• Michael (9/5): A wonderful stay experience. Location was great. Very close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. A very clean pr - Location was great. A very clean property with all the necessary amenities to make one’s stay very comfortable. It was like a home away from home. Nothing I didn’t like.

(Disney film reference) - Gas stove top Comfortable bed - nice firm mattress Quiet at nights Host was pleasant Location to elizabeth line wasnt too far as a commute Cats in the kitchen!!!! Cats running in and out of the house like a back alley, climbing on the kitchen service. My culture doesnt allow these things so pets in the house with no mention that this was going to occur was something i had to endure. Password on the washing machine so having to disturb the host everytime i wanted to do a load was just awkward and uncomfortable! (Understand the reasons but this as a grown independent man is just not what i pay for when i book a facility thats has washing machine on the list). Minimal crockery (2-3 pots 1- main knife etc) in a house of 4+ rooms as a guesstimate, so if the due diligence isnt done by the host there is nothing to use and you have to dig things out of the dishwasher and wash up other peoples mess. Fridge is just ‘put it wherever’ policy so items get moved ‘shoved’ elsewhere and i need a minimal of a shelf for my working week - nowhere near enough fridge space in general or allocation. Stair light sensors are poorly placed and you end up at the top of the stairs before they even come on which is just a hazard when the stairs are narrow. Poorly designed Ensuite was the worst and felt like the whole stay was a con! Shower tray filled up to an inch + of water and the drainage could be smelt on a daily basis despite keeping the window open - shower tray issue isnt normal for a top floor bathroom but the host seemed to think this was ‘normal’ when i enquired about if the shower was a ‘slow draining’ one. Nobody wants to wade around in shower sewage. Awful wifi connection and had to use my own most of the time No drawers so unpacking was ‘open bag’ leave open in wardrobe method Awkward partner who made assumptions and made me uncomfortable and actually put me in a mood.
• Teck (10/5): Excellent value for money and good location - Room was great and Tonia was very welcoming. Able to park to which made life much easier Checking in didn't go smoothly, I couldn't find the property number and using the directions button takes you about 200 yards from the actual property. But Tonia had been trying to message me through this app and I hadn't received them, so was more a booking.com app glitch than the fault of the property who were very friendly and helpful.
