Guest Reviews
- Jeffrey (9/5): Loved this beautiful cottage and ideal for family with 2 kids - Excellent design and great quality of appointments. The pillows were a bit hard

- Denis (9/5): Excdeent Accommodation. New and prfectly maintained -
- Luke (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sarah (8/5): Generally very good value for money and a comfortable cottage. - Excellently equipped, attractive spacious cottage. Kitchen was very well equipped, so was the bathroom, and there was plenty of space. Spotlessly clean. The laundry facilities were great. Our only criticisms were: the two outdoor seating areas, especially the back one, could have been a bit more private, as the hosts live right next door. The back seating area in particular is overlooked by their garage and deck. Taller screening shrubs would make this a nicer area to sit. Shrubs have been planted, but they were not tall enough to provide sufficient privacy.
Secondly, we were there on a very hot weekend in mid March and whilst there was a good, modern reverse cycle system in the living room, it was not powerful enough to cool the main bedroom. The bedroom had a ceiling fan, which was better than nothing, but we could have done with a small split system in that room.

- Steve (8/5): My only disappointment was that we had a 2.5hr blackout.it would’ve been nice to be offered a late checkout as 9:30 was - The property was excellent, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The location was excellent too.
- Shepherd (10/5): Nice quiet area. Very relaxing. - Fence needed around back yard. Looking into garage of neigbour. Not very private.
- Hill (10/5): Excellent in every way - There was nothing not to like. I loved the cottage. Good layout and everything provided that I needed. Nothing
- John (10/5): Exceptional - Tidy and although compact had everything we needed Nothing we didn't like
- Enlousie (10/5): Very pleasant, relaxing and quiet...... - Bright and airy, very clean, modern, spacious and homely. Had everything that we needed and more! great little laundry! Loved the decor. Close to river front and shops. Lovely bathroom. Will defiantly come again. Thank You Would have been nice to have had, a little more privacy in the back area garden and back bedroom window during the day. A safer mat on the living room floor for us oldies. a trip hazard. More comfortable dining chairs! But in saying this it didn't impair on our wonderful stay.
- Joel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Scott (10/5): Simply outstanding and future visitors should treat this treasure with the utmost respect. - The cosy cottage was exceptional. The interior and exterior presentation was amazing. The facilities were first class and the stay was like being in your own home. If there was a rating of 11/10 then this experience should be given this level of scaling. This in no way is a criticism but only an observation that would enhance the ability of the cosy cottage. The driveway access needs either a concrete extension from the slab to the roadway. Or the earth grass area replaced with compacted road base or compacted blue mental gravel.
- Megan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michelle (9/5): Lovely cottage, only drawback the driveway not going down to the road, much rain made this an issue. - Great location, very clean, lovely cottage. I had a very bad night wondering if I could get my car off the driveway the next morning, as the driveway doesn't go down to the road, and my car sunk at least 6 inches into the sand/grass driving onto it. Parking on the road wasn't much of an option either, as the road is very narrow, and parking on the grass again not an option due to all the rain. I ended up having to drive across the grass to the neighbouring driveway, and just hope I didn't sink too much.
- Garth (10/5): Exceptional - Great place Nothing
- David (8/5): Very good -
- Emma (9/5): one of the nicest places for a good price in a great location. - very clean, lovely little cottage and super good price wifi didn’t work
- Stephanie (10/5): Exceptional -
