• Bogdan (5/5): - Удобная чистая и мягкая кровать, много посуды. Рядом магазин Лидл Нет микроволновой печи что затрудняет разогрев питания для ребенка. Заявлен сейф, ключа от него не было. Не было тапочек! Из душевой и посудомоечной машины был не приятный запах. за кроватью и под кроватью было клочья пыли и мусор от прошлых жильцов. Унитазы были неубранны!!! Соседи сбоку шумные, каждый день ночью разговоры прям за окном из за того что там терраса соседей. В доме нет лифта и маленькие проходы это затрудняет подъем с чемоданом и коляской, приходилось все эти тащить на себе!!! Если вы рассматриваете жилье с ребенком места маловато.

• Magdalena (7/5): - Dostęp do mieszkania w bardzo przejrzysty opisany przez wynajmującego. Mieszkanie nadaje się dla maximum trzech osób. Bliska odległość do dzielnicy Navigli oraz do stacji metra i innych środków komunikacji. Bezpośredni dojazd z lotniska Milano Linate linią metra numer 4. Kontakt z wynajmującym bardzo dobry. Potrzebne rzeczy były dostarczane na bieżąco. Polecam Brak uwag
• Norma Farias (8/5): - Tuvimos un problema con la calefacción y esa noche no funcionó. Al día siguiente vino un técnico y mi esposo se quedó porque el frío era tremendo. Esas cosas deben chequearse antes que uno llegue. La reserva se había realizado con mucha anticipación. Tuvimos que dormir la primer noche con buzos. Esa fue una mala de los organizadores.

• Michela (10/5): Ottimo soggiorno, sono molto soddisfatta. Quando torno a Milano sarà la mia prima ricerca sperando sia disponibile - La casa è molto bella, nuova, pulita e funzionale. La cucina è molto attrezzata non manca niente, il bagno ha tutto e la doccia è spaziosa e molto bella. Il letto comodissimo e la zona in cui si trova l’appartamento è tranquilla quindi non ci sono stati problemi di sonno o rumori. Lo staff è stato disponibile e mi è venuto incontro quando ho chiesto di lasciare solo le valige nella casa, nonostante il check-in sarebbe stato dopo due ore. L’appartamento è collegato bene, c’è il tram 14, a pochi minuti a piedi e la fermata della metro Sant’Agostino, a meno di 10 minuti.

• Deborah (8/5): Very good - Location is great, it’s close to the metro station and navigli where you can find nice restaurants, bars and night life. Check in is simple and with the instructions they made it very easy to access the apartment.

It wasn't cleaned well, and we didn't have simple things like soap, toilet paper, shampoo and etc. At least after writing to the place, they gave us shower gel and a couple of toilet paper rolls... Overall, it is okay, a bit darker because if you open the wooden blinds, everyone can look inside, so we preffered to leave them shut.

We had some trouble in the room facility but the hosts were very supportive. - They have a smooth online check-in system and a digital key to open the building entrance. The room keys are on the entrance door. The host's guidance was helpful, and we had no trouble finding what we needed. The hosts also helped restore the room's electricity when we had trouble with the electronic breakers. When we arrived at the apartment at check-in time, the room cleaning was not finished, so we had to wait 15 minutes. It wasn't much trouble; we could leave our baggage in the room and go shopping. After arriving at the room, we started cooking, washing, and so on, all simultaneously. Maybe because the electronic capacity of this room is not so big, all the breakers went down. With the host's smooth support, we found the master breaker situated in the breaker room on the ground floor of the building and turned everything back on again.

• Boris (10/5): Good location, easy access, on-point room - Brilliant location. A street with a few cafe's and restaurants nearby, nice walk into the busier part of town. Pharmacies and supermarket nearby too.
• Duval (8/5): Nice stay for three person for three nights - We liked the location and the cleanliness of the place. The explanation to get into the property were also really clear. Everything was good except we were missing a tea towel and a shower squeegee. Also there were not enough toilet paper. Those things can be easily fixed for your new hosts though .
• Teresita (10/5): Amazing! The place is wonderful and situated in quite a calm place, quite away from the city’s hustle and bustle and pro - The property was clean and well furnished. The facilities were very useful like the kettle, fridge and iron - we used them a lot during our stay. The air conditioning was also fantastic since the weather was very hot and humid, so it provided a refreshing place to cool down during our stay in Milan. The staff were very helpful and accommodating - we arrived at just past midnight and we struggled to find how to get into our accommodation but we called the host’s number and they picked up immediately and directed us on what to do despite the time! The place felt very clean, fresh and just overall wonderful! It was a fabulous place to stay on holiday:) The location was also quite close to one of the city’s metro points which meant we had easy access into the city whenever we wanted to visit the usual tourist sights. It was about a five minute walk from the location which was another bonus! It was also around a seven minute walk from convenient stores in the area which were open until as late as 7pm in the evening. The video they originally asked us to watch in order to see how to get into the apartment wasn’t working on any of the platforms we used, like safari and google. It just kept saying the video was no longer available. However it was easily fixed by calling the host of the apartment who regularly checked up on when we would arrive at the accommodation. Once we called them up, they answered right away and directed us on where to go to find the apartment and how to unlock the key box situated on the door. Another thing was the wifi. It just wasn’t very strong and if one device was connected to it, then another device would be disconnected so we found only one of us could use the wifi at a time. As a result, the TV would also not work very well due to the lack of wifi connection, but it was fine since we didn’t use it much anyway. Beware that the password may continuously come up as being incorrect even though it’s not.
