trip real easy. The place was walking distance to the main touristic areas. The staff also waited me to midnight as I had chqnges in my flights, regardless of the additional cost but I really appriciated them being supportive and checking up on me. The place was really clean, included all what is needed and I got to wash my cloth. Highly recommend this place. Nothing, they inform about the stairs and not being suitable for persons who cannot use the stairs. It was hard after climbing the DOMO :)

• Julie (6/5): Not amazing - Great location very near to the center in a nice old building. The host was reactive. There are a few things I would point to potential guests : Not very clean - dead mosquitos on the bedroom walls, the sofa had stains and the dish plates were not properly washed. The water in the shower was going from cold to extremely warm in seconds. For the price, the mattress was not comfortable either and felt like it had already lived a long time. Not an amazing stay for us.
• Lien (9/5): good service, clean, comfortable apartment - the facilities is in good quality, cute clean full kitchenette apartment, really near the cathedral and can walk by foot to any attraction a lot of stair so becareful don’t bring too much if you travel alone
