Guest Reviews
- Steven (10/5): This is a great apartment for a stay in London! - Location was excellent, space was perfect for two adults and two young kids. Washer and dryer were super convenient. There weren’t any paper goods or extra towels so cleaning up a mess was a bit tricky (or we could have run to the store but we didn’t). But that was our only major (not even a big deal) complaint.

- Jerome (7/5): - We really appreciated that the heating was turn on arrival. The location was great, close enough to most of the main tourist attraction. Within 15 mins walk you could access a lot famous london landmark. Lots of very good restaurant. The street was quiet and felt very safe.. The apartment was elegant with a nice atmosphere, the bathroom was particularly nice, spacious and with beautiful stone features and great shower head pressure. I had to keep asking the location of the apartment which make it hard to plan things when our family decided to go to different places that same day. Then when we finally got the address we were surprised we had to get the keys from a different location in a convenient store. Coming from Australia the last thing we wanted to do, was a treasure hunt to get the key. In the age of digital code it would have be good to have such a feature to open the door.
The 2nd issue is the place was marketed for 4 people when in reality it is only for 2. The bedroom downstairs is spacious but upstairs in the living room the camping bed and the couch were uncomfortable.

- Daniel (9/5): A little pricey, but overall a clean, comfortable flat in a very convenient central London location. - No breakfast, but cafe across the street (50 feet!) was excellent and good value. Flat was clean and well maintained. We liked the laundry facilities but would have liked to have had liquid detergent available (we bought our own to use). Beds were comfortable. Used fan as unit was hot when we arrived. Upstairs was comfortable and TV worked well. Obtaining the keys was somewhat difficult, possibly because we did not have a UK phone. We were able to connect with use of my sister's UK phone. Once we connected the host was very helpful and provided videos both to orient us to the location of the flat (we arrived at night) and the exact placement of the keys inside the lower window.
- Andrea (7/5): - Stanza a livello strada e non insonorizzate, una notte non abbiamo dormito per schiamazzi esterni
- Megan (9/5): -
- 新浩 (10/5): -
- Cristina de Miguel (7/5): - Location. Comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom. Big windows in the living room and big TV The bank and the extra little bed are not comfortable for sleeping. There were no kitchen towels or dishcloths in the kitchen

- Kathleen (9/5): We loved our stay here! - We loved the location of this property—walkable distance to so much! Even though there’s a wonderful pub nearby, the night is quiet after 10 PM. Be aware that there is no air conditioning. Also, there’s not much in the way of towels. There is a washer and dryer, but the dryer didn’t work when we were there.

- Lori (9/5): Superb -
- Kim (8/5): Very good -
- Steven (8/5): Very good - position a bit dusty
- Mosley (8/5): Really good location and functional - Fantastic location. Not loud at all really, unless you go to sleep at 9 PM. Quiet by 10-ish. The apartment was nice and clean, with enough towels and bedding. Great that there was some coffee on hand and a nespresso machine. But there are multiple cafes right outside the door too. Did I mention fantastic location? Easy walking distance to Covent Garden, Picadilly line, Central Line. Around corner from British Museum. Nice restaurants within minutes of your door, several groceries within a few blocks. The tiny kitchenette is OK for heating up things from the local Sainsbury's if you don't want to go out. ;) The bathroom is rather nice. I love the skylights upstairs. I was there with my two teenage sons, and there was enough space - it didn't feel like we were on top of each other. It might feel cramped with two parents and two teenagers - depends on the teenagers. This would be really nice for two people to stay for an extended time I think. There is a washer and dryer. The downstairs bed is starting to show some wear spots (low areas). Might just need to be rotated - it's not that bad otherwise. The upstairs couch is definitely not very soft and I am not sure it was that great for sleeping. My older son slept up there and he is not too picky so it wasn't an issue. Note that this apartment would be hot in the summer if it is hot outside, especially in the upstairs LR area. I am not sure if there is a window unit they use or if it is just fans. But something to think about in the summer. Fortunately the street is not very noisy, so having an open window wouldn't be much noisier than w the window closed. The bathroom sink cold faucet was flaky when we were there - I assume that can be readily fixed for the next renter.
- Louise (10/5): Exactly what we were looking for met all our needs - Everything was perfect. Location, the property, the beds, the TV. Spotlessly clean and a lovely shower!
- Nashun (8/5): Top Location but Facilities a bit wore down - Top Location. Otherwise facilities a bit wore down. Cold water tap in the bathroom doesn’t work. Fire alarm starts beeping randomly. Due to the simple windows which are not soundproof at all,you can hear every word spoken by people passing by.
- Antti (10/5): Excellent - Location, Location, Location
- Di (9/5): great location, comfortable hideaway - surprisingly quiet - Good location, walking distance to theatres, restaurants etc. Comfortable and surprisingly quiet . Recommended for two (as per other reviews I don’t think the sofa would be ideal to sleep on if you had four( Doesn’t have a dishwasher as advertised (no drama however) , windows have an opaque film on them for privacy (bedroom window is directly onto pavement at street level so understandably they’re seeking to create some privacy, and the upstairs window has a slightly less opaque film. ). I’d prefer plantation shutters/blinds so you could angle them up for privacy but be able to see outside if desired

- Alan (9/5): Perfect location, and a great little house. - Absolutely perfect location. We've stayed in this neighborhood many times, and this is the cutest little house around. It was very clean, and the kitchen was great for both breakfast and dinner. Yes, home-made dinner in front of the huge TV was the better choice at the end of a long, tiring day, instead of the extra stimulation of dinner out. Only two negatives. First, we couldn't get the shower to get hot. It was above warm, but not what I would describe as hot. (The drain also couldn't handle the shower on full, without beginning to overflow.) Second, the sofabed in the living room may technically be a sofabed, but I wouldn't want to sleep on it. When folded down there are two ridges on it, one along the length and the other running across it. I ended up sharing the downstairs bed with my young son instead of having him sleep upstairs. But neither of these would stop me staying there again.
- Matthew (9/5): Superb -
- Angela (8/5): Lovely stay. Thank you. - Fantastic location within 10 mins walking of so many lovely areas of London. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable for an adult to sleep on. Only suitable for children really.
- Roy (9/5): Clean and well equipped. - Great apartment a couple of minutes walk to the British Museum and an easy walk to Covent Garden with some food options at your doorstep. Few minutes walk to tube at Holborn. Enjoyed our stay and Russell was very helpful.
- Jo (10/5): Stylish apartment, great amenities in just the right location. - We really loved the space, it was just so lovely for us to have the freedom the apartment gave us for two adults and 2 children, you simply don’t get that with a hotel room. We loved the location, the proximity to theatres/tube and the museum…yet was quiet enough for us to not feel like we were in the city…(apart from the bin lorries, but that’s a necessary evil) The only thing that let it down was the sofa bed…it is very stylish but there is space for something more substantial and comfortable…we put the kids in the bed downstairs so that we could chill on the settee with a film but it just wasn’t big enough for us to spend the night in…
- A. (9/5): Superb -
- Cynthia (9/5): Superb -
- Sohel (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location, well furnished with all the amenities for a short stay
- Vitali (9/5): Superb - Amazing location, have everything for family stay (kitchenware, pillows etc). We really enjoyed. The apartment lacks fresh air and ventilations - very hot on the 2nd floor in summer days. There is a fan but hardly helps.
We’d love to have an AC or ceiling fan at least. All the rest is good.
- Derek (10/5): Exceptional -
- Niamh (10/5): It was a very enjoyable stay - everything it was a great experience nothing
- Alexia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ioana (9/5): Superb -
- Lee (8/5): Great location, cosy clean with attractive decor. - Great location, cosy clean with attractive decor, massive TV and nice soundbar to play music on. Had to supplement the supplies at the flat with own kitchen towels and cloth to wipe the table. With three adults and a child of 8, we only just managed to sleep, since the sofa bed is actually a fold down (wide but short in length) plus chaise longue (narrow but long). That said the sofa stuffing itself was more comfortable than a regular sofa bed.
- Mirela (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect: the apartment, its location, the good communication we had with the host. The apartment was clean, modern and confortable. I will repeat the experience next time i'll have the chance.
- Ashton (10/5): Exceptional -
