- Alessandro (10/5): Eccellente - Struttura curata in ogni dettaglio. Proprietari gentili e molto disponibili
- Ante (10/5): - Uredno i čisto. Udoban krevet.
- James (9/5): Great stay - Lovely studio apartment in a nice area just outside of the hustle and bustle. Home from home 👌🏻
- Carolina (10/5): Muy confortable , cómodo y limpio - Muy limpio y bien ubicado
- Karina (9/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko przystanek autobusowy i dworzec Termini. Przestronny, bardzo ładny apartament.
- Guest (10/5): - Все было очень чисто, два кондиционера, душ в отличном состоянии! Коммуникация с хостом была быстрой и дружелюбной
- Ana (10/5): Amazing stay - I liked the apartment itself, it was very clean and well located. Just a suggestion, not a criticism, okay. The shower and sink drains in the bathroom seemed clogged and filled up, and it took a while for the water to drain. I also suggest you have a dish towel and a sponge for washing dishes.
- Avota (9/5): Superb -
- Oksana (10/5): Nice stay in the center - It was clean, stylish, comfortable and conditioned :)
Host allowed us to leave the luggage earlier than check-in time. Maybe the mattress a bit to hard, but every day we were so tired of walking around Rome, that used to fall asleep immediately))
- William (10/5): Exceptional -
- Trudy (9/5): Superb - Very clean and suer comfortable bed. Also had a washing machine which was a huge bonus! The location is relatively close to the train station but if you're walking, I recommend going via the north side of the old walls. If you stay beside the train station, you'll literally be dragging your suitcase through the homeless camp. The best solution is a taxi! It's 10 Euro well spent.
- Carolien (9/5): Superb - The appartment is very beautiful and the owners were easy to contact. A great starting point for exploring the city, and close to the train station which was a must for us travelling by train to and from Rome.
- Clara (9/5): Superb -
- Andrii (9/5): Superb -
- Xiao (10/5): Excellent. - It is clean and quiet. The room space is big. The transportation is convenient here. We had a wonderful experience here.
- Valentina (10/5): Cozy and clean, well located and close to public transport - The location is great, it is clean and also the building is nice and clean. Well maintained. Communication amazing, very understanding and honest. 👌🏼☀️🥂
- Veli (9/5): A really nice place, it’s just not in a preferred location. But if you’re ok to go through the tunnel under the train st - It’s quiet and spacious, especially the bedroom.
You have everything you need!
- Elisa (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic location and amazing property. The host is extremely helpful and responsive. Absolutely recommended!
- Sabrina (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is cosy, comfortable, clean... Everything is like in the photos..Ovner is available if you need anything. Check in and check out was without any problem. It is equipped with everything you need. Near the bus station (bus 71) in quiet aria. There are a lot of restaurants nearby where you can eat. For every recommendation...
- Grazyna (10/5): Just like in the photos - The apartment is very nicely renovated and equipped.. very comfortable and even had a washing machine which we didn’t need but I’m sure handy for a lot of visitors.. we found 3 fabulous restaurants near by ( went twice to one of them ) and there were many many more we could have tried .. love the vibrancy of the area Nothing
- Deborah (8/5): Nice stay! - Clean, cozy apartment. None really, we thought it was a tad closer to Termini, but it’s more on us. Still walkable distance.
- Tsakiridou17 (10/5): Exceptional - It was very new and recently renovated . The hostess very helpful . Its very economy for the location because you are close to Roma termini and outside the apartment (about 10 steps) you have a bus station that you can go anywhere in Rome . Downstairs of the apartment it has a cafe so its very easy to find your morning coffee there . It had a coffee machine but no supplies for it . Also maybe some bottles of water could be appreciated as a welcome .
- Elizabeth (9/5): Superb - Close to the station, yet very quiet. Ease of access with elevator. Large bedroom and comfortable bed. Roomy bathroom. The apartment was modern and light. Would recommend. Nothing not to like.
- Sherry (10/5): Exceptional - The bad and air conditioner are good. There is a dog barking outside at night.
- Dayanna (10/5): Beautiful!! Great apartment for a few days ! - How close it was to most of the locations
- Lucy (9/5): Will come back! - This is a great place to stay. Apartment is exactly as it looks in the photos. Everything works. Good aircon in very hot Rome. Great neighbourhood with proper Roman restaurants and nice vibes. Not touristy and good prices to eat out on excellent food. A big relief from romes ultra touristic hot spots and a comfortable place to recover after a busy day's sightseeing. There's nothing wrong with this apartment but fridge is not very cold.
- Rebecca (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gaga (10/5): Exceptional -
- Thi (10/5): Exceptional - New and near the main station Just one bus line goes through the Apartment, so we sometimes had to wait for a long time
- Natalia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Darina (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is designed with a lot of taste and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts are friendly and caring and constantly ask if we need anything. I definitely recommend it! It's a 10-minute walk from "C'era una volta" that serves the best croissants and coffee in Rome for a perfect start of the day!
- Petreska (9/5): Superb -
- Mar (10/5): Exceptional - Federico and Emmanuel made us felt so welcome, the communication was great for the beginning, easy and simple, and the department is so tidy and clean, we definitely recommend it, thanks for everything 🙌
- Adrian (10/5): Great stay - Everything was great, apartament is well equiped, new and beautiful, great location and everything what we need is nearby (restarants, bus station, shops. We really enjoyed our stay 🙂
- Lum (10/5): Overall, very pleasant stay that is well-worth the money. - The host who welcomed us, Emmanuel, was very friendly and hospitable. You can pay on location with cash or by card. We stayed here 3 nights, 4 days, during a long weekend in mid April.
The apartment is very comfortable, airy and sunny. It is located on the fifth floor (elevator available) in a complex with cafes and restaurants right below. It has a balcony with a nice view of other Italian flats.
The apartment has only been recently renovated, so it looks modern and everything is still very new. It has a double bed and a 1p sofa bed. All the facilities/items you need are in place: WiFi, airconditioning, bathroom items including hairdryer, packets of hand soap and hair/body wash, kitchen utilities (incl. coffee machine).
Location-wise, it is a bit off-center, but there is a bus stop right across the street that goes to the main attractions (bus 71) in about 15-20 minutes. You can also walk 15 mins to the main station of Rome (Termini). This is not the fault of this stay, but it is something to keep in mind. Not sure about off-season times, but at least during our stay, we found that the traffic of Rome is quite congested. As a result, the bus transport system in Rome is not very reliable as we are used to. Mind you, we are from somewhere where there are also complaints about transport too, but I have never waited for 6 buses that didn’t come without notice 😅. On that night, we barely caught the last bus and came back very late. My suggestion to travellers who stay around here: during peak times, take a bus to Termini station (lots of buses go there) and walk from there.
