• Sara (10/5): - Alla base di tutto l'immensa disponibilità di Max! Pronto a risolvere qualsiasi tipo di problema. Alla consegna delle chiavi ci disse "cercheremo di farvi sentire come a casa", così è stato! Appartamento pulitissimo, molto accogliente, provvisto di tutto il necessario. Per noi decisamente importante la posizione, vicina all'ospedale Gemelli e con stazione Monte Mario vicinissima che permette di spostarsi con facilità, zona tranquilla e ben servita per ogni necessità! Pensando ad un prossimo soggiorno a Roma senza dubbio torneremo qui!!! Grazie dì tutto

• Manuela (1/5): - La posizione vicina al Policlinico Gemelli - Nella descrizione di Booking erano riportati 2 bagni ma in realtà la struttura ne ha solo 1. L’host si era gentilmente offerto di pagare il parcheggio per compensare il disservizio del bagno mancante ma non lo ha fatto. - gli asciugami erano bucati - l’aria climatizzata non è presente in tutte le stanze

• Petr (9/5): Overall a very good value for money. Good location. - Overall a very comfortable apartment with good location. Free tea and coffee is quite nice to start your day with. There is a supermarket and a shop just next to the building. Kitchen is well equipped. Fast internet and a smart TV is also a benefit. Metal bed in one of the bedrooms makes squeeky noise when you roll over, shower is rather small and dated.

Excellent and affordable places to eat a few steps away. Lack of dish towels and trash receptacles. Limited cooking utensils. No communication on checkout procedure (host was not reachable when leaving and no checkout instructions were provided in advance). No advance instructions for arrival. Parking information confusing and contradictory.
• Chris (7/5): Overall the property is clean and well equipped and close to the station. access needs updating. - The property was modern and clean and had free coffee and tea. Close to the train station.The beds were comfortable with lots of clean towesl, with a TV in every room. The host did not communicate with us despite asking two days before how to access the property. The listing says it has 24 hours reception - this is not true. I had to ring booking.com when we arrived at the property. Whilst on the phone a shop keeper approached us and handed me a phone to speak to someone who said he managed the property. The man in the shop could not speak English. It took about half an hour to get in the property. The water pressure in the bathroom was poor and the shower was a trickle. The kitchen sink only had hot water sometimes.
• Dan (9/5): We felt very well. - The flat is like in the pictures. It is quite large for a family of 4. The kitchen has everything you need. The host is very friendly. Location is very close to public transport stations. The neighbourhood looks friendly for us. We arrived after 6 p.m. hrs and the apartment was not ready, we had to wait about 15 minutes to receive the keys. We reccomend to call the host when arrive, because it is possible to not identify the location very quikly. There were some delays in receiving the products for the kitchen: the host provided coffee and tea (for free) in the 2nd and 3rd day, after we had already bought by ourselfs. The shower do not work properly and the refrigerator needs to be cleaned after customers leave.

• Thomas (9/5): 3 days in Rome. - The host was very hospitable, meeting us despite our late arrival and explaining the facilities and area very well. Location is well served by shops and cafes, just make sure you figure out bus routes into the centre of Rome. The apartment was well furnished with air con, multiple TVs, full kitchen etc.
